The purpose of this study is to clarify whether readability formulas based on linguistic factors are suitable for secondary and older primary age texts. A comparison among fomulas for primary age texts, some for both primary and secondary age, and some for secondary age revealed that exclusive ones for narrow age range were more effective. A model estimating readability scores from the average number of sentences in paragraphs or a model with two factors, the average number of sentences and paragraphs in texts was found to be good one for secondary age. While a model based on total number of unique syllables or a model from total number of unique syllables and new syllable occurrence ratio was good for primary age.

교육과학기술부는 2006년에 학교교육에 새로운 패러다임의 변화를 받아들이는 방법으로 디지털교과서의 사용을 시도하였다. 2007년 이후 일부 초등학교에서 디지털교과서가 시범적으로 운영 되었으며 2015년 초중고등학교 모든 교과서를 디지털 교과서로 변환을 발표하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이에 대처하기 위해 디지털 교과서의 서비스 구성, 구조, 시스템, 플랫폼등에 대해 분석하고 향후 발전 방향을 연구 한다.

Recently, u-learning passing over ICT learning and e-learning becomes influential in Korean primary and secondary schools. U-learning is to be proliferated in accordance with the development of ubiquitous environment. In this paper, we introduced the situation and implications of the model cases of ICT learning, e-learning and u-learning designated by the Korean Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development.

In this paper, I have designed and implemented the total management system to integrate PC and communications device operation of elementary, middle, and high school. The proposed system gives system information management, network information management, and remote management for PC and circuit management and performance analysis function for a router. For PC management, it supports system and network configuration information monitoring and current screen view of PC by remote screen capture. For network management, it provides gathering information of a line interface and analysis function such as utilization by polling. Thru total management system, system manager of teacher can have integrated operations of computerized resources in school by collecting and monitoring information of PCs and network elements.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the level of dental trauma management in elementary, middle and high school teachers using questionnaires. 325 elementary school teachers, 101 middle school teachers, and 232 high school teachers, totally 658(males of 362, females of 296)teachers were provided with the questionnaires. Part I in the questionnaires was composed of their gender, age, experience as teachers and whether they received education about dental trauma or not. Part II included questions about appropriate attitudes in case of specific dental trauma. Part III was composed of questions asking knowledges about states of damaged teeth and possible emergency service. The attitude in managing tooth fracture showed significant difference between male and female teachers. The attitude in managing tooth avulsion showed significant difference among elementary, middle and high school teachers. Although it had difference according to questions, insufficient knowledge and awareness about the management of dental trauma were shown in the majority of teachers. It is recommended that educational program for improvement of awareness about immediate management of traumatized teeth is necessary for teachers.

본 연구에서는 2015 개정 교육과정에 의해 새롭게 도입될 피지컬 컴퓨팅의 개념과 교육적 효과 그리고 학습 환경의 중요성을 이해하고, 피지컬 컴퓨팅 학습 환경에 대한 현장 초중등 교사들의 인식을 조사하고 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 초중등 학교에서 피지컬 컴퓨팅의 효과적인 학습을 위한 피지컬 컴퓨팅 학습 환경의 기준을 제안하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors influencing the satisfaction of schools using the school-food B2B e-Marketplace operated by Korea Agro-Fisheries Trade Corporation. This study proposes the social capital, communication, information sharing within the network and support by e-Marketplace as antecedents variables, and collected the survey responses from the schools participating in school-food e-Marketplace. The statistical results indicate that the social capital and support by e-Marketplace has significant impact on the satisfaction level of schools, and support strongly influences the social capital. It was also found that the communication and information sharing within the network influence the social capital and support. These findings may offer the significant implications leading to successful expansion of B2B e-Marketplace in the context of school-food area.

Sustainable development brings many potential advantages to the society and environment. As such, many educational communities have concentrated on incorporating this concept into their educational programs for the K-12 classrooms. The K-12 technology educators have also exerted efforts to infuse the sustainable development concept into the K-12 national-curriculum level. The purpose of this study was to investigate the high school students' attitudes towards sustainable development. The study participants were 1,073 high school students from six high schools in Gyeonggi province. A self-reported instrument was used to obtain the students' demographic information and to come up with an attitudinal scale towards sustainable development. This study employed statistical ways of exploring the attitudinal level of the South Korean high school students and of describing the subcategories of the sustainable development. The findings described the high school students' attitudes towards sustainable development with regard to three components: (1) cognition of sustainable development; (2) practices in pursuit of sustainable development; and (3) perception of the education for sustainable development. The exploratory factor analysis supported three perspectives of the students' attitudes towards sustainable development. Also, the qualitative data collected and analyzed from the students' responses to the open-ended question posed to them indicated two domains of the students' cognition of and practices in pursuit of sustainable development. These findings were made on the bases of several recommendations regarding the research on and implementation of Education for Sustainable Development(ESD).

현재 초ㆍ중ㆍ고등학교(이하 ‘학교기관’ )에서 쓰이고 있는 기존의 수작업 방식의 회계관리와 DOS 방식의 행정전산관리 프로그램의 한계점을 벗어나 새로운 GUI 윈도우 체계의 프로그램의 개발 필요성이 대두되어 본 시스템을 개발하게 되었다. 또한 학교기관에 납입해야 할 모든 납부금, 급식비, 장부관리에서부터 수입, 지출 등 학교에서 쓰이는 회계부분의 수작업을 모듈화 및 집약화하고 누구나 쉽게 운영할 수 있는 행정관리 시스템, 일괄처리로 구성하도록 하였으며, DB를 이중모드(사용자 모드와 관리자모드)로 분리, 보안문제를 보충하고, 문서의 표준화로 정보교류의 용이하다. 전국 학교기관의 회계운영방식을 표준화하여 구축 설계하고, 초보자 입장을 지향한 순차적 처리방식과 회계관리의 중복처리를 집약화 하여 구축하였다.

최근 컴퓨터 및 정보통신기술 등의 급속한 발전과 국가 정책에 따른 세계 최고수준의 If 인프라 구축에 따라 인터넷 이용률 및 인터넷에 의한 범죄 등이 급증하고 있다. 특히, 가장 많은 인터넷 사용 연령층이 초등학교 고학년에서 대학생들로 그들의 인터넷 이용률은 90％이상을 차지하고 있으며 사이버 범죄의 절반정도가 이들에 의하여 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 이들 학생을 위한 정보보호관련 교육내용과 교육환경의 열악함은 학생들이 죄의식 없이 범죄를 저지르거나 그들 자신들이 피해자가 되는 사회로 방치되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 제8회 정보보호심포지움에서 발표하였던 '초중고 정보보호교육 강화'의 내용을 보완하여 대학교를 포함한 정규학교에서의 정보보호교육내용을 분석하고 정보보호교육환경의 현황을 파악하였다. 또한, 이에 관한 결론으로 정보보호교육 강화 방안을 제시하였다.
