Various studies have been conducted to identify the concept of creativity and enhance it effectively. Many advanced countries in the field of design have already expanded the scope of design education from specialized education to universal education and utilized such design education as a curriculum for promoting the creativity. Although education industry in China has been growing rapidly with the increase in the national income, the current educational contents have been mostly focused on the subjects/contents for an entrance examination, with little consideration of creativity promotion for children. Therefore, as an effort to promote creativity of Chinese children, the current study developed a design education program utilizing Chinese cultural contents and verified its educational effectiveness in terms of creativity promotion. The program was developed in the following process: 1) exploring the program development direction through an in-depth interview with parents; 2) deriving three lesson plans through an ideation session with some experts in art education for children; and 3) selecting a final lesson plan through experts/parents evaluation and developing a final textbook. A total of 10 children were educated with the developed textbook, and their levels of creativity before and after the education were comparatively evaluated using Torrance Tests of Creative Thinking (TTCT). The study results showed that the education program developed in the current study significantly affected the children's creativity, which would contribute to promoting the children's creativity, and also, developing a new creativity education program in the future. Additionally, it is expected that the research methods employed in this study, that is, developing a creativity promotion program using some cultural/local contents, could be usefully/widely applied in various fields of education.

We developed CNP model as program for enhancing creativity. The CNP model emphasizes that parts of problem finding, embodying and solving ability and includes scientific problem finding tool, Integrated Process Skills and Science Writing Heuristic. The CNP Model is comprised of six step. We developed teachers' guide and student's worksheets for application. Result of applied CNP model to students of scientifically gifted education center in K University, students were able to enhanced originality and fluency and had solved problems by creative way. This study aims to examine whether software education has effects on improving creative competency. To this end, the study designed software education lessons to strengthen creative competency for 15 weeks and developed assessment tools. Based on the designed lessons, the 15-week lessons were provided for university students, including a pre-test in the first week and a post-test in the 15th week. The result showed that there was a significant difference in the effects of the lessons, with the mean value of creative competency 0.31 point higher and p-value of 0.002 in the post-test than in the pre-test. The sub-factors of creative competency, including flexibility, originality, openness, and creative implementing skills showed significant differences with p-value all lower than 0.05.
This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between authentic leadership of nursing managers and team creativity: the mediation role of positive psychological capital. The study participants were 124 staff nurses. The measurements included authentic leadership, psychological capital and team creativity. Data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and Baron and Kenny's three-level hierarchical regression analysis with SPSS 25.0 to identify correlation among variables and mediating effect of positive psychological capital. The research results indicated that the higher the authentic leadership, the higher the team's creativity and the higher the nurse's positive psychological capital and confirmed that positive psychological capital has a partial mediating effect in the relationship between authentic leadership and team creativity. The findings suggest that in order to improve the team creativity of staff nurses, converged organizational behavior management strategies are needed to improve the authentic leadership of managers perceived by staff nurses and the positive psychological capital of staff nurses.
