Reinforcement Mining Method for Anomaly Detection and Misuse Detection using Post-processing and Training Method (이상탐지(Anomaly Detection) 및 오용탐지(Misuse Detection) 분석의 정확도 향상을 위한 개선된 데이터마이닝 방법 연구)

  • 네트워크상에서 발생하는 다양한 형태의 대량의 데이터를 정확하고 효율적으로 분석하기 위해 설계되고 있는 마이닝 시스템들은 목표지향적으로 훈련데이터들을 어떻게 구축하여 다룰 것인지에 대한 문제보다는 대부분 얼마나 많은 데이터 마이닝 기법을 지원하고 이를 적용할 수 있는지 등의 기법에 초점을 두고 있다. 따라서, 점점 더 에이전트화, 분산화, 자동화 및 은닉화 되는 최근의 보안공격기법을 정확하게 탐지하기 위한 방법은 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경 내에서 발생 가능한 문제 중 복잡하고 지능화된 침입패턴의 탐지를 위해 데이터 마이닝 기법과 결함허용방법을 이용하는 개선된 학습알고리즘과 후처리 방법에 의한 RTPID(Refinement Training and Post-processing for Intrusion Detection)시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서의 RTPID 시스템은 active learning과 post-processing을 이용하여, 네트워크 내에서 발생 가능한 침입형태들을 정확하고 효율적으로 다루어 분석하고 있다. 이는 기법에만 초점을 맞춘 기존의 데이터마이닝 분석을 개선하고 있으며, 특히 제안된 분석 프로세스를 진행하는 동안 능동학습방법의 장점을 수용하여 학습효과는 높이며 비용을 감소시킬 수 있는 자가학습방법(self learning)방법의 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 이는 관리자의 개입을 최소화하는 학습방법이면서 동시에 False Positive와 False Negative 의 오류를 매우 효율적으로 개선하는 방법으로 기대된다. 본 논문의 제안방법은 분석도구나 시스템에 의존하지 않기 때문에, 유사한 문제를 안고 있는 여러 분야의 네트웍 환경에 적용될 수 있다.더욱 높은성능을 가짐을 알 수 있다.의 각 노드의 전력이 위험할 때 에러 패킷을 발생하는 기법을 추가하였다. NS-2 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 실험을 한 결과, 제안한 기법이 AOMDV에 비해 경로 탐색 횟수가 최대 36.57% 까지 감소되었음을 알 수 있었다.의 작용보다 더 강력함을 시사하고 있다.TEX>로 최고값을 나타내었으며 그 후 감소하여 담금 10일에는 $1.61{\sim}2.34%$였다. 시험구간에는 KKR, SKR이 비교적 높은 값을 나타내었다. 무기질 함량은 발효기간이 경과할수록 증하였고 Ca는 $2.95{\sim}36.76$, Cu는 $0.01{\sim}0.14$, Fe는 $0.71{\sim}3.23$, K는 $110.89{\sim}517.33$, Mg는 $34.78{\sim}122.40$, Mn은 $0.56{\sim}5.98$, Na는 $0.19{\sim}14.36$, Zn은 $0.90{\sim}5.71ppm$을 나타내었으며, 시험구별로 보면 WNR, BNR구가 Na만 제외한 다른 무기성분 함량이 가장 높았다.O to reduce I/O cost by reusing data already present in the memory of other nodes. Spatial Join based on the Transform-Space View (변환공간 뷰를 기반으로한 공간 조인)

  • Spatial joins find pairs of objects that overlap with each other. In spatial joins using indexes, original-space indexes such as the R-tree are widely used. An original-space index is the one that indexes objects as represented in the original space. Since original-space indexes deal with sizes of objects, it is difficult to develop a formal algorithm without relying on heuristics. On the other hand, transform-space indexes, which transform objects in the original space into points in the transform space and index them, deal only with points but no sites. Thus, spatial join algorithms using these indexes are relatively simple and can be formally developed. However, the disadvantage of transform-space join algorithms is that they cannot be applied to original-space indexes such as the R-tree containing original-space objects. In this paper, we present a novel mechanism for achieving the best of these two types of algorithms. Specifically, we propose a new notion of the transform-space view and present the transform-space view join algorithm(TSVJ). A transform-space view is a virtual transform-space index based on an original-space index. It allows us to interpret on-the-fly a pre-built original-space index as a transform-space index without incurring any overhead and without actually modifying the structure of the original-space index or changing object representation. The experimental result shows that, compared to existing spatial join algorithms that use R-trees in the original space, the TSVJ improves the number of disk accesses by up to 43.1% The most important contribution of this paper is to show that we can use original-space indexes, such as the R-tree, in the transform space by interpreting them through the notion of the transform-space view. We believe that this new notion provides a framework for developing various new spatial query processing algorithms in the transform space.

