취학전 어린이들의 안광학 성분 측정 및 상관성 분석 (Study of the Correlation and Ocular Components in Preschool Children)

  • 목적: 본 연구는 유치원생들을 대상으로 안광학 성분 값들과 굴절이상도 간의 상관성을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법: 대상자는 안질환이 없는 유치원생 80안으로 하였다. 굴절검사, 각막굴절력, 각막곡률반경, 안축장, 전방깊이를 검사하고 분석 하였다. 안축장과 각막 굴절력사이에서 가장 높은 상관성을 보였다(r=-0.674, p=0.000). 키, 몸무게, 안축장(AL)/각막곡률반경(CR)비가 안축장과 양의 상관성을 보였다(r=0.351, r=0.408, r=0.488). 굴절이상과 각막굴절력은 안축장과 음의 상관성을 보였다(r=-0.302, r=-0.674). 전방깊이, 각막굴절력은 AL/CR 비와 양의 상관성을 보였다(r=0.422, r=0.280). 굴절이상, 각막곡률반경은 AL/CR 비와 음의 상관성을 보였다(r=-0.448, r=-0.396). 결론: 취학 전 어린들에 있어서 눈의 굴절이상을 진단하는데 AL/CR 비가 매우 중요한 지표임을 알 수 있었다.

취학전 어린이의 상악 유전치 우식증과 관련 요인 (FACTORS AFFECTING MAXILLARY ANTERIOR TEETH CARIES IN PRESCHOOL CHILDREN)

  • 연구 목적은 상악 유전치 우식증의 발생 요인을 규명하기 위함이었다. 연구대상은 익산시 어린이집 중에서 무작위로 추출한 7개 어린이집의 36개월 이상 71개월 미만의 남아 214명, 여아 187명, 모두 401명이었다. 연구방법은 상악 유전치 우식증의 유병률을 조사하고, 성별, 연령, 모유 수유 또는 인공 수유, 수유 기간, 감미 간식 섭취 빈도, 칫솔질 시작 시기, 1일 칫솔질 횟수 등을 조사하여 상악 유전치 우식증과의 연관성을 분석하였다. 연구결과를 보면, 상악 유전치 우식증의 유병률은 남아에서 43.0%, 여아에서 26.7%로서 남아가 여아보다 유의하게 높았고(P<0.01), 수유 기간 2년 이하 군에서 31.0%, 2-3년 군에서 43.2%, 3년 이상 군에서 63.2%로서 수유 기간이 길어질수록 유의하게 증가하는 경향을 나타내었으며(P<0.01), 감미 간식을 매일 섭취하는 군에서 44.2%, 2-3일에 한 번 섭취하는 군에서 31.47%, 자주 섭취하지 않는 군에서 32.4%로서, 매일 섭취하는 경우에 상악 유전치 우식증과의 유의한 연관성이 있었다(P<0.05). 연령, 모유 수유 또는 인공 수유, 칫솔질 시작 시기, 1일 칫솔질 횟수에서는 상악 유전치 우식증과 유의한 연관성이 나타나지 않았다(P>0.05).

뇌성마비 취학아동 어머니의 양육체험 (The Lived Experience of Mothers about Rearing of School Children With Cerebral palsy)

  • This study is designed to understand the meaning and nature of raising children with cerebral palsy. It researches the experience of mothers of schoolchildren with cerebral palsy by the research method of hermeneutic phenomenology. The study was conducted from November 10, 1999 to December 20, 2000. When children with cerebral palsy usually show symptoms in the early stage of cerebral palsy, mothers do not take children to a doctor for diagnosis. And, most of mothers have a difficult time to accept the reality; they usually respond to the initial diagnosis with shock, reproach, and deny. When mothers start recognizing the reality, they consider that their children have cerebral palsy due to the their mismanagement during pregnancy, delivery, nursing, and initial treatment. They shelter their children from view and feel guilty that they cannot afford to try folk remedies for their children. As time passes, mothers face conflicts between families in diverse ways. Families put the blame on genetic effects. Mothers-in-law give their daughters-in-law a hard time, husbands shift the responsibility of raising children onto their wives, and trouble arises between families-in-law and mothers native families. When children grow up, it is physically difficult for mothers to take care their children. In addition, they suffer from all the troubles in family due to childrens handicap. Mothers try the diverse methods of bringing up children. However, they start getting tired of raising children as they experience failures and financial difficulties. Mothers feel collapsed recalling the ways of raising children. They feel anxiety, miserable, lonely, and worrying when they think how children would attend school, make friends, and live in the future. In this stage, mothers do their best to raise their children with hope. They tend to compare their children with others without handicap and spend money and time in attempting all the treatments. When mothers and children join the society at school, they find that the society does not understand disabled people, teachers show inconsiderate attitude, friends avoid them, and children hardly follow classes. Such experiences make mothers feel angry and frustrated. However, when children adapt to school, mothers see the possibility that children could accomplish schoolwork. They appreciate teachers help and others consideration. Mothers place appropriate expectations on their children and help them to prepare for the future. I would make following suggestions based on the results. 1. As a primary basic course of rehabilitation nursing intervention, solution-centered nursing intervention system should be developed. The intervention needs to be based on the understanding of mothers, who raise children with cerebral palsy, through in-depth interview. 2. Advance researches on the development of individual nursing intervention should be conducted. Individual nursing intervention needs to prevent and release actual pain focusing on mothers raising children with cerebral palsy. 3. Integrated curriculum that help children with cerebral palsy lead a normal school life with ordinary children should be developed. 4. Basic research on using of facilities and effective application of service volunteer to help children with cerebral palsy in school needs to be conducted.

