장미의 양액재배 및 상자재배시 필수적인 우량 삽목묘의 육성을 위하여 장미의 삽목발근에 미치는 삽목용토의 영향을 실험한 결과, 품종에 따라 다소간의 차이는 있었지만 피트모스와 대립 버미큘라이트 1:2의 혼합용토에서 발근이 가장 양호한 경향을 보여 대부분의 품종에서 100%의 발근율을 보였으며 'Little Mable'과 'Suplesse'도 95% 이상의 발근율을 보였다. 또한 뿌리의 생육상태를 조사한 결과, 뿌리의 수, 무게 및 직경 등도 피트모스와 대립 버미큘라이트 1:2혼합토에서 생육이 가장 양호한 경향을 보였으나 뿌리의 길이는 피트모스와 대립 펄라이트 1:2 혼합토에서 가장 긴 경향을 보였다.

This study was performed to investigate the current regulatory guidances of safety and efficacy evaluation for the approval of stereoisomeric drugs in Korea and US. According to the regulatory guidelines in major countries (EU, Canada, US), the important categories for the development of stereoisomeric drugs are classified as 1) development of a single enantiomer as a new active substances 2) development of a racemate as a new active substance 3) development of a new single enantiomer from an approved racemate. For this study, domestic regulatory documents for current guidelines of stereoisomeric drugs were investigated. Also four typical stereoisomeric drugs for three categories were chosen to investigate the new drug submission documents of KFDA and FDA for the safety and efficacy evaluation of stereoisomeric drugs. It is expected that these comparative results between KFDA and FDA will be useful for the safety and efficacy for the regulatory approval of stereoisomeric drugs in Korea.

목 적: 조기난소부전 환자의 10$\sim$20%에서 난소기능이 회복될 수 있다고 하며 간헐적으로 배란이 되고 심지어는 임신이 가능할 수 있다는 보고가 있다. 그러나 한국의 조기난소부전 여성의 임상적 특징과 배란가능성은 논의된 적이 없다. 이 연구의 목적은 한국인 조기난소부전 환자에서 자연 난포의 발생 빈도와 배란유도의 가능성을 평가하는 것이다. 연구방법: 특발성 조기난소부전으로 진단된 15명 여성의 전체 진료기록을 후향적으로 연구하였다. 환자별로 6번 이상의 초음파 검사를 시행하였고 36개월 이상의 기간 동안 추적관찰을 하였다. 또한 4명의 환자에서 6주기의 배란유도시도를 하였다. 조사항목은 초음파 검사에서 난포의 발견율, 자연 난포 성장률과 배란유도를 시행한 경우에 그 반응을 평가하여 결과를 분석하였다. 결 과: 15명 중 6명은 초음파상 난포가 발견되었나 (40%) 초음파 검사 당 난포 발견 빈도는 7%였다 (115회 중 8회). 6명 중 한 명은 초음파 추적관찰 상 배란이 확인되었고 나머지 5명은 크기에 변화가 없었다. 배란유도를 시도한 6명 중 성공적인 난포 성장이 관찰된 예는 없었다. 결 론: 한국인 조기난소부전 환자에서 난포의 발견율은 이전 서양 연구에 비하여 낮다고 생각되지만 관찰 방법에 차이가 있어 직접비교는 불가능하다. 배란유도의 성공율은 0%로서 이전 연구에서 발표된 수준보다 낮았다.

With a long crotch length and much ease in the hip area, baggy pants are visually expressed in a variety of designs when compared with regular pants. The purpose of this study is to define the image differences of various baggy pants designs according to hip circumference and crotch length ease. To that end, this study deduced the visual image variable of experimental baggy pants and analyzed visual images according to changes in hip circumference and crotch length. Nine baggy pants with different levels of hip circumference and crotch length ease were produced as experimental pants. The image of each pair of experimental baggy pants was evaluated based on pictures taken of the pants worn by a woman in her 20s with a standard body figure. The image assessment team was composed of 105 clothing majors. The research results are as follows. Four visual image factors of experimental baggy pants were extracted: whole body compensation, lower body compensation, hip compensation, and waist compensation. Among the 4 factors, the whole body compensation factor was shown as the most representative factor. The body compensation image was higher with less hip circumference ease in the experimental baggy pants, and more hip circumference ease created the optical illusion of a larger body figure, presenting a significant difference between waist circumference and hip circumference. The lower body compensation factor, hip compensation factor, and waist compensation factor all showed a significant influence on changes in hip circumference ease. This result shows that changes in hip circumference ease exerted more influence on the body compensation image than did changes in crotch length ease. The results of this study provide basic data for predicting visual images according to differences in the level of ease in baggy pants, helping people select clothing suitable to their preferences and body shapes.

