As a research on culinary staffs' subjective perception of star chefs' appearance in cooking broadcast, this study analyzed the subjective tendency targeting culinary staffs in hotels & restaurants by applying Q methodology. Three research questions of this study were set up like below. First, what are the culinary staffs' acceptance types of subjective perception of star chefs' appearance in cooking broadcast? Second, what are the characteristics of homogeneous type of culinary staffs' subjective perception of star chefs' appearance in cooking broadcast? Third, what are the things in common and differences of culinary staffs' each subjective perception type of star chefs' appearance in cooking broadcast? In the results of typological analysis based on such research questions, total four types were drawn such as Acquiring expertise through cooking broadcast type(Type1, N=8), New broadcast genre recognition type(Type2, N=10), The profession of the chef reality recognition type(Type3, N=2), and Profession image of chef synergy type(Type4, N=2). Each type showed its own distinctive characteristics.

This study is intended to find out the possible ways for the expansion of Library Finance. With this necessity, it is indicated three sources, such as governmental. fund from other endowments, public donation, which is stated as the subsidy sources in the 'Library Law', and issuing lotteries as well. Firstly, it is suggested collecting governmental funds, included in budget sheet every year, to the amount of a ten billion won. Secondly, it is indicated the ways to collect funds to the amount of a five billion won respectively from other endowments, such as Korea Raising Association Fund under the jurisdiction of the Minister of Culture and Tourism, Information Promotion Fund, on the basis of statistical data, materials of inspection of the administration, and materials released by the government. Third device is to collect funds over a five billion won every year through public donation and lottery. This study is indicated that three devices to raise the library fund for the expansion of Library Finance to the amount of a hundred and twenty billion won in total as mentioned above.

The purpose of this study is to present segmentation strategies by analyzing SMEs' perceptions of SME support program. That's why we used the research report of the NST(National Research Council of Science & Technology), which is advanced cooperation way between GRIs and SMEs based on market demand. As a result of this study, it was found that there is a difference in the demand for the SME support program depending on the type of cooperation and the cooperation experience with GRIs. This implies that a differentiated support strategy is required for the establishment of successful partnership between GRIs and SMEs. The result of this study suggests the direction of open collaborative ecosystem formation in the future based on the support strategies of each cluster. And it is expected to help SMEs improve the competitiveness and efficiency of support through effective customization support do.

The purpose of this study is to propose an approach to acquire research records effectively in context of government-funded research institutes via case studies and a questionnaire survey. For the case studies, a report from Joint Information Systems Committee JISC in UK, the University of Melbourne policy on the management of research data and records, a report from Canadian Association of Research Libraries(CARL) are analyzed. In addition, a survey questionnaire is conducted for forty nine government-funded research institutes and forty three responses out of 49 institutes are collected and analyzed. Based on the analyses on case studies and responses of the survey, an approach for research records management with four aspects is proposed: regulatory policy, best practices and manuals, professionals for research records, and outreach programs of individual reseach institutes for acquiring appropriate research records.

Subtitles in entertainment programs have extended the roles from providing additional explanation and complementary sound effect to maximizing amusement and impression as the type which triggers the audience's interest. This study examined the characteristics of the subtitles and the effects on the audiences, mainly focused on of JTBC. Based on the result of the content analysis, the interested subtitles are continuously presented in each episode (10~20%) compared to the proportion of the total captions. Producers have repeatedly used the nickname of the cast members to construct and reinforce the character of them. The text analysis shows that the audience's perception about the cast is mainly influenced by the subtitles. The producers intentionally use the subtitles and subjectively intervene in the entertainment programs. The subtitles have a major effect on the audience's perception and image formation. Producers should be more prudent about their use of subtitles and viewers, on the other hand, must interpret the meaning of subtitles, as active information consumers.

The establishment of function and role in government-funded research institute becomes a vital issue as fierce international technology-competition and enhanced industrial convergence makes science and technology important and influential more and in socio-economic level. This paper defines independent and dependent variables to identify factors which influence on research performance. As the independent variables, research funds, research personnel and research support staff are chosen. Dependent variables which are selected as proxy variables of research performance are royalties, papers and patents. Values from regression analysis were drawn by time-series analysis and cross-section analysis. As a result, the significance of correlation coefficients is sequential, research personnel, research support staff and research funds respectively. This finding is expected to give implication of future direction on government-funded research institute development.

The political influences of general programming channels have grown with the help of the current affairs talk programs for years but also these channels have been criticized as politically biased media. This study investigates the characteristics of the panels who had appeared for 6 months since July of 2017 and examines the relationship between the panels' talk and the position of political parties. The results show that jobs of the casting panels were introduced as neutral ones which are not related to politics. However, after reclassifying them in terms of their political careers, most panels were more likely to be involved in political parties. In addition, they tend to support the positions of the ruling or opposition parties. The more the association with the political party, the stronger the panel's comments. The partisanship of the panels should be clearly presented in the broadcasting programs. It is necessary to distinguish genres of current affair programs by consistent standards to ensure consistency of deliberation. Lastly self-regulation of program producers should be more strengthened.

연구노트는 연구자가 연구의 수행 시작에서부터 연구 성과물의 보고 및 발표 또는 지식 재산화에 이르기까지의 과정 및 결과를 기록한 자료를 의미한다. 소액 연구 사업 및 일반 기술 지원 사업 등 정책 및 관리, 지원을 목적으로 하는 연구 사업을 제외한 모든 연구 사업은 연구노트를 작성하도록 할 필요가 있다. 이때 주로 사용되는 방식은 제본된 노트에 필기구 등을 이용하여 내용을 기재하는 서면 연구노트이다. 많은 정부출연연구소들이 서면 연구노트를 제작 및 배포하고 있고, 작성된 연구노트에 대해 점검 결과에 따라 포상을 하는 등의 연구노트 작성을 독려하는 노력을 하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 반복되는 작업이라는 점과 기록하기 복잡하다는 점, 실험 중에 연구노트를 작성하기 어렵다는 점 등의 이유로 인해 서면 연구노트의 활용도는 매우 낮은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 상황을 극복하기 위해 정부출연연구소에 적합한 전자연구노트 시스템 구축 사례에 대해 소개를 하고, 시스템 운용에 따른 효과를 분석해 보고자 한다.

It is major strategy for SMEs to cooperate with other companies or Public Research Institutes(PRIs) as the essential technology is getting more complicated and technological life cycle is getting short. However, It is not easy to perform a proper cooperation with SMEs for PRIs, because they are accustomed to support SMEs in the short run. In addition, previous studies also have mainly focussed on finding determinants of performance as a consequence of temporary cooperation instead of long-term relationships among companies. Therefore this study analyzed which satisfaction is more effective to maintain the long-term cooperative relationship between PRIs and SMEs. As a result, it has found that when SMEs satisfy from quality of input like manpower supports R&D and context of the support program over the output like technological or economical performance, they intend to continue cooperation with PRIs. And this paper shows that the performance has mediated effect rather direct effect on long-term cooperation intention. In light of all the above, to cooperate with SMEs effectively, it will be suggested that PRIs enhance quality of support process and contents instead of quantity of support based on one-time cooperation.
