차량 번호판 인식 시스템은 차량 보급의 대중화와 그에 따라 발생되는 여러문제의 해결차원에서 활발하게 연구 개발되고 있는 분야이다. 본 논문에서는 휴대용 입력 장치로부터 획득한 차량 번호판 영상에서 차량 번호판이 가지는 특성을 이용하여 번호판을 추출한 후, 차량 번호판의 특성을 이용하여 개별 문자 영역들의 MBR(Minimum Boundary Rectangle)을 추출한다. 그리고. 불변 모멘트의 특징을 이용하여 기존의 템플릿 매칭 방식 보다 연산시간이 매우 빠르고 입력 영상내의 번호판 크기에 제약이 적온 장점을 가진 보다 향상된 차량 번호판 인식 시스템을 제안한다.

We study how to design conventional feedback controllers to drive chaotic trajectories of the well-known systems to their equilibrium points or any of their inherent periodic orbits. The well-known chaotic systems are Heon map and Duffing's equation, which are used as illustrative examples. The proposed feedback controller forces the chaotic trajectory to the stable manifold as OGY method does. Simulation results are presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed design method.

The flexible arm has considerable structural flexibility. Because of its flexibility, the dynamic nodel is very complex and difficult to get. In this paper, fuzzy logic controller(FLC) of the single-link flexible arm is proposed, for FLC does not require any mathematical model of the plant. Noncolocated control is used and the choice of linguistic variables are examined. The simulation results are presented to show the possibility of FLC for flexible arm.

히스토그램을 이용한 장면 전환 검출 기법은 순차적으로 접근하여 모든 프레임의 히스토그램을 구하고 각 히스토그램의 차를 이용하여 장면 전환을 검출한다. 하지만, 장면 전환이 비교적 적게 나타나는 부분에서는 모든 프레임을 비교한다는 것은 비효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 모든 프레임을 순차적으로 비교하지 않고 가중치를 조절하여 장면 전환이 거의 발생하지 않는 경우는 많은 프레임을, 장면 전환이 많은 곳에서는 적은 프레임을 생략하여 히스토그램을 비교하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 생략하는 프레임 수를 조절하기 때문에 순차적으로 처리하는 것보다 빠른 처리 시간을 보일 수 있다.

An analysis method about Transverse Edge Effect is suggested which can be applied even in transversal decline when the mover of linear induction motor runs along a curvilinear path. The criteria for linear induction motor design is proposed by indentifying the influence of the ratio of width and displacement of primary and secondary.

인터넷의 급속한 발달과 네트워크의 고속화로 인해 통신 기술이 발전하고 새로운 제품과 통신 장비들이 개발되고 있다. 또한 최근에 장비의 특성에 따라 최적화 되어있는 공개운영체제인 리눅스를 탑재한 임베디드 시스템의 개발이 가속화 되고 있다. 임베디드 시스템은 장비의 기능을 제어하고 활용할 수 있는 임베디드 운영체제를 포팅하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 네트워크 기능을 이용하고 제어하기 위해 임베디드 리눅스인 uCliunx를네트워크 장비에 포팅하고 포팅된 운영체제를 기반으로 라우터의 기능을 수행하도록 하기 위한 시스템 및 응용프로그램의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 논하였다.

Dopper should performance not only to constrain rolling and yawing system but also to develop capability of pantograph. In orde to get purpose, the survey and study that the type of dropper which convert 'I' type dropper into 'Y' type that performance to constrain rolling,yawing and jamping of catenary system simultaneously.