Effects of PZM Media on In Vitro Development of Porcine IVM/IVF Embryos (PZM 배양액이 돼지체외수정란의 배발달에 미치는 영향)

  • The present study was carried out to examine the effects of $O_2$ concentrations and culture media (North Carolina State University (NCSU)-23, porcine zygote medium(PZM)-3 or PZM-4) on in vitro development of porcine IVM/IVF embryos. Porcine oocyte-cumulus complexes were cultured in BSA-free NCSU-23 medium containing porcine follicular fluid (10%), cysteine (0.9 mM), $\beta$-mercaptoethanol (25 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$), epidermal growth factor (10 ng/$m\ell$) and hormonal supplements (PMSG and hCG: 10 IU/$m\ell$) for 20∼22 h. They were then cultured in the same medium but without hormonal supplements for an additional 20∼22 h. After culture, cumulus-free oocyte were coincubated with liquid boar spermatozoa for 5∼6h. Putative zygotes were transferred to NCSU-23, PZM-3 and PZM-4 medium under the condition of 5% $O_2$ or 20% $O_2$ concentrations. At 48 h, no mean differences were found in cleavage rates. However, the rates of blastocyst formation at day 7 after in vitro fertilization were significantly higher in PZM-3 medium under the condition of 5% $O_2$ concentration than other treatments (19.9$\pm$2.4 vs. 11.1$\pm$2.0 to 16.0$\pm$2.5%, P<0.05). The total cell numbers of blastocysts were significantly higher in 5% $O_2$ than in 20% O2 (P<0.05). However, no differences was found among the culture media within each $O_2$ concentrations. In conclusion, the use of PZM-3 medium in 5% $O_2$ concentration was effective on in vitro development of porcine IVM/IVF embryos.

  • This study was designed to investigate the seasonal variation in semen characteristics and the change of motility during semen frozen/thawed, and conception rates were observed following AI at the different times after estrus synchronization. Semen collected from March to May showed significantly lower semen quality than the other months (P<0.05) and semen characteristics (volume, total sperm and motility) were significantly higher in October. Sperm motility after thawing in frozen semen were significantly lower in non-breeding season than in breeding season (P<0.05). Conception rate after treatment of estrus synchronization and AI different time after CIDR device removal, at 60 hour was higher than those of any other times through AI but there was no significantly difference between AI times. Semen characteristics change gradually during the breeding and non-breeding season. These results were considered as a model for the use of assisted reproductive techniques for AI of deer in Korea.

Precise Orbit Determination of LEO Satellite Using Dual-Frequency GPS Data (이중 주파수 GPS 데이터를 이용한 저궤도 위성의 정밀궤도결정)

  • KOorea Multi-purpose SATellite(KOMPSAT)-5 will be launched at 550km altitude in 2010. Accurate satellite position(20 cm) and velocity(0.03 cm/s) are required to treat highly precise Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR) image processing. Ionosphere delay was eliminated using dual frequency GPS data and double differenced GPS measurement removed common clock errors of both GPS satellites and receiver. SAC-C carrier phase data with 0.1 Hz sampling rate was used to achieve precise orbit determination(POD) with ETRI GNSS Precise Orbit Determination(EGPOD) software, which was developed by ETRI. Dynamic model approach was used and satellite's position, velocity, and the coefficients of solar radiation pressure and drag were adjusted once per arc using Batch Least Square Estimator(BLSE) filter. Empirical accelerations for sinusoidal radial, along-track, and cross track terms were also estimated once per revolution for unmodeled dynamics. Additionally piece-wise constant acceleration for cross-track direction was estimated once per arc. The performance of POD was validated by comparing with JPL's Precise Orbit Ephemeris(POE).

  • This study examines whether the variables used in the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions) is applicable to continuous usage of uTradeHub at a time of expansion in the use of uTradeHub. In addition, the role of user satisfaction(mediating effect) and CEO support(interaction effect) in the relationship is identified attempting to provide basic data to help uTradeHub management strategy establishment. A total of 101 valid responses collected through questionnaires were used for empirical analysis(using SPSS 24.0), and the results are as follows. First, for the effect of the integration technology acceptance factor on user satisfaction(H1), only performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence were significant, but facilitating conditions was not significant. Second, for the effect of user satisfaction on the continued use of uTradeHub(H2), there was a significant result. Third, the mediation effect on verification of user satisfaction(H3) was full where performance expectancy, effort expectancy, and social influence prompted continuous usage through user satisfaction. Fourth, for interactive effect verification of CEO support(H4), an interaction effect was shown only in the influence relationship of performance expectancy and social influence on user satisfaction.

