A Study for the Development of the Reliability/Availability Management System of the Urban Transit Vehicles (I) (도시철도차량 신뢰도/가용도 관리시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (I))

  • The maintenance of an urban transit vehicle accounts for 60-70% of total costs over its entire life cycle, so it is critical to reduce maintenance costs and extend the life times of urban transit EMUs (electric multiple units) through research. For these researches, the reliability and availability data management system was constructed through the case study of several industries in the domestic and international in the field of reliability centered maintenance system. And we created a system to manage reliability and availability data for use in urban-EMU maintenance. In this work, we identified the major functions needed to successfully develop the system. Here we report the successful development of a reliability and availability data management system for maintenance of urban transit vehicles.

  • 2020년 기준 금정터널 유지관리 계측센서의 정상 작동 실효성 검증 조사결과 정상작동 유효율은 14-2공구 6개 단면의 계측센서 41개중 7.3%, 14-3공구 10개 단면의 계측센서 83개중 24.1%로 편차가 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 전체 16개 단면의 계측센서 124개중 18.5%로 나타났다.

  • 도시철도유지보수체계 정보화시스템 연구에서 예방정비시스템 구축을 위해 RCM 연구를 진행하고 있으며, 특히 예방정비에서 RCM은 지난 십 수년간 정비보수(Maintenance) 분야의 관리 기법으로 다른 어느 분야의 관리 기법 보다 한층 탁월한 발전을 하고 있다. 특히, 도시철도분야는 매우 복잡한 시스템으로 유지보수에 대한 신뢰성과 효율성 및 안전성을 가장 먼저 확보하여야 한다. 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 여러 분야에서 오랜 기간동안 운영한 결과 상당한 유익점이 있다고 증명된 신뢰도 중심 정비 (Reliability Centered Maintenance: RCM)에 대한 소개를 하면서 도시철도 시스템에 대한 적용하고자 한다.

  • 국내 도시철도분야의 정보화는 제품설계부분과 운영/유지보수 분야에 일부 전산화가 이루어져 있으나, 정보의 체계적인 관리 및 표준화가 되지 않아 정보의 효율적인 이용 및 통합관리가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 도시철도 정보화 분야를 세계적인 경쟁력을 가진 분야로 육성하고 수명주기비용(Life Cycle Cost)을 최소화하여 경제성을 극대화 시킨 도시철도 정비유지체계 정보화 시스템을 개발하기 위한 것이다.

  • Nowadays, most of bridge networks are complete or close to completion. The biggest challenge railroad./highway agencies and departments of transportation face is the maintenance of these networks, keeping them safe and serviceable, with limited funds. To maintain the bridges effectively, there is an urgent need to predict their remaining life from a system reliability viewpoint. And, it is necessary to develop the maintenance models based on system reliability concept. In this paper, maintenance models are developed for preventive maintenance and essential maintenance by using system reliability and lifetime distributions. The proposed model is applied to an existing railroad bridge. The optimal maintenance strategy of this bridge is obtained in terms of services life extension and cumulative maintenance cost.

  • Recently, many kinds of research have been actively developing for a standardization and information to the field of design, construction, supervision, maintenance and management on facilities. The establishment of standard classification system on tunnel facilities and inspection data is most important among the things to have a efficiently maintenance and management. This paper suggests standard classification system on tunnel facilities and inspection data, and, on the basis of that, code work with standard classification system and input work was practised. The purpose of this paper is to suggest a kind of statistics data and investigate a characteristics of inspection using statistic data on railway tunnel.

Optimal Vertical Stiffness of Fastener of Concrete Track in High-Speed Railway (고속철도 콘크리트궤도 체결구 최적 수직강성)

  • In this study, to minimize both the costs associated with track maintenance and the energy consumption for train operation, a numerical method that evaluates the optimal vertical stiffness of a fastener for concrete track is presented. A progress model of the track damage is established in order to calculate the concrete track maintenance cost according to the fastener stiffness. Also, the quantitative relationship between the progress of the track damage and the maintenance of the concrete track is derived. The wheel load is more exactly evaluated by using the advanced vehicle-track interaction model, which can precisely consider the behaviors of the track components. An optimal range for the stiffness of the fastener, a range that is applicable to the design of concrete track for domestic high speed lines, is proposed.
