The introduction of CRM alter production materials oriented into customer oriented, reengineering all process into customer's view and it means introduction of information system. This means introduction of information system which can support CRM strongly. This paper examines developmental transition of CRM marketing. proposes CRM approach and practical strategy. and CRM can embody Customer, Relationship. Management and System in many respects. It is desirable to build on CRM more serving than sell products in the Marketer's view point.

The purpose of this paper is to find out how the education for collection development has been changed and what are the contents of the collection development-related courses. The author tried to search some historical backgrounds on how selection of books became collection development and management. As for the ducation for collection development, the changes the course titles dealing with collection development were surveyed, and the contents of the courses provided by the Departments of Library and Information Science were analyzed. It was found out that though the course titles have been changed from selection of materials collection development, the contents showed their emphases on such selection-oriented topics as selection tools and acquisitions. It is concluded that as far as the contents are concerned, most of the important components for collection development have been taught. Based on the findings, a few suggestions including that there should be efforts to narrow the gap between the theories taught at library schools and the practices performed by librarians are recommended.

The UN recommends to the member of OECD to implement the GHS (Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals) that harmonized the flammable materials for classification, labelling, production, transport, storage, handling, usage and discard. There are no significant differences between UN and GHS because GHS is based on physico-chemical hazard and acute toxity of classification and labelling of UN regulation for the classification and transportation of flammable materials. In this paper it was analyzed that the classification, labelling and test method of flammable materials for GHS and the national law of safety management of flammable materials.

A Parking Guidance and Information Service System is to provide real-time parking-information and the shortest parking-path for increasing the user's convenience, relieving traffic congestion, reducing illegal parking, and maximizing the efficiency of parking management. This paper discusses the result of the needs analysis, design, and implementation of the Parking Guidance and Information Service System. Furthermore, it analyzes and compares the parking time and vehicle turnover rate before and after the system installation.

This study empirically investigates whether urbanization triggers urban disaster damages in the metropolitan areas of Korea by applying panel data analysis. Issues are approached with respect to the perspective that increased natural disaster damages are closely related with urbanization. This paper describes the conceptual framework of disaster management to understand the factors that determine urban disaster damages in Korea. This study used a simplified model with some key factors for analysis, because flood damage factors in urban areas are too diverse, and a full understanding of every cause is not feasible. The results indicate that urbanization does not necessarily lead to increasing urban disaster damages and if properly managed, urbanization can actually reduce urban disaster damage.

현재 우리나라 경제구조조정의 3대 핵심분야의 하나인 공기업 부문의 성공적인 개혁을 위해서는, 공기업 내부효율 차원을 넘어 정부의 역할, 산업정책의 목표 및 경쟁정책과 산업정책간의 갈등이라는 보다 근본적인 차원에서 공기업문제에 접근하는 것이 필요하다. 본고에서는 특히 상업성이 강한 대규모 공기업에 중점을 두고, 그 설립배경에서 출발하여 현행 공기업정책이 지난 문제점을 산업정책 및 경쟁정책과 연계하여 분석하고 공기업 경영 및 자원배분의 효율성을 제고할 수 있는 민영화 및 경영혁신방안을 제시하고 있다. 특히 선정부 출범 이후 추진되고 있는 민영화계획은 다음과 같은 점에서 개선될 필요가 있다. 첫째, 민영화대상 공기업들은 완전민영화 이전에 1997 년에 도입된 "공기업 특별법"의 적용을 받도록 하여 이윤동기 및 기업가치 극대화에 의거한 기업경영 및 지배구조의 정착을 유도하되, 특별법의 내용을 보완하여 기업경영에 대하여 주무부처의 간섭으로부터 완전독립을 보장하는 것이 요구된다. 둘째, 민영화에 따른 효율제고의 효과를 최대한 얻기 위해서는 완전민영화 이전에라도 산업정책, 규제정책 및 경쟁정책 등을 기업경영과 분리해야 한다. 이를 위하여, 자연독점적 산업에 대한 요금규제를 위해 독립된 규제기관을 설치해야 하고 민영화 대상 공기업의 정부보유주식을 관리하는 공기업지주회사의 설립을 검토할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 주무부처의 부처이기주의를 초월하여 민영화계획을 효과적으로 집행하기 위해서는 강력한 정치적 리더십이 뒷받침되는 범정부적 추진체제를 갖추는 것이 필요하다.

Recently, the rapid Increase of knowledge information resources and the advancement of information and communication technology has affected all libraries and the museums which collected knowledge and the information resources and provided service with indigenous for a long time. Hence, The library and the museum began to constructs the cooperative system with the cultural heritage agency such as international museums, libraries and archives after realizing the impossibility of physical self-sufficiency that the users are not able to obtain the knowledge resources and the library are not able to provide them. In this Paper, some models are presented for the data cooperation system construction of the library and the museum and developmental plan in the future. The models are (1) Interchangeable model for autonomous noninterference (2) dispense mutual service model (3) intensive service center model (4) a mixture union model.

According to various information needs of end-users in information society, it brings forward a study on a database(DB) product costing method in order to activate the DB industry. The objective of this paper is to propose the DB product costing method of the DB service. The first thing classifies the elements of DB product cost accounting by the activities of the circulation system of information in the DB service. Based on the assumptions in terms of DB product cost accounting, the second is to develop its model. The last is to present the process of DB product cost accounting by applying the model to a company which provides the DB service. It is necessary to research continuously regarding the DB product costing method because its purpose is to decide a DB service charge. The right pricing decision in the DB service charge will contribute toward the growth of the DB industry acceleratedly.

This research investigated the preference factor which has an effect on the forms of bus stop shelter in order to grasp the visual preference factor, which is necessary for planning and designing of bus stop shelter centering around user, starting with the question of the research regarding that a shelter is preferred by what kind of factor when the environmental conditions are regular. This research examined the relation between visual preference and preference factor which has an effect on it with Multiple Regression Analysis after evaluating visual preference for shelter form by user as applying of scoring system of Interval Scale. The result of the factor analysis by visual evaluation for the form of bus stop shelter through the said research result will have an great effect on the design of bus stop shelter centering around its user. Therefore, this research result will give a knowledge which is necessary for the plan and the installation of bus stop shelter, and contributes to shelter design and bus stop promotion which can maximize the satisfaction of user. As well, concerning the management of bus stop facilities, it will give useful guidelines for planning strategically the shelter management centering around user. In particular, It is estimated that the preference factor analysis by visual evaluation of the mass transportation user in daily life will be the cardinal point for bus stop plan.