취학 전 아동의 글씨쓰기와 기능적 과제수행과의 상관관계 (The Relations Between Writing Ability of a Preschool Child and Functional Achievement Ability)

  • 목적 : 일상생활과 관련된 가위질, 젓가락질, 단추 달린 상의 입기를 의미 있는 기능적 과제로 선정하고, 취학 전 아동의 글씨쓰기 수행과 기능적 과제수행과의 상관관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 연구 대상은 유치원에 재원중인 만 5세 아동, 총 66명을 대상으로 하였다. 글씨쓰기, 가위질, 젓가락질, 단추달린 상의입기 수행능력의 평가는 평가지표를 사용하여 약 1주일간 실시하였다. 분석 방법은 평가를 통해 얻어진 자료를 SPSS WIN 14.0 프로그램을 사용하여 통계처리 하였다. 연구결과 : 연구대상자의 일반적인 특성 중 성별에 따른 글씨쓰기 점수는 남자 $11.92{\pm}2.52$점, 여자 $13.33{\pm}2.55$점으로 통계학적으로 유의하게 여자 아동의 점수가 높았다(t=2.260, p=0.027). 글씨쓰기 능력은 가위질(r=0.244, p=0.048), 젓가락질(r =0.403, p=0.001) 수행 능력과 통계학적으로 유의한 관계가 있었다. 결론 : 아동의 일반적 특성에 따른 글씨쓰기 능력의 차이는 성별에 따라 유의한 차이가 있었다. 글씨쓰기 능력은 가위질, 젓가락질 수행 능력과 유의한 상관성이 있었으나, 단추달린 상의입기 수행 능력은 통계학적으로 유의한 상관성이 없었다.

이주근로자 가정의 사회적 관계망과 자녀교육 기획 : 몽골학교 학부모들의 학교선택과 그 의미화를 중심으로 (Social network and child education planning among Mongolian migrant workers: Focusing on parents' school choice in Seoul Mongol School and its meaning)

  • 이 연구는 가족이주의 특성이 두드러지는 몽골 이주근로자 가정 학부모들이 한국사회에서 체류하는 동안 어떻게 자녀교육을 기획하고 실천하며 의미화 하는지를 그들이 맺는 사회적 관계망과의 연관 속에서 탐구한 것이다. 구체적으로, 이 연구는 몽골 이주근로자 가정의 사회적 관계망이 한국사회 정착 과정에 어떻게 영향을 미치며, 어떤 과정을 통해 자녀교육 기획으로 연결되는지, 그리고 자녀교육 기획과 실천이 어떻게 다시 새로운 사회적 관계망 형성과 연결되는지 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 몽골학교 학부모들이 한국에서 자녀교육 공간으로 몽골학교를 선택하는 사례는 적극적 선택과 소극적 선택으로 나눌 수 있었다. 적극적 선택은 자녀교육 계획과 향후 진로 등을 고려하여 의도적으로 자녀를 한국의 일반학교에 보내지 않고 몽골학교로 취학시키는 경우이고, 소극적 선택은 한국의 일반학교에 자녀를 보내고 싶지만 취약한 정보력, 부모의 신분노출 위험, 자녀의 부적응에 대한 두려움 등의 이유 때문에 차선책으로 몽골학교에 자녀를 취학시키는 경우라고 할 수 있다. 이 같은 분석 결과를 바탕으로 후속 연구의 필요성과 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다.

공공도서관 서비스 포지셔닝 전략 (Public Library Service Positioning Strategy)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 공공도서관 서비스이용자를 충성도에 따라 세분화하고 각 세분시장을 목표시장으로 하는 공공도서관서비스 포지셔닝전략을 탐색하는데 있다. 연구 목적을 달성하기위해 공공도서관 이용자를 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행하였으며 인터뷰결과는 질적 분석 방법으로 분석하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 공공도서관서비스에 대한 충성도가 낮은 집단에 제시된 포지셔닝전략은 첫째, 이동도서관서비스의 확대실시 및 셔틀버스의 활용, 둘째, 정기적이고 체계적인 이용자조사, 셋째, 공공도서관 서비스 홍보방식의 다양화, 넷째, 이용자조사를 통해 이용자가 원하는 자료 구비 등 이었다. 공공도서관 서비스에 대한 충성도가 높은 집단에 대한 포지셔닝전략은 첫째, 내부마케팅, 둘째, 도서관 시설 및 설비 품질의 일정 수준 유지, 셋째, 취학 전 아동 및 초, 중, 고등학생과 학부모를 위한 독서프로그램 기획 및 제공이었다.

