This study investigated the user's attitude to the supdari(a traditional wooden bridge) itself and the supdari project, and evaluated the quality of user's satisfaction of the bridge in Jeonju-River by importance-performance analysis(IPA). User's evaluation was achieved through questionnaire survey, and total 267 pieces of subjects were used for the analysis. The supdari users didn't realize the supdari construction was performed as a governance project, and didn't consider the supdari as one of landmarks of Jeonju-River. But local people thought that the supdari is one of the traditional and cultural facilities to reminds their hometown's landscapes and the supdari project can make the community network vitalize. Through the IPA, attributes with relative dissatisfaction were 'landscape facilities like small squares and rest area', 'safety facilities like handrails and guardrails' and width of the supdari. To make the supdari as a traditional landmark in Jeonju-River, an open space based on the tradition and ecological education has to be constructed near the bridge. And in the supdari design, especially handrails system and the bridge width has to be improved to enhance the user's safety.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect to financial outcome and workers' outcome, using the manufacturing industry database of Human Capital corporate Panel from Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education & Training. Especially, this study used the typology of Lean production and Autonomous team production, that are the typical form of alternative work organization, to analyze. In the case of domestic manufacturing industry, individual participation practices, that have the main characteristics such as QC or suggestion system, is expanded. Therefore, with the reference of Lean production, Autonomous Team Production and the Taylor system are compared and analyzed, considering the characteristics of Socio-technical System. As a result, it is showed that the Lean production and Autonomous Team Production as a alternative work organization are more positive about the organizational performance and workers' outcome than the taylor system. However, when Lean production and Autonomous Team Production are compared, it is showed unsignificant distinction to the effect of organizational performance. Meanwhile, Lean production showed more negative effect on the every dependent variables such as working hours, income, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment as workers' performance than the Autonomous Team Production. Although the common ideas and belief is that the Lean Production is superior for the quality and organizational performance improvement, it is implied the possibility that there is some damaged workers' performance on the hidden side of that mechanism.

The purpose of the study is to investigate the perception of elementary pre-service teachers about convergence program after conducting 'Making shadow book using my creative story' activity. The program consists elementary pre-service teachers to creat their own stories and using them to make a "shadow book." The program was conducted on 52 elementary pre-service teachers for eight weeks. After the end of the program, they were examined for their perception of the convergence program with the Likert scale questions and essay questions. The analysis results of the Likert scale questions showed that they scored very high on the objectives, contents and methods of the program, and the satisfaction, necessity and willingness to re-participate were also high. In addition, the analysis results based on keywords of essay questions about how the program operates, and its advantages and improvements made it possible to categorize them into instructional content, convergence education, teaching competency, thinking ability, psychology, and emotional experience. Through this study, we could see that by experiencing the convergence program ran by cooperative professors of different majors, elementary pre-service teachers naturally recognized the meaning, importance and necessity of convergence education, understood the contents of related subjects easily, and improved teaching competency. But, they also mentioned various improvements due to the situation of non-face-to-face classes.

The purpose of this study is to analyze leisure factors affect happiness of the elderly by sex in Korea and then to discuss implications for the findings. Data of National Leisure Activity Survey conducted by Korea Culture & Tourism Institute in 2016 were used for this study. From this dataset, 891 male elderly and 970 female elderly aged above 65 were selected for this study. Ordered logistic regression model was used by considering the nature of the dependent variable. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, choice proportions of leisure activities classified by four type are different by sex of the elderly. Second, among control variables, household income, residential area, joining a club have different significant effect on happiness of the elderly by sex but volunteering have same significant effect on happiness of the elderly by sex. Third, any type of leisure activity have no significant effect on happiness of both the male elderly and the female elderly. Fourth, cost of leisure has significant positive effect on happiness of both the male elderly and the female elderly but has different significance by sex. Fifth, focus on leisure rather than work has very significant positive effect on happiness of both the male elderly and the female elderly. Sixth, leisure life satisfaction has very significant positive effect on happiness of both the male elderly and the female elderly.

Objective : The COVID-19 pandemic has brought non-face-to-face healthcare service delivery system. Research into telehealth system and its efficacy remains unclear. Methods : Seven healthy adults participated in this study to investigate effects of tele-monitoring with the speech-to-text (STT) application to induce changes in occupational activities on occupational balance in healthy adults. Subjects were requested to choose occupational activities they wanted to have researched and then register them to the STT application. The STT application provided an alarm to check whether the pre-registered activities were performed on time, and whether the subjects performed it by their voice. The subjects were followed for 1 week, with assessments at baseline, and after 1-week's tele-monitoring. Results : Our findings showed that the subjects were willing to participate in tele-monitoring with the STT application with high adherence and satisfaction. In addition, there was a significant improvement in occupational activities related to health (p<.05). Specifically, adherence, satisfaction, and efficacy of the tele-monitoring with the STT application could successfully bring occupational balance in short-term periods. Conclusion : These findings highlight that tele-monitoring with a smartphone could be considered as one promising way to restore occupational balance in lockdown after the COVID-19 outbreak.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the success and failure factors of the Seoul Garden show to redefine the purpose and goal of the Seoul Garden show in the future, and to create a foundation for the Seoul Metropolitan Government to contribute to the popularization and spread of garden culture and improvement of emotional life. In order to achieve the above purpose, a survey was conducted on two groups of the general public and exhibition participants. The contents of the survey include identifying satisfaction factors and problems with the Seoul Garden show, and establishing the direction of the Seoul Garden show. As for the factors of success, the number of writers was the highest, and the improvements were overall for each element of the Seoul Garden show, but mainly for industrial exhibitions, rest areas, and publicity. In addition, the Seoul Garden show should be held in the old park with the aim of spreading, popularizing, and living the garden culture, and many gardens should be created around the artist's garden. The Seoul Garden show is contributing to society in many ways, and there are some improvements, but considering the high willingness to revisit the Seoul Garden show, it can be said that the Seoul Garden show so far is valuable enough.

