This study was attempted to find out the effect of major satisfaction, maturation of career consciousness and clinical practice satisfaction of nursing college students on job-seeking stress. For this study, 157 3th, 4th grade students were participated from K University in K Province, using a self-reported questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS version 22.0. program. As a result of this study, it was revealed that there was a significant correlation between the job-seeking stress of nursing students on major satisfaction(r=-.270, p<.001), clinical practice satisfaction(r=-.283 p<.001), maturation of career consciousness(r=-.424, p<.001). Also, the factors affecting the job-seeking stress of nursing students were major satisfaction(β=-0.005, p<.05), clinical practice satisfaction(β=-0.126, p<.001), maturation of career consciousness(β=-0.369, p<.001) with a total explanatory power of 17.7%. Therefore consideration of educational programt be given to the s and support systems to reduced job seeking stress for nursing students.
The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effects of career maturity on the relation between carrier barriers and senior nursing students's jobs seeking stress. Data analysis was conducted over 208 senior nursing students from three nursing schools in G city and J province. The research methods examined the influence of variables on dependent variable, with difference of carrier maturity. As a result, career barriers had a negative correlation with career maturity but had a positive correlation with jobs seeking stress. Also, career barriers had significant effects on jobs seeking stress(35%, F=109.89, p<.001), mediating effect of career maturity was significant(z=12.24, p<.001). Accordingly, the results indicated that career maturity could buffer the risk of jobs seeking stress of senior nursing student from career barriers. In conclusion, systematic measures are needed to lower career barriers and improve career maturity in order to reduce jobs seeking stress of senior nursing students. College students face serious difficulties while seeking jobs, leading to a high degree of stress, which is thought to affect their attitude towards smoking. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between hardiness, job-seeking stress, and the attitude towards smoking among students, and to further identify the factors influencing smoking attitude. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire administered to 145 students. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS program, t-test, ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis test, Pearson's Correlation Coefficients, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. Smokers constituted 22.1% of the sample. The study showed that smoking attitudes varied according to the smoking status (H=28.26, p<.001). The smoking attitude was seen to be desirable in the high group (t=-3.27, p=.001) and low job-seeking stress group (t=4.40, p<.001). There was a positive correlation between hardiness and smoking attitude (r=.18, p=.028). There was a negative correlation between job-seeking stress and smoking attitude (r=-.28, p=.001). Also, the factors affecting the smoking attitude were non-smoker respondent (β=.50, p<.001), job-seeking stress (β=-.23, p=.015), former smoker respondent (β=.22, p=.016) and the explanatory power was 24.3%. Therefore, school and health public center counseling and employment support programs need to help students manage and cope with stressful situations to change their attitude towards smoking in a desirable direction.

This study utilized Q methodology to analyze subjectivity and understand the various factors contributing to the employment difficulties faced by college students majoring in digital content, particularly focusing on practical education. The original data was obtained by administering a Q sample, designed around employment stress and job anxiety, to a purposively selected P sample of 31 individuals, who sorted and classified the statements. The analysis yielded four distinct types: 'lack of practical experience,' 'lack of employment and practical skills,' 'impaired career decision-making and weak will,' and 'lack of mentors and employment information.' Based on these types, the study suggests several implications and solutions, including facilitating student participation in internship programs, offering induction and non-curricular program education, conducting career exploration workshops, and expanding senior mentoring opportunities.

This study is a descriptive research study to examine influence of major satisfaction and career maturity on the job-seeking stress of nursing and public health university students. This study surveyed 410 nursing and public health university students from 3 schools of G-city from September 26 to October 31, 2017. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, ANOVA, ANCOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The study results showed a significant difference in major satisfaction (F=9.856, p<.001) and career maturity (F=6.005, p=.001) according to major choice motives. The student GPAs were also found to be significantly different from career maturity (F=2.755, p=.042) and job-seeking stress (F=3.503, p=.016). In addition, the TOEIC score was significantly different from major satisfaction (F=4.514, p=.004). Job-seeking stress was positively correlated with major satisfaction (r=-.314, p<.001) and career maturity (r=-.514, p<.001). The factors affecting job-seeking stress were in the order of major satisfaction (${\beta}=-.125$, p=.007) and career maturity (${\beta}=-.459$, p<.001). Based on the results, two proposals are recommended in order to reduce the job-seeking stress of nursing and public health university students. It is necessary to prepare major guidance programs suitable to the characteristics of each department from the lower grades and to provide the students with career guidance accordingly.
This study aims to understand family support and self-efficacy-mediated structural relation of college students' unemployment stress with their adaptation to school life. Findings of the research are summarized as follows. The study looked into how unemployment stress would directly affect self-efficacy, family support and adaptation to school life. It was found that the unemployment stress would have immediate negative effects on the self-efficacy, family support and adaptation to school life. In addition, the study noticed that with both family support and self-efficacy applied as mediating factors, unemployment stress influences college students' adaptation to school life indirectly and negatively. After the investigation on the immediate effects of family support in relation to the self-efficacy, the study indicated that family support has an immediate positive influence on the self-efficacy. In terms of self-efficacy, it appeared to affect adaptation to school life both positively and directly but, its indirect effects on the adaptation to school life was not confirmed. The study failed to find any direct influence of the family support on adaptation to school life but learned that the family support causes an indirect positive effect through self-efficacy, the mediating factor. In conclusion, the study suggests that adaptation to school life improves as long as unemployment stress decreases, while the family support and the self-efficacy are enhanced.

The childbirth perception are significantly higher in higher job seeking stress group, moderate & severe hopeless group and moderate & major depression group. The childbirth perception was positively correlated with job seeking stress, hopelessness and depression. With the analysis of covariance structure, we could confirm relationship among the four factors such as job seeking stress, hopelessness, depression and childbirth perception. Job seeking stress was more influential on the childbirth perception than hopelessness and depression. The results are expected to be useful for health education to increase the positive thinking of childbirth perception of the college women. In the following study, the analysis about additional factors of convergent influence on childbirth perception will be needed.
