Healing Effect of 635 nm Laser Diode in Skin Injury (635nm 레이저다이오드의 피부 결손 치유 효과)

  • Low level laser therapy has various therapy effects. This paper performed the basic study for fabricating the low level laser therapy apparatus, and one of the goals of this paper was to make this apparatus used handily. The apparatus has been fabricated using the laser diode and microprocessor unit. The apparatus used a 635 nm laser diode for laser medical therapy and was designed for a pulse width modulation type to increase stimulation effects. In this study, the designed device was used to find out how 635 nm laser diode affected the skin injury of SD-Rat(Sprague-Dawley Rat). We divided the participants into two groups; irradiation group which was irradiated 10 minutes a day for 9 consecutive days, and none irradiation group. The results showed that the study group had lower incidence of inflammation and faster recovery, compared with the control group.

  • 이중언어 사전은 자연어처리 분야에서 매우 유용한 자원으로 사용되고 있다. 그러나 초기사전이나 병렬말뭉치 등 자원이 부족한 언어 쌍에 대해서 이중언어 사전을 추출하는 것은 쉽지 않다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 중간 언어 기반으로 Word2Vec와 CCA를 이용하여 이중언어 사전을 추출하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위해서 중간언어로 영어를 사용하여 스페인어-한국어에 대한 이중언어 사전을 추출하는 실험을 하였다. 무작위로 뽑은 200개의 단어에 대한 번역 정확도를 구하였다. 그 결과 최상위에서 37.5%, 상위 10위에서 63%, 그리고 상위 20위에서는 69.5%의 정확도를 얻을 수 있었다.

  • Bi$_2$Sr$_2$Ca$_{n-1}$Cu$_{n}$O$_{x}$ superconducting thin films have been fabricated by atomic layer-by-layer deposition using IBS(Ion Beam Sputtering) method. During the deposition, 90 mol% ozone gas of typical pressure of 1~9 $\times$ 10$^{-5}$ Torr are supplied with ultraviolet light irradiation for oxidation. XRD and RHEED investigations reveal out that a buffer layer with some different compositions is formed at the early deposition stage of less than 10 units cell and then Bi-2201 oriented along the c-axis is grown.grown.

  • This paper performed the basic study for developing the Photodynamic Therapy Equipment for medical treatment. The equipment have been manufactured by using the High Bright Light Emitting Diode and TLC5941 integrated circuit. As a result, 630nm Light Emitting Diode Module was made for the optimization of irradiation condition. And we confirmed the current change according to increase of the level of Light Emitting Diode Module.

  • In this paper, we propose a new method for detection of mass-type breast cancer in dense mammogram. As the proposed method analyzes texture of the breast tissue using method by fusing Homogeneity and Ranklets, improve problem of traditional method. Homogeneity gives the measure of uniform density, and Ranklets determine orientation selective property at vertical, horizontal and diagonal in mass region. The proposed method is suitable to dense mammogram with tangled normal tissue and cancer tissue. SVM(Support Vector Machine) classifier is used for effective detection of mass-type breast cancer in dense mammogram.

  • 최근에 철도의 고속화 운행이 유럽, 동아시아, 북아메리카에 이르기까지 빠르게 확장됨으로 인하여 수반되는 지반진동에 대한 문제가 관심이 되고 있다. 건설현장에서 널리 적용되고 있는 Deep Mixing 기술은 철도의 고속화에 따른 진동의 피해를 줄이는 방법으로도 사용되고 있다. Deep Mixing 공법은 특별히 설계된 장비를 사용하여 접착성재료와 통양을 혼합하여 생산된 기둥벽을 이용하는 지반개량공법이다. 본 논문의 목적은 유럽이나 일본에서 진동제어로 사용되어지는 최근의 Deep Mixing 공법을 종합 검토하고자 함이다.. 스웨덴과 일본의 현장계측 결과와 함께 해석적 수치적 해에 근거하여 개선된 지반의 거동을 해석 및 예측한다. 수치해석 결과는 Deep Mixing 공법의 진동저감에 대한 예측에 있어서 유용한 도구임을 보여준다.

  • 본 논문은 기계 학습을 이용한 감정 분류에 필요한 학습 말뭉치를 효율적으로 확장하는 방법에 대하여 기술한다. 학습 말뭉치는 일반적으로 그에 알맞은 레이블을 정해야 하는데, 그 양이 어마어마하기 때문에 이 과정을 일일이 사람이 할 수는 없다. 그에 대한 해결책으로써 이미 많은 준지도학습 방법이 연구되었고, 그것을 트윗이라는 짧은 문서를 감정 분류하는 것에 적용해도 감정 문서 분류기의 성능이 좋다는 결과를 확인하였다.

Analysis of Sticking Coefficient in Bi-Superconducting Thin film (Bi 초전도 박막의 부착계수 해석)

  • BSCCO thin films are fabricated by an ion beam sputtering method, and sticking coefficients of the respective elements are evaluated. The sticking coefficient of Bi element in BSCCO film formation was observed to show a unique temperature dependence; it was almost a constant value of 0.49 below about 730$^{\circ}C$ and decreased linearly over about 730$^{\circ}C$ In contrast, Sr and Ca, displayed no such remarkable temperature dependence. This behavior of the sticking coefficient was explained consistently on the basis of the evaporation and sublimation processes of Bi$\sub$2/O$\sub$3/. It was concluded that Bi(2212) thin film constructs from the partial melted Bi(2201) phase with the aid of the liquid phase of Bi$\sub$2/O$\sub$3/.

  • We developed the equipment palpating cell proliferation using a high brightness LED. This equipment was fabricated using a micro-controller and a high brightness LED, and designed to enable us to control light irradiation time, intensity, frequency and so on. Especially, to control the light irradiation frequency, FPGA was used, and to control the change of output value, TLC5941 was used. Control stage is divided into 30 levels by program. Consequently, the current value could be controlled by the change of level in Continue Wave(CW) and Pulse Width Modulation(PWM), and the output of a high brightness LED could be controlled stage by stage.