본 연구에서는 저온 해양성 미세조류인 Nannochloropsis sp.를 대상으로 (주)아이엠비즈에서 개발한 수직형 고효율 광배양기를 통한 생산성 평가를 목적으로 2톤의 배양액으로 자가영양의 옥외생장실험을 진행하였다. 한달간 진행된 실험에서, 0.1%의 $CO_2$를 주입한 배양에서는 일평균 0.953g/L의 생산성을 나타냈으며, 공기만을 주입했을 경우에는 0.574g/L의 생산성을 나타냈다. 온도의 분포는 최저 $20^{\circ}C$에서 최고 $31^{\circ}C$에 이르렀으며, 이 범위에서 온도에 따른 생산성의 변화는 크게 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 빛의 세기는 최저 5,000럭스에서 최고 4만 럭스 내외로 조사되었으며, 빛의 세기와 미세조류의 생장사이에 매우 밀접한 관련이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 한편, 본 실험에서 시도된 개발된 배양기를 통한 가압부상에 의한 조류의 수확방법은 효과가 매우 높은 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 교수의 연구업적을 보다 다면적으로 측정하기 위한 합리적 방법을 고안하기 위하여 새로운 논문계량지표인 Quality Factor를 개발하였다. Quality Factor는 총 논문수, 피인용수, h-index, Impact Factor를 이용하여 수치를 도출한다. 새로 개발한 지표인 Quality Factor와 다양한 지표(논문 수, Impact Factor, 피인용수, h-index, g-index)간의 관계를 분석하기 위하여, 본 연구는 국내 문헌정보학과 교수 189명의 14년간(2001-2014)의 학술논문데이터를 바탕으로 그들의 지표별(논문 수, Impact Factor, 피인용수) 순위를 산출하고 지표들 간에 스피어만 순위상관관계를 도출하였다. 그 결과, Quality Factor는 전체적으로 피인용 수의 영향을 주로 받는 지표(피인용수, h-index, g-index)와 유사한 상관관계를 보였으나, 산점도에서 Quality Factor가 타 지표에 비하여 분산된 분포를 나타내면서 개별식별성이 높은 것으로 드러났으며 군집 분할 분석에서도 타 지표들과 상이한 상관관계를 보여주었다.

본 연구의 목적은 웹사이트를 이용하는 소비자들이 기능별 지각 수준이 다른 웹사이트로 전환하는 행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시되었다. 분석 방법은 외식기업 웹사이트 사용자들을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하였으며, 응답자들의 일반적인 특성 파악을 위해 빈도분석과 외식기업 웹사이트의 기능별 지각 수준이 전환 행동과의 영향 관계를 분석하기 위해 단순 회귀분석과 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 외식기업 웹사이트 기능별 지각 수준이 전환 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 오락 기능, 광고 기능, 커뮤니케이션 기능, 구매 결정 기능 모두 전환 행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 지각 수준이 높을수록 전환 행동도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 다음의 요소들이 전환 행동에 유의성을 나타내었다. 오락 기능의 지각 수준 중 검색이 이해하기 용이했다. 광고 기능의 지각 수준 중에서는 레스토랑 이미지가 쉽게 각인된다. 커뮤니케이션 기능의 지각 수준에 있어서는 신 메뉴 출시를 쉽게 알 수 있다. 구매 결정기능의 지각 수준 중에서는 웹사이트 이용은 자유롭다에서 전환 행동에 높은 유의성을 나타내었다.

The submandibular gland is the second largest major salivary gland, which secretes 40% of the total daily saliva. Owing to its anatomic characteristics as well as the high viscosity and basicity of the saliva, sialolithiasis is found most commonly in the submandibular gland. Sialolithiasis that cannot be treated by conservative treatment is conventionally removed by an excision of the submandibular gland. Generally, an excision of the submandibular gland is performed via an extra-oral approach but the disadvantages of this treatment include a risk of injuring the facial nerve and scar formation. Case reports have revealed an even less invasive intraoral surgical technique for the removal of sialolith that does not affect the submandibular gland function. The functional recovery of the gland, complications and recurrence rates after surgery with this conservative intraoral procedure were all successful. We report 5 patients from the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Dental Hospital, Yonsei University, who had undergone a resection of the sialolith though the intraoral approach with successful results.

본 연구는 수강생의 정보활용능력에 영향을 미치는 요인과 정보활용교육의 교육효과를 분석해보고 그 결과를 바탕으로 향후의 정보활용교육 활성화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 함에 목적을 두었다. 정보활용교육 수강 전후의 컴퓨터조작기술, 도서관관련지식. 도서관이용빈도 및 정보활용능력의 평균값 차이를 비교하였다. 정보활용교육 수강생의 사전교육경험과 컴퓨터조작기술, 도서관이용지식 및 자료이용빈도가 정보활용능력에 미치는 영향 및 수강생의 수업만족도와 수강 후 견해와의 영향관계를 살펴본 가설 모두 채택되었다. 대학생들의 정보활용능력 향상을 위한 보다 체계적이고 심도 있는 교육 프로그램이 절실히 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

This survey was designed to analyze questionnaire of Japanese who experienced Oriental Medical Tourism and to facilitate it afterwards. The survey was organized for 38 Japanese participants in oriental medicine hospital from Feb. 10 to Mar. 7 in 2011. According to the research, most of them didn't know about oriental medicine but they were interested. They preferred preventive medication through health improvement to medical treatment. When making decisions on which tourism products to use, the quality of medical service came first consideration for them. The most appropriate length of visit was 4~7days and cost per day was 7100~14000 yen. We need to gather more information on their various fields of interest in order to provide customized medical service and more surveys should be conducted henceforth.