취학전아동의 주의력결핍.과잉활동장애 및 가족변인이 부모역할, 가족기능지각에 미치는 영향 (Influences of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Family Variables on the Parents' Perception of Parental Role, Family Funtioning)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify how th ADHD variable and family variables influence parents' perception of parental role, family functioning. Subjects were 478 preschoolers at the ages of 3-6 and their teachers and parents. The CTRS-10, the PSI, the FACESⅢ were used. The major findings were as follows ; 1) The variables which ae influential in parental strain were shown in order of the social psychological resource variables, the ADHD variable, and the social demographic variables. The sole ADHD variable's influence was high (β=.26***, increased R2=5.4%). 2) The variables which are influential in parental mastery were shown in order of the social psychological resource variables, the ADHD variable, and the social demographic variables. The sole ADHD variable's influence was high(β=.13*, increased R2=1.5%), also. 3) The variables which are influential in family cohesion and adaptability were shown in order of the social psychological resource variables, the social demographic variables. In both family cohesion and adaptability, the sole ADHD variables' influence was insignificant(β=-.08, increased R2=-0.3%, increased R3=-0.3%). Implications to knowledges as well as recommendations for future research are discussed.

농촌(農村) 취학전(就學前) 아동(兒童)의 급식실태(給食實態)에 관한 연구(硏究) -2. 영양(營養) 급식(給食) 문제(間題)- (A Study of Diets of Preschool Children in Korean Rural Areas -2. Some Aspects of Nutritional Feeding-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the dietary intakes of preschool children in rural areas and to develop programs of nutrition education, offering the mothers an appropriate advice for the improvement of the dietary practices corresponding to the modernization of the agriculture. The daily food intakes of 118 preschool children, randomly selected from the farm household, were studied by means of three-day records during summer season of 1972. The results showed that the dietary intakes of food groups such as meats and fishes, beans and the products, milks and small fishes, fruits, fats and oils were below 50 per cent of the recommended level-especially in that of milk. Therefore, the diet was generally below the recommended dietary allowances for protein with good quality, fat, calcium, vitamin A, thiamine, reboflavin and ascorbic acid. The dietary data revealed that most of preschool children in rural areas consumed rice and barley, almost every day. Other foods eaten less frequently were soybean paste, gimchi, potatoes, flour, and summer squash. The use of cereals should be curtailed some what and the use of milks, fishes, poultry, meats and protein extenders should be increased.

취학전아동(就學前兒童)의 영양개선(營養改善)을 위(爲)한 철분첨가(鐵分添加) 급식효과(給食效果)에 대(對)한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the Supplementation of Different Levels of Iron for the Nutritional Improvement of Pre - school Children)

  • As an attempt to improve the nutritional status of Korean rural pre-school children, anthropometry, clinical examination, and hematological parameters(Hb, Ht, and serum albumin) are measured. Six kinds of diet supplemented with 0, 2.5, 5.0, 7.5, 10.0 and 20.0 mg Fe(as ferrous sulfate) were used for 10 weeks. Subjects were 349 pre- school children aged from 1 to 5 years old living in An-gam-my-on and Bong-dang-myon, Hwa-seung-goo, Kyong-gi-duo, and the supplementary diet was a product of the Model Nutritional Enterprise Factory in Wuen-sueng-goon, Gang-won- duo. The results obtained were as follows : 1) Physical development of subject children were within normal range during the feeding trial period of 9 weeks. 2) From the results of clinical examination, no children showed nutritional deficiency signs. 3) Iron free supplementary diet group( control group ) among other subject children also showed some improvement of hemoglobin level ana frequency of anemia. 4) The amount of iron fortified as supplemental diet was effective in 5.0-7.5 mg Fe per child per day, no further effect was observed by adding of more iron. 5) The values of hematocrit and serum albumin also improved by providing the supplementary diet.

장애아동어머니의 자녀 취학준비 및 학교적응에 관한 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Preparation for Elementary School and the School Adjustment of Mothers of Disabled Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the parenting experiences of mothers of disabled children. The study focused on how mothers of disabled children prepared for their children's transition to elementary school and how they experienced their children's adjustment to school. Twenty mothers of children with developmental or intellectual disabilities participated in the study. Each mother had experienced an inclusive education program at an elementary school for more than a year. Twelve mothers have children with intellectual disabilities and eight have children with developmental disabilities. Individual in-depth interviews were carried out to collect qualitative data. To analyze the data, the research followed the phenomenological analysis method of Giorgi. The results showed that mothers of disabled children were actively involved with inclusive day care centers and therapy programs to prepare for children elementary school. Most wished to send their children to a general elementary school with an inclusive program, although decision making was not easy. When their children entered elementary school, some mothers observed their children's struggle with school and their peer relationships. They sought support from teachers and other mothers. These mothers showed a desire for their children's social independence. This study highlighted the necessity to develop support programs for disabled children and their mothers.
