This study is aimed at researching on psychopathological characteristics of agriculture-specialized college students, in a specific educational environment, consulting some students who show maladjusted characteristics, verifying its effects and providing basic data for college life instructions. The complete survey MMPI was conducted for 676 freshmen and juniors attending K agriculture-specialized college located in Jeollabuk-do. To analyze the results, basic statistics, bivariate correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were implemented. The results of this study are as follows; First, the level of overall clinical scale was lower than 50 points, standard point, and freshmen showed higher depression (D), hysteria (Hy) and psychasthenia (Pt) in general. Such results are different from the other study results. It is considered an anxiety in early stage, resulted from a living in a dormitory. For the juniors who came back from one-year practice, anxiety about employment seems little because they are already employed. Second, The effects of personal consultation for maladjusted students were proved (p<.01). The students who got consultation showed improvement effect from 'very bad condition' to 'considerable depression', which is low score. This study has a meaning in preventing from any accident, by screening maladjusted students who are supposed to learn in a specific situation, by relieving their symptoms through consultation and letting them concentrate on learning.

Objectives: This study suggests the application of philosophical counseling in the clinical field of Korean medicine and analyze the specific case. Methods: Through the analysis of coexisting factors of Korean medicine and philosophical counseling, we establish the area of philosophical counseling that Korean medicine practitioner can apply in the medical field. We described effects of philosophical counseling on the patient's symptom and the progress after discharge through a counseling approach based on philosophical questions. Results: During philosophical counseling, the Korean medical doctor asks questions about the nature of suffering and encourages patients to gain insight into their problems. In answering the vital philosophical questions, the patient leads to a creative interpretation of future life directions. We described the method of specific approaches through the description of the two cases. Conclusions: The philosophical counseling is compatible with the concept of Korean medicine, therefore, a Korean medicine practitioner can induce the recovery of mind and body through the creative interpretation of the patient by asking the patient the appropriate question which causes reflective thinking.

The Agency of Employment and Labor produces various records that are related to labor history subject while performing its functions such as labor supervision. Some valuable records were discarded even if they are worthy enough to be researched from a historical perspective. Thus, this article contributes to classifying the main subjects and the main agents of an action in view of macrohistory and microhistory. Some examples of the records that require prolonged preservation were also presented by each issue. Furthermore, this article proposes a dramatic improvement of the records schedule. It also presents other issues as the foundation of the valuation standard based on the subject including the conversion of the strategy of archival appraisal, and selection that combines the function and the subject.

As a public institution, it is the duty and responsibility of a library to provide readers with information about books. To provide such information to readers, a librarian should have the ability to provide satisfactory consultation and advice. As interest in picture books grows, there is an increasing need for libraries and librarians to produce and release picture book reviews on a regular basis to inform readers of what makes a good picture book, and which among similar books should they choose. Other than summarizing the content of a picture book, a good picture book review should also provide additional information that will help readers understand the reviewed book such as the literary symbolism of a book's visual texts. To this end, a librarian is required to develop visual literacy, which would enable him/her to read into the deeper meaning of the images imbued with the writer's ideas and philosophy. In light of the above discussion, this study compares and analyzes two picture book versions of the story Little Red Riding Hood, with the purpose of helping librarians understand the visual texts that they need to refer to when writing picture book reviews.

The manager of manufacturing industry just not to have known to do related to the law of Product Liability that was put into operation in July 2002. The law of PL is a public law about defective product, which was established in order to compensate consumer's damages of property and body caused by product, to make sound society by the safety products and to take international competitiveness. The economic effects by the law of Product Liability are the increase of consumers relief production cost by the lawsuits. Product liability as a process has developed significantly in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. The rapid introduction of product liability has recently been a prevalent phenomenon, as global changes arising from rapid development in science and the economy have resulted in a highly interconnected world economy. This thesis was established, based on current literature and business consulting cases in the position of companies, and is one of the operating subjects in a system for legal responsibility in manufactured products. However, there are limitations in the fact that research theories are only able to present a theoretical model and directions. In this context, managers and personnel of multiple companies cannot adequately respond to the recently enforced Product Liability Act. The major findings are summarized as Product Liability Management Activity are positively Correlation of Enterprise Value.

Objectives: We analyzed the reports of philosophical counseling and derived the characteristics of the questions that were administered in philosophical counseling. We also wanted to discuss if philosophical questions are necessary and applicable in Oriental medicine counseling. Methods: A systematic search of three Korean databases were performed. Case reports or case series that apply philosophical counseling to clients were included in this study (through June 27, 2019). We extracted questions and answers from the dialogue of each case. Extracted conversations between counselor and client were analyzed qualitatively. Results: Seven published articles with 17 cases were included and were analyzed for philosophical counseling. Philosophical questions have the following characteristics to help clients: (1) To clarify the phenomenon, (2) To identify subject and object, (3) To consider other people's perspective, (4) To review the premise, (5) To review the association relationship (6) To allow opportunities to think differently, and (7) To think of identity and values. Philosophical counseling and Korean medical counseling have commonalities in improving patients' resilience through logical conversation. The use of philosophical counseling in Korean medical counseling will maximize clients' philosophical resilience and the reparative power of nature. Thus, it is desirable to apply philosophical counseling to the practice of Korean medicine (KM). Conclusions: Through the qualitative analysis, we analyzed and categorized major characteristics of philosophical counseling. In the future, the possibility of using philosophical counseling should be explored in the KM practice.

The aim of this study was to investigate the psychological characteristics of Korean esports athletes. We investigated the psychological characteristics of 40 professional esports players and 72 amateur esports players, a total of 112 esports players. Specifically, we investigated the differences in emotional well-being, interpersonal relationships, and sleep between professional players and trainee players. Professional esports athletes showed higher responsiveness to social conflict and more interpersonal non-acceptance compared to the trainees. Results also indicated high levels of insomnia severity. Based on the results, the need for psychological intervention and sleep intervention for athletes were discussed.

Stress is accompanied by changes in the responses of the autonomic nervous system, and the heart rate variability (HRV) index is a quantitative marker that reflects autonomic responses induced by stressors. In this study, we observed changes in the autonomic responses induced by combinations of 30% oxygen administration and color light for stress relaxation. In all, 42 participants produced stress symptoms over the preceding two weeks, as rated on the stress response scale. After stress assessment, they were exposed to three therapeutic conditions, and electrocardiogram (ECG) signals were recorded before, during, and after therapy. The three therapy conditions consisted of only 30% oxygen administration with white light, a combination of 30% oxygen and orange light, and a combination of 30% oxygen and blue light. The HRV indices extracted from ECG signals were heart rate (HR), the standard deviation of the RR interval (SDNN), the mean square root of consecutive RR interval difference values (RMSSD), the low frequency component of HRV (LF), the high frequency component (HF), and the LF/HF ratio. These indicators were used to compare mean values before and after therapy. The results showed that HR and the LF/HF ratio were significantly lower after therapy than before it. In particular, the condition with 30% oxygen and blue light yielded significantly greater RMSSD and HF increases, as well as decreases in LF/HF ratio than in other two conditions. Our results suggest that therapy with 30% oxygen and blue light is the most effective for the relaxation of stress, which implies autonomic balance by parasympathetic activation.
