In this paper, we consider the strong consistency of the regression quantiles estimators for the nonlinear regression models when dependent variables are subject to censoring, and provide the sufficient conditions which ensure the strong consistency of proposed estimators of the censored regression models. one example is given to illustrate the application of the main result.

도루묵, Arctoscopus japoncus (Steindachner)은 농어목, 도루목과에 속하는 어류로서 우리나라 동해연안, 일본 혹카이도 동부지방, 캄차카, 알래스카 등지에 널리 분포하며 우리나라에는 1속 1종이 보고되어 있다(정, 1977). 또한 이종은 우리나라 동해안의 중요 산업 어종중의 하나이다. 우리나라에서 도루묵의 관한 연구는 최 등(1993)에 의한 동해안 도루묵의 연령, 성장과 성숙에 관한 연구, 명 등 (1989)에 의한 난 발생 및 자치어의 형태에 관한 연구 등이 있으나 본 종의 자원평가 및 합리적인 관리에 대한 연구는 되어 있지 않다. On the basis of KTMPO visibility data measured for 17 years(Jan.1983 to Oct.1999), time-series data analysis is accomplished for regression trend, cyclical periodicity, dependency of these data in this paper. After that, to predict visibility in KIMPO international airport a probability model is presented using this statistic probability characteristics.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest the development of the Guidelines on VTS English language competency test, according to IALA Guideline 1132 - VTS Voice Communications and Phraseology. As the foundation for improving VTSOs' communication capabilities throughout their career lifecycle in terms of training, accreditation, and revalidation, a development of a VTS-specific language testing system with explicit language testing evaluation criteria becomes more critical. With the aim of facilitating the discussion, a range of suggestions to be considered in the development of Guidelines on the VTS English competency test are made