A webzine issued by a public institution not only plays a role in communication between members of the institution and its users, but is itself a meaningful record. In addition, as one of the management techniques of the archives, there is a growing awareness that active marketing is needed to promote the service and allow potential users to visit the archives. Therefore, efforts should be made to increase user satisfaction by identifying user needs, composing content reflecting them, and selecting user-centered interfaces appropriately. The purpose of this study is to design 'On-Gi', a newsletter of the Presidential Archives, as a user-participating smart platform in a smart device environment. As a research method, we first looked at the current status of webzine publication by relevant domestic institutions. Next, we compared and analyzed the issue of 'On-Gi' provided by the Presidential Archives and major contents. Based on this, a design model of the webzine for the marketing of the Presidential Archives was proposed. This can be used as a key marketing strategy for the Presidential Archives in the new user environment of technological innovation of smart devices.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational effect of learning mentoring conducted by EBS for elementary and middle school students, the changes in self-directed learning skills, emotional stability and learning effect were analyzed for 425 students who participated in the EBS learning mentoring. As a result, There was no statistically significant difference in the educational effect according to the mentoring service period, method, and frequency, and there was a statistically significant difference in self-directed learning ability according to the mentoring time. As a result of analyzing the effect of the perception of the mentor on the educational effect, the more positive the mentor and the more positive the mentor role, the higher the self-directed learning ability and emotional stability. As for the learning effect, mentoring satisfaction had the greatest influence on the learning effect of Korean, English, and mathematics. The mentor role was affecting the Korean language and mathematics. Therefore, in order to reduce the learning gap of underprivileged students in the distance learning situation, the EBS learning mentoring project should be continuously promoted, and the mentoring period and the number of students and teachers participating in mentoring should be significantly increased.

This study aims to analyze everyday caring activities of young working single-person households. To collect the data, we interviewed 10 working single-person households. The topics are composed of 3 parts: 1) the everyday life of single-person households; 2) caring activities and household labor; 3) the experience of caring activities. The results are as follows : In comparison with families living together, single-person households carry out everyday caring activities alone, so they found a new meaning in caring activities and household labor. In particular, they were fully aware of the importance of everyday caring activities even though they sometimes felt the caring activities were uncomfortable. On the other hand, they improved their technique and ability for caring activities, and they felt satisfied with the caring activities. We found the meaning of everyday caring activities to be an essential condition for the independence of single-person households.

통합물관리는 2000년 이전부터 필요성이 논의되다가 2019년 물관리기본법이 제정·시행되면서 수량, 수질, 수생태, 방재 등 분야의 물관리 통합이 단계적으로 추진되고 있다. 수자원장기종합계획, 물환경관리 기본계획, 국가물관리기본계획, 4대강별 유역물관리종합계획 등이 수립되거나 수립중에 있다. 2021년 6월에 수립된 국가물관리기본계획에서는 통합물관리 정량지표들을 물환경, 물이용, 물안전, 물산업, 거버넌스의 5개 분야로 구분하여 제시하였고, 4대강 유역물관리종합계획(안)에서는 국가기본계획의 지표들을 근간으로 유역별 특성을 고려한 정량지표를 설정하고 있다. 수자원장기종합계획부터 유역물관리종합계획까지 통합물관리 정량지표들의 변천 내용과 현황을 검토하였다. 수자원장기종합계획(2016~2020)의 전략과 목표는 "①맑은 물 공급: 급수보급율, 관망 복선화율, 댐 부족량 공급기준, 비상급수 피해인구, 스마트시티 음용률, 누수율 저감, 물 기본법 제정, ②홍수안전 기반구축: 하천기본계획, 하천정비, 수해금액, 도시하천 종합치수대책 수립, 국가하천 홍수예보 지점, 홍수예보시간 단축지점 비율, ③친수환경 조성: 하천유지유량, 하천 이용객, 어류종 및 철새종 증가, ④수자원산업 및 기술개발: 일자리, 수자원산업 육성제도, 해외수주액, 외국 MOU, 국제회의, 남북공유하천 협의"이었다. 물환경관리 기본계획(2016~2025)의 전략과 목표는 "①물순환 체계: 불투수면적률 25% 초과지역, ②깨끗한 물 확보: 상수원 수질달성, ③생태계 서비스 증진: 수생태계 건강성 달성, ④물환경 기반 조성: 산업폐수 유해물질 배출저감, 상수원 4대강 보의 총인 농도와 남조류 세포수, ⑤경제·문화적 가치 창출: 국민체감 만족도"이었다. 국가물관리기본계획에서는 "①물환경: 하천·호소 목표수질 달성률, 수생태계 건강성 B등급 이상 비율, ②물이용: 수돗물 만족률-직·간접 음용률, 노후 상수관로-하수관로 개량, ③물안전: 가뭄피해 인구, 홍수피해 인구-피해액, 댐안전성 강화율, ④물산업: 물관리 R&D 예산, 수량·수질·수생태 통합측정 중권역 비율, 물산업 매출액의 수출액 비중, 한국 주도 국제협력 의제, ⑤거버넌스: 미정"을 계획지표로 하였다. 유역종합계획에서는 4대강별로 거버넌스를 포함하여, "①물환경: 국가계획지표, 주요 상수원 수질, ②물이용: 노후 상하수관로 개량, 지방상수도 유수율, ③물안전: 한해 인구, 수해 인구-피해액, 하천정비율, ④물산업: 물산업 일자리 창출, ⑤거버넌스: 물포럼, 시민참여활동"을 정량지표로 고려하고 있다.
