본 연구는 e-비즈니스 성숙도 측정과 전략 수립 모델 개발에 관한 연구이다. 본 연구에서는 효과적인 e-비즈니스 전략을 수립하기 위해 기업의 e-비즈니스 수준을 진단하고, 이에 근거한 성숙단계를 토대로 단계별 e-비즈니스 전략 수립 모델을 제시하였다. 본 연구 결과는 e-비즈니스를 추진하는 기업에게 올바른 e-비즈니스 전략 수립의 방안을 제시함으로써 기업의 성과창출에 기여를 할 것이다.

The University of Northern iowa Rod Library has mission statement that a personalized learning environment founded on the strong liberal arts curriculum and to supporting an intellectually and culturally diverse community. The Rod Library has been developing the strategic plans by 5 years since 1987 Recently, the strategy has been faced need to measure of performance how much does make it up. This study developed the BSC model and the strategy map that analyze the strategic plan 2004-2009 of the University of Northern iowa Rod library and transfer the strategy into the four perspectives of BSC. In addition, this study presented the success performance indicators measuring the strategic goals of each perspectives and the cause-effect model driving the lead indicators of performance.

기업에 있어서 성과측정은 무엇보다도 중요한 경영활동으로 미래의 기업 전략 수립을 유도할 수 있는 역할을 발휘하고 있다. 기업의 경영방식은 바뀌어 가고 았지만 기업의 성과를 측정하는 방법은 여전히 재무적 성과 측정 방법에만 너무 의존하여, 이미 행해진 성과 향상을 위한 의사결정들의 결과는 보여주지만 장기적 전략개발을 위한 적절한 지침을 보여주지는 못하고 있다. 이에 따라 보다 포괄적이며 과학적인 성과 측정 방법이 나타나고 있으며 이 중 BSC 가 많은 기업에서 사용되고 있거나 수용과정에 있을 만큼 그 유효성을 인정받고 있다. 하지만 이러한 BSC마저도 문제점을 내포하고 있으며, 본 연구에서는 BSC의 문제점을 극복하기 위해 시스템다이내믹스 (System Dynamics) 방법론을 통한 Dynamics BSC 모델을 전략 및 경영활동에 유용하게 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.

One of the important things in low level radioactivity measurement is determination of the optimized counting time. Counting strategy has to be established, in order to count the radioactivity of the sample by condition of optimized measurement. There were three kinds of counting strategies in this report ; about fixed time, about fixed count, to compared sample, background, and reference level. The best of them was satisfied rendition to give about condition of instrument and process, as an example, efficiency of detector, counter capacity, maximum and average background count rate of counter, reference level and limit of derision and detection, etc. Therefore, we can decide the optimized counting time in the screening and monitoring. And we can save the time for courting the sample of course the data of count will be counted by optimized accuracy finally, in rountine measurement of radioactivity these strategies will be used available.

The study revisits Miles and Snow's strategy typology to investigate the performance relationship with the strategic behavior. Where the most strategy typology researches discern the typology by the respondent's survey such as choosing the best representative behavior for the organization, we developed the strategic typology by the organization's behavior such as marketing strategy, research and development strategy and members' attitudes to the quality. The financial crisis in Korea has reestablished organizational behavior. The study emphasized the changing attitudes of strategy. The results demonstrate that prospector organizations outperform other strategic behavior organizations.

The purpose of this study was to examine the need for changes in the administration strategies of hospitals which would be vital for building up competitiveness of hospitals amid the changes in medical market. For that, 20 experts with doctoral degree in public administration and business administration related to the field of hospital administration were selected as the sampling group in the survey. Regarding the method of AHP survey as in this survey. The results showed that the factors were important in the order of medical staff factor(ranked first), overall facility factor(ranked second), staff service factor(ranked third), and access factor(ranked fourth). Second, the relative importance was in the order of medical staff specialization(ranked first), medical staff diversity(ranked second), and medical equipment level(ranked third), regarding the relative importance for general hospital development strategy and the complex weighted value for relative importance.

A laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) measurement was carried out to derive an optimized measurement condition with a high reproducibility and to grow a plasma sphere to 20 mm high under a 600 mtorr vacuum in order to improve an accuracy of measurement. The measurement of the plasma was taken at a 6.0 mm distance, in the direction of a plasma sphere, from a sample. This location belongs to the outer sphere region in the plasma. The calibration curve of 'Ni' and 'Cu' was acquired by the signal intensity ratio and the atomic ratio for the samples, and linear regression of 'Cu' was $R^2$=0.9886, and the linear regression of 'Ni' was $R^2$=0.9988. The accuracy of LIBS was improved pre-existence as the measurement error of 'Ni' was 0.78%.

The University libraries need to develop the balanced scorecard concerning general management in order to measure the total performance of the organization that measure not only quantity measurement based on resources and quality measurement based on information services but also effectiveness of resource utilization, efficiency ability providing the services and potential capability of the members adopting the diverse changes flexibility as organic organization under the rapidly changing circumstances nowadays. This study developed the BSC model into the four perspectives such as customer, resource, internal process, learning and growing modifying BSC model developed by Kaplan and Norton to fit university libraries as nonprofit organization and developed the strategic map and performance measurement indicators on the strategy of each perspective. Ultimately, this study tried to provide an integrated strategic management indicators providing comprehensive picture of university libraries from strategic plan to performance applying the BSC linking strategic plan.