Current Status and Characterization of CANDU Spent Fuel for Geological Disposal System Design (심지층 처분시스템 설계를 위한 중수로 사용후핵연료 현황 및 선원항 분석)

  • Inventories to be disposed of, reference turnup, and source terms for CANDU spent fuel were evaluated for geological disposal system design. The historical and projected inventory by 2040 is expected to be 14,600 MtU under the condition of 30-year lifetime for unit 1 and 40-year lifetime for other units in Wolsong site. As a result of statistical analysis for discharge burnup of the spent fuels generated by 2007, average and stand deviation revealed 6,987 MWD/MtU and 1,167, respectively. From this result, the reference burnup was determined as 8,100 MWD/MtU which covers 84% of spent fuels in total. Source terms such as nuclide concentration for a long-term safety analysis, decay heat, thermo-mechanical analysis, and radiation intenity and spectrum was characterized by using ORIGEN-ARP containing conservativeness in the aspect of decay heat up to several thousand years. The results from this study will be useful for the design of storage and disposal facilities.

Hippocratic XML Databases: A Model and Access Control Mechanism (히포크라테스 XML 데이터베이스: 모델 및 액세스 통제 방법)

  • The Hippocratic database model recently proposed by Agrawal et al. incorporates privacy protection capabilities into relational databases. Since the Hippocratic database is based on the relational database, it needs extensions to be adapted for XML databases. In this paper, we propose the Hippocratic XML database model, an extension of the Hippocratic database model for XML databases and present an efficient access control mechanism under this model. In contrast to relational data, XML data have tree-like hierarchies. Thus, in order to manage these hierarchies of XML data, we extend and formally define such concepts presented in the Hippocratic database model as privacy preferences, privacy policies, privacy authorizations, and usage purposes of data records. Next, we present a new mechanism, which we call the authorization index, that is used in the access control mechanism. This authorization index, which is Implemented using a multi-dimensional index, allows us to efficiently search authorizations implied by the authorization granted on the nearest ancestor using the nearest neighbor search technique. Using synthetic and real data, we have performed extensive experiments comparing query processing time with those of existing access control mechanisms. The results show that the proposed access control mechanism improves the wall clock time by up to 13.6 times over the top-down access control strategy and by up to 20.3 times over the bottom-up access control strategy The major contributions of our paper are 1) extending the Hippocratic database model into the Hippocratic XML database model and 2) proposing an efficient across control mechanism that uses the authorization index and nearest neighbor search technique under this model.

  • Recently, as the generation and sharing of web data have increased, the importance of a social semantic web that combines the semantic web and the social web has also been increasing. In this paper, we propose a trust evaluation scheme based on provenance by extending the PROV model in the social semantic web environment. The proposed scheme manages the provenance of web data and adds the necessary elements for trust evaluation in the PROV model of W3C. The extended PROV model supports data management and provenance tracing. The proposed trust evaluation scheme considers various parameters such as user trust, original data trust, and user evaluation. The evaluated trust is managed as provenance. When processing a query, the proposed scheme generates a result by considering the trust. Therefore, the proposed scheme can manage the provenance of web data and compute data trust correctly by using such various parameters. The evaluated trust becomes a criterion to determine whether the query result can be trusted or not. In order to show the validity of the proposed scheme, we verify its performance using SPARQL queries.

On Developing a Semantic Annotation Tool for Managing Metadata of Web Documents based on XMP and Ontology (웹 문서의 메타데이터 관리를 위한 XMP 및 온톨로지 기반의 시맨틱 어노테이션 지원도구 개발)

  • The goal of Semantic Web is to provide efficient and effective semantic search and web services based on the machine-processable semantic information of web resources. Therefore, the process of creating and adding computer-understandable metadata for a variety of web contents, namely, semantic annotation is one of the fundamental technologies for the semantic web. Recently, in order to manage annotation metadata, direct approach for embedding metadata into the document is mainly used in semantic annotation. However, many semantic annotation tools for web documents have been mainly worked with HTML documents, and most of these tools do not support semantic search functionalities using the metadata. In this paper, based on these problems and previous works, we propose the Ontology-based Semantic Annotation tool(OSA) to efficiently support semantic annotation for web documents(such as HTML, PDF). We define a semantic annotation model that represents ontological-semantic information by using RDFS(RDF Schema). Based on XMP(eXtensible Metadata Platform) standard, the model is encoded directly into the document. By using OSA with XMP, user can perform semantic annotation on web documents which are able to keep compatibility for managing annotation metadata. Eventually, the integrated semantic annotation metadata can be used effectively in semantic search for a variety of web contents.
