With consideration for the actual operating case, the cultural events of K Special Library were categorized into reading activities, reading promotion events, exhibition events, lecture events, and others. The influential relationship between these cultural events, the level of satisfaction, intention of reuse, and level of recognition of the K Special Library service were analyzed. As a result of this study, participation in cultural events was found to affect the level of use, level of satisfaction on services, intention to reuse and recommend, and level of recognition of K Special Library users. However, regarding the level of satisfaction on the collection of books, there was no significant difference arising from participation in cultural events. • This study analyzed learners' satisfaction and in-depth interviews with teachers after operating a software practical curriculum as a real-time video class for fifth and sixth graders in elementary school. The correlation between learner's presence, class overall, interaction, and real-time video class satisfaction showed that the positive correlation between presence, class overall, interaction, and satisfaction with real-time video classes was somewhat high. There were some differences in the real-time video class participation environment and real-time video class satisfaction, but it was not found to be statistically significant. In the case of teachers, it was difficult to respond to problems occurring in each student's individual environment, interactions between students, and individual feedback problems for a sluggish student. To solve this problem, opinions such as preliminary guidance and verification of real-time video class connection environment, error support for sluggish students and individual class participation environment, and feedback on individual tasks using LMS were suggested.

  • Corona, which first broke out in 2020, has caused many changes in many parts of society. Education was not an exception to this change. Teachers had to prepare online classes and students were asked to participate in it without sufficient preparation. Regarding online learning, many studies, in the field of developing teaching module and material or observing the satisfaction of online class, were conducted but there was no study based on how online class is happening in school. Therefore, this study was to investigate the current situation and satisfaction of online class for high school students and explored the relationship between sub-elements of mathematics learning and the level of satisfaction of online learning. As a result, mathematics online class was generally conducted in the form of real-time interactive classes and students felt a little satisfied with it. However, some conflicting opinions were expressed on the continuation of mathematics online learning. In addition, the study found that the higher level of satisfaction students have with online class, the difference appears in the sub-elements of learning mathematics such as values of mathematics, and motivation to learn, willingness to learn mathematics, learning strategies according to the safisfactory level of online class.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the campus life of engineering transfer students, to devise a means for increasing their participation in the ABEEK, and to assist them to have the satisfactory campus lives through researching the satisfaction level and the campus life adaptation of transfer students. We conducted a survey targeting 193 engineering transfer students of K university and D university. The study shows that most transfer students were accepted into college through a general screening process, their grades are likely to be lower than those of the previous college, however, they tend to be satisfactory with the current campus life, and the rate of participation in the ABEEK is low. Therefore university officials need to work hard to raise the rate of the participation in the ABEEK track and the campus life adaptation of transfer students. Moreover, the male transfer students tend to be more satisfactory than the female students, and students with higher grades in the previous college are likely to show higher adaptation than those with lower grades. Therefore we should make effort to increase the satisfaction of transfer students and need to accommodate the programs for the female transfer students more positively.

  • Research in which an individual's entrepreneurial spirit contributes to the country's economic development through revitalization of entrepreneurship is being actively conducted, but studies related to individual satisfaction or life satisfaction are still insufficient. This study aims to clarify the influence of young adults' entrepreneurial spirit on their life satisfaction and at the same time verify the mediating effect of self-efficacy and self-determination. In addition, an empirical analysis was conducted on 511 young people to reveal the effectiveness of participation in government start-up support projects. The research results are as follows. First, the entrepreneurial spirit had a positive effect on the life satisfaction of young people. Second, self-determination and self-efficacy played a role in mediating the relationship between entrepreneurship and life satisfaction. Finally, participation in start-up support projects did not show a statistically significant moderating effect. This study is expected to provide a clue that life satisfaction can act as a major variable in the impact of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurship. It also implies that the performance of the government start-up support project should be considered not only about the quantitative performance such as sales and employment effect, but also the qualitative performance such as personal life satisfaction.

Three casino communities, designated by a special law as run-down mining areas, were chosen for the survey research. One community consisted of two towns, Kohan and Sabuk in Chongsun county at which the casino is located. The other communities were Taeback city and other rural areas in Chongsun county. 559 samples from three communities completed self-administered questionnaires(gambling behavior participation, K-NODS, perceived impacts coward casino development, and scales of the satisfaction with life). Results were as follows; it was found that there was a positive relationship between gambling behaviors and gambling-related problems, and a negative relationship between gambling-related problems and the satisfaction with life. While residents who live Kohan and Sabuk community were likely to perceive negative impacts of the casino development, the residents in Taeback city were likely to perceive the casino development positively. It was found that the increased casino accessibility led co the increase in the gambling problems; the prevalence rates of pathological gambling in Kohan and Sabuk community were higher than both in Taebak city and in more rural areas in Chongsun county. The nagative impacts of legalized casino industry on community where the casino located were discussed.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the general characteristics in the previous studies and the magnitude of the correlation between the learner's satisfaction and the academic achievement in the education and training program. To do this, we searched relevant literature from 2000 to 2016, and conducted a systematic review of the literature on the final 31 studies through the selection criteria and quality evaluation. Among them, 27 meta-analysis of the literature was conducted. The finding of the study were as follows. First, a total of 31 studies were conducted from 2000 to 2016, and more than half of them(16) were conducted for the last 4 years(2009~2012). In terms of education and training students, there are 18 college students, 9 workers, and 4 elementary students in order of study. In terms of methods, 15 collective education, 14 distance education, 2 blended education. In terms of learner's participation, 22 the general participation, 9 the active participation. Second, as a result of the meta-analysis, the magnitude of the correlation between satisfaction and achievement was moderate(ZCOR=.297, 95%: CI .210~.383). Third, as a result of verifying the difference in the magnitude of the correlation effect between satisfaction and achievement according to the characteristics of the education and training program, there was no difference between the groups in the student object and education method, but there was a difference in the magnitude of the correlation effect depending on the participant type(Q=15.40, df=1, p<.0001). The active participation showed a correlation effect size larger(ZCOR=.588, 95%: CI .422~.754). The effect size of the general participation was lower than the median(ZCOR=.211, 95%: CI .12 ~.300).
