A Study to the Development of Reliability/Availability Management System of the Urban Transit EMU' Maintenance (도시철도차량 신뢰도/가용도 관리시스템 개발을 위한 기초연구)

  • It is very important that reduce the maintenance cost and extend life time of the urban transit EMU through effective maintenance method research. The maintenance cost of the urban transit EMU shares 70%$\sim$80% of it's life cycle cost. It means that the maintenance cost is bigger than the introduction cost of the urban transit EMU. In this study, we were survey and analysis for the reliability centered maintenance of internal and external many industry parts. Finally, we suggested the reliability/availability management System of the Urban Transit EMU' Maintenance.

The Spill-over Effects of Domestic Production of Light Rail Transit (경량전철 국산화의 경제적 파급효과)

  • This paper presents theoretical explanations about the spill-over effects of domestic production of light rail transit and empirically investigates its effects on output, value-added and employment in the Korean economy. We distinguish net gains of domestic production from gross effects that bring about whether localized or imported cars are used. The input-output analysis is employed to fully capture the interaction among various industries involved. The empirical results reveal that net gains of domestic production such as import substitution, improvement of trade balances, and increase in output, value-added and employment are enormous. The cost reduction in construction, E&M systems, cars, management, and tariff and transportation is also significant.

  • [ ${\circ}$ ] 1968년의 전기사업의 발전전력량은 1조 3,260억Kwh이며 1967년에 비하여 $9.4\%$ 의 증가를 나타냈다. 철도용 및 산업용 자가발전전력량을 합하면 1조 4,320억Kwh이었다. ${\circ}$ 철도용을 포함하여 50주의 총발전설비용량은 1968년 12월말 현재 3억900만Kw로 추정되며 1967년말에 비하여 $8.6\%$ 의 증가를 나타냈다. ${\circ}$ 발전설비는 미국본토 48주의 년간상정 최대수요에 대하여 약 $17.7\%$ 의 년간상정 예비력을 보유하였다. ${\circ}$ 주택용 평균 전력소비량은 6,065Kwh를 기록하였으며 1967년에 비하여 488Kwh의 증가를 나타냈다. ${\circ}$ 판매전력량은 1조 2,020억Kwh로 추정되며 1967년에 비하여 $8.6\%$ 증가하였고 이에 따라 수입 및 제세도 증가하여 신기록을 수립하였다.

  • 이 글에서 살펴본 바의 내용에 의하면 철도차량 습식 바닥구조의 차음성능은 기존의 35 mm를 47 mm로 하는 경우 약 4dB 정도의 차음개선 효과를 기대할 수 있으며, 제진층을 추가로 도입하는 경우 1~2dB의 추가적인 차음개선을 기대할 수 있다고 결론된다. 바닥충격음에 대한 차단성능은 경량충격음의 경우 두께 증가 및 제진층 적용에 의하여 각각 3dB 및 7dB의 차음개선이 예상된다. 그러나 중량충격음의 경우에는 차음개선 효과가 거의 없으며 오히려 감소하는 경우도 있으므로 보다 구체적인 검토 연구의 필요성이 있다.산업계에서는 현재의 진동소음저감기술을 좀더 단시간에 차량개발 프로그램에 적용하는데 더욱 큰 노력을 할 필요가 있을 것이다. 따라서 여기에서는 현재 자동차업체에서 수행하는 진동, 소음및 충격시험평가에 대해서만 국한하여 기술하고자한다.urce)을 찾아 직접 그 원인을 차단 및 치유하는 적극적이고 공격적인 방법을 이용하고있다. 본 글에서는 이러한 진동소음 문제를 차량의 개발 단계에서 해결하기 위한 일련의 과정 및 여러가지 개선기법에 대해서 살펴보고 그를 통한 진동소음 문제 해결방법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • TETRA(Terrestrial Trunked Radio) is the standard of D-TRS(Digital Trunked Radio System) developed by the ETSI(European Telecommunications Standards Institute). Currently, TETRA has been selected as Electric Power IT Wireless Backbone Network. Traditional distribution automation system has used the wireless network of Mobile Service Provider using CDMA(Code-Division Multiple Access) and WCDMA(Wideband CDMA) modem. Therefore, the development of gateway platform is indispensable according to the change to TETRA network. In this paper, we propose an embedded Linux-based Gateway platform for transmitting Industrial Electric Power IT protocol using TETRA network.

  • G20 summit is expected to be held in seoul this coming Nov. 2010 which is a typical case of international meeting in MICE industries have been rising in the world and can be considered as a new marketing paradigm. since IMF crisis in 1997 in korea via financial leeman turmoil in the wall street caused ruins of the middle class as financial resources of korea. it's like saying that we need to look for another practical marketing way not mass marketing any more to get through this comprehensive financial crisis. in this study, we are going to find out new marketing way using MICE industires.

  • 마그네슘은 지구상에서 존재하는 금속 중 가장 가벼운 실용화 금속이다. 따라서 최근 산업 전반적으로 대두되는 경량화에 대응하는 데 중요한 소재로 각광받고 있으며 그 활용이 활발하게 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 동향에 대응하는 일환으로 POSCO에서 생산되고 있는 압연 마그네슘판재를 적용하였다. 적용 대상은 철도 분야의 경량화를 위한 전장품을 선정하고, 실물 크기로 제작하였다. 제작은 두께 3.5 mm 의 판재를 사용하였으며 용접은 Friction Stir Welding 및 GTAW 를 사용하였다. 그림1에 제작이 완료된 형상을 나타낸다. 그리고 제작중의 용접과정에 대하여 3차원 열탄소성 해석을 수행하여 변형 과정에 대한 검토를 수행하였다. 그림2에 해석과정의 한 예를 나타낸다.

  • LCA is nowadays getting popular as a tool to assess the environmental impacts. We can assess the environmental impacts of products and also compare the environmental performance between products with LCA. Furthermore, the LCA results can be used for designing eco-friendly products. But LCA needs an enormous amount of data collection, calculations of energy and material balance. which required to spend pretty much time and cost. However, If we use Input-Output Analysis, There is a lot of advantages that we can save time and cost to calculate and also analyze energy-material balance more comprehensively. Therefore, we implemented the fundamental research of the environmental impact assessment on railway system using life cycle inventory analysis and Input-Output Analysis method.

  • Impact of Korea train express (KTX) on the regional economy in Korea has been studied by many researchers. Current research is limited in the lack of quantitative research using a statistical model to study the effect of KTX on regional economy. This paper analyses the influence of KTX to the household final consumption expenditure, which is one of important regional economic index, using spatial panel regression model. The spatial structure is introduced through spatial autocorrelation matrix using adjacency of KTX connection. The result shows a significant effect of Korea train express on the regional economy.

  • Due to the characteristics of the railway system, a fleet consists of multiple railway vehicles, and a project contract is made by supplying multiple fleets to the customer. If the project fails to meet the due date, the manufacturer must compensate for the delay to the customer. In this paper, we analyze the operation strategies of the railway vehicle manufacturing factory using simulation, in which the layout adopts the concept of the flow lines, and when shortages of parts are considered. If there is a shortage of parts, the subsequent assembly process cannot proceed due to the nature of the assembly process. Thus, in order to overcome this problem, three strategies for performing assembly work are presented when the events of shortages are occurred. We also compare the strategies with respect to reduce the total cost which includes labor costs and compensation costs for delay.
