  • The purpose of this study is to identify factors that are causal and intention to revisit healing agricultural facilities and to identify the relationship between factors. the effect of experience type was analyzed on revisit intention by using facility experience satisfaction as a meditator for healing agriculture participants. The sub-variables of experience types were divided into educational experience, devious experience, entertainment experience, and aesthetic experience. 259 questionnaires collected from the people who experienced healing agriculture programs in the whole country were used for empirical analysis. The PROCESS macro v3.4 and SPSS v22.0 were used to analyze based on the singular simple mediation model which contains a single mediator. First, all types of experience had a positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Second, satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on revisit intention independently of experience type. Third, all types of experience had a positive (+) effect on revisit intention. Fourth, satisfaction mediated between experience type and revisit intention except for deviating experience among experience types. As a follow-up study, it is necessary to study for the adjustment of mediators other than the mediator introduced in the study or the controlled mediated analysis through the conditional process model in which the moderator variable is introduced.

  • Introducing the Coarsened Exact Matching(CEM), this study evaluates the effect of career experiential learning on career maturity and academic achievement among Korean adolescents. To guarantee the randomness between the students who has had career experiential learning and the others who has not, we process the raw data through the CEM before the regression analysis. According to the result, the efficacy of the career experiential learning on students' career maturity and their academic achievement still remains statistically significant even after the CEM. This positive significance of career experiential learning is consistent for both high school students and middle school students. Furthermore, direct experiential learning is more efficient than indirect experiential learning to improve career maturity of the students. These results implied that academic ability, as well as, career maturity could be developed by career experiential learning. While emphasizing the importance of career experiential learning for Korean adolescent, we also discuss the social implications of this study to encourage career education and its limitations.

  • Existing safety education delivered to construction workers has limitations in concentration and immersion, so delivery power and interest are low. In order to improve the unstable behavior of construction workers and prevent safety accidents through education, a paradigm shift to hands-on education is necessary. Experiential safety education aims to contribute to the prevention of safety accidents and induce safe behavior by construction workers to recognize risks faster, select safe working methods suitable for the working environment, and improve emergency response and proactive response. Experiential education facilities have a follow-up learning effect in case of danger. The experience facility, which consists of the same working environment as the actual construction site, is designed to experience falls, equipment contraction, fire, and electric shock. In order to achieve the results of safety education that has invested a lot of time, construction workers must have motivation to participate, and "experiential safety education" through playful, deviant, and aesthetic experiences reduces serious accidents.

Second, the impact on image of exhibition's image from 6factors is sequentially followed as wonderfulness tendency, experience tendency, purchase tendency, entertainment tendency, and utility tendency, however the local tendency have no impact on. Third, in the influence relationship between re-visit and exhibition image- as a following order- wonderfulness, purchase tendency, experiment tendency, entertainment tendency and local tendency are sequentially have an impact. Forth, the result of the analysis for influence between elements of the exhibition's image factor and the intention of recommendation shows that wonderfulness, experience tendency, entertainment tendency, and purchase tendency elements had a meaningful influence on the intention of recommendation however, local tendency and utility tendency do not have an impact. • This research was conducted to understand the extent to which visitors to the DMZ Pyeonghwa Nuri-gil Trail(located in one of the most Ecologically Sensitive Areas(ESA) of Korea) are motivated by perceived constraints and loyalty to the trail. Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to the participants of the '2010 DMZ Border Trekking Course', which resulted in collecting 317 valid responses. For statistical tests, the respondents were divided into three clusters(accidental, activity-driven, and nature-driven) by their motivation for the visit. ANOVA was conducted to examine if the three groups differ in terms of the perceived constraints and loyalty to the DMZ Pyeonghwa Nuri-gil Trail. The results showed that nature-driven visitors were more likely to perceive "psychological constraints" than accidental or activity-driven visitors. As for loyalty, accidental visitors displayed the lowest level of loyalty while nature-driven visitors indicated the highest level of loyalty. These results illustrate that nature-driven visitors not only have the strongest desire to experience and learn about ESAs but also possess the highest sense of loyalty to the trail. It can further be argued that nature-driven visitors are the ones with the greatest concern for the trail's well-being. The paper concludes with the contention that understanding the demand and characteristics of trail visitors is critical to the future development of the trail.
