This research extracted emotional words for measuring user's emotions expressed while using a cellular phone and a web. And then the emotional words were compared to find out whether the difference in emotional words by the type of products. The results of this study suggest that the hardware-oriented products used for specific purpose such as cellular phone extracted a lot of emotional words related to 'Satisfaction in Usability' and 'Pleasure'. 'Satisfaction in Usability' are conceived satisfying in usability or practicality of product. 'Pleasure' are pleasant emotions expressed while using a product. However the emotional words related to 'Aesthetics' and 'Novelty' were omitted. 'Aesthetics' are expressed by product's appearance and by various visual information while using a product. 'Novelty' are expressed by something that is novel and new that has never been experienced. On the other hand the software-oriented products used rather to find something better and new information than to perform specific tasks such as web extracted a lot of emotional words related to 'Novelty'. Therefore, the results of this research have found evidence that it is desirable to make a set of subjective evaluation scale by the type of products. When making the subjective evaluation scale, it is important to use appropriate emotional words for the purpose of use and the characteristics of those products.
This paper aims at examining how sijo works, including ancient sijo works, those published before the 1960s, those written by China-residing Koreans, and those published in the 2000s, convey the poetic meaning in terms of sentence structure. Firstly, ancient sijo works, those published before the 1960s, and those written by China-residing Koreans, have sentences. whose meaning the readers can easily grasp, with simple structures and little rhetoric words. But moderns works published In the 2000s (modern sijo works after) are mingled with too many rhetoric expressions, sometimes misused. Secondly, ancient sijo works, those published before the 1960s, and those written by China-residing Koreans, having a clarified subject-verb context. are easily understood by the readers. But, in modern sijo works, there are many cases with an unclarified subject-verb context and redundant rhetoric words, which will cause misunderstanding of the meaning of the work. Thirdly, in ancient sijo works. those published before the 1960s and those written by China-residing Koreans, each of the three statements (called in) in a stanza is separate from the others in context. But, in some modern sijo works, the first and second statements (called chojang and jungjang) fall into just rhetoric parts for the last statement (called jongjang), and each of them is not read as an independent statement. Fourthly, there are some cases whose forms are distant from those of siio works. but are written in three statements like traditional sijo works. Regular poems, though written in regular rhythm, should be also acoustically regular. Sijo works should be easily understood when recited. If not, they are basically far from sijo works. If modern sijo works should overcome their easy expressions and simplicity of themes, they should be composed through using not complicated sentence structures but brand-new metaphors, clear images, and fresh themes.

The purpose of this study is to establish a new rural development policy system based on the unit of a community organizations. This study is to complement or replace the existing rural development system which is based on the unit of rural villages. The communalism which is the core concept of traditional rural villages has been weakened or destroyed. Especially, economic, social and spatial communalism of a rural villages has been weakened rapidly in the process of industralization and urbanization for the last 50 years. This means that strong communalism inside rural villages and neighborhood independence from each others among rural villages are already weakened. Rural villages no longer represent rural area, unlikely the hypothesis policy makers have been used to set up rural development policies. Advanced countries like EU and Japan are well known to have a rural development policy based on the units of social organizations in the rural area. These policies have been on the main stream in the era of local decentralization. Rural resident's organization made rural site's development plan using local assets and submitted to the public sector. Then the public sector examine its value and possibilities as a rural development projects. And public sector finalize the decision on subsidy grant. These policy patterns are already introduced partly in the field of urban development programme as well as rural development programme. It is time to apply those policies more widely and to examine more systematically.
This paper illuminates the philosophical meaning of appropriateness(中節) in Yi Yik(李瀷) and Shin Hudam(愼後聃)'s theories of moral emotion. According to this paper, there was a difficult problem in Toegye Yi Hwang (退溪 李滉)'s philosophy. That is, How we could regulate the relation between Four Beginnings(四端) and appropriate Seven Feelings(七情). Yi Yik tried to solve this problem by elucidating philosophical significances of appropriate Seven Feelings as it were, one hand, he approved the morality of appropriate Seven Feelings, and on the other hand, differentiated appropriate Seven Feelings from Four Beginnings. Thereby He achieved to explain this problem. His solution was dependent on the concept of 'impartial sympathic spectator' that he suggested. It is valuable that Yi Yik reexamined the ethical meaning of appropriateness. His pupil Shin Hudam, however, criticised Yi Yik's opinion and identified Four Beginnings with appropriate Seven Feelings. Shin Hudam deconstructed the conceptual scheme of moral emotion suggested by Yi Yik and regarded appropriate Seven Feelings as Four Beginnings. According to Shin Hudam, the concept of appropriate Seven Feelings designed by Yi Yik was very ambiguous, actually there was no any dividing line between Four Beginnings and appropriate Seven Feelings. Both are equally moral principle manifestation(理發)and moral public(公). Now old concept category of moral emotion(Sadan and Chiljeong) was disappeared and new concept category of moral emotion was appeared, that is public and private.

The Infant-Early Child Creative Development Institute. as an adhesive institute at Yeungjin College, develops various programs that integrate methods which match current trend in this era and also start the Creative Promotion Test with 2,000 Families for the expansion of creative education from the baseline as an alternative method. The infants tested in the creative test will find ways of problem solution through animation beam projects for their given situation and also discuss the problems with their family members. Through these processes the infant and family members will complete the creative structures to solve the problems using limited materials given by the institute, and the final product will be evaluated as objective results. After a few recent documentary films had commercial success, factors for their success are getting attention. This paper explores the factors of the financial success of two documentary films. "My Love, Don't Cross That River" gained extended popularity with its universal message, and "Two Doors" conveyed a poweful political message. This paper conducted a case study by inteviewing production directors and distribution managers. Analysis was based on the three categories suggested by Litman and Kohl(1989): creative sphere, distribution-scheduling release pattern, and marketing efforts. Findings present the common factors of the two movies' success in the following areas: persons and events showing a powerful reality, a message with new and fresh insight, artistic quality, distribution strategy with timely scheduling, release time (period), public relations, and advertising.. In addition, "My Love, Don't Cross That River" was helped by a sufficient budget for scheduling/releasing and advertising. Its wide-release stratergy worked as well. "Two Doors" was aided by the government support for release and by the special factor called 'Participating viewer'. By examining the factors of documentary films' commercial success, this study has an implication for the popularization of documentary movies by indicating how to strategically apply relevant factors.
With the development of media technology, UCC actively working through the medium of the Net, the Internet space, which can influence politics instead of TV is drawing attention as the new leading media. As the one-sided media influence of TV is dwindling in the times of the Internet, the hegemony of the media is rapidly changing into UCC marked by two-way interaction. Especially, UCC has the characteristic that it has changed the people performing a role as the receptor of the media into the agent of enormous political influence as well as the freshness specific to its contents. This study was intended to investigate the types of diverse political influences of UCC in political practice as well as daily politics with a focus on the fact that it can newly project the world led by the media and their changes and exercise strong power in changing the society. Therefore, it attempted to investigate the political influence and ripple effect that UCC can exert by attempting to analyze what political influence UCC can exercise at diverse political situations including election. The Baekjae Culture Festival was first held with the objective to re-explore and succeed the traditions of Baekjae culture based on history of Baekjae's seat of government, Gongju and Buyeo. It has contributed to the development of regional culture and establishment of cultural identity of local community with its pride as the leading historical cultural festival that introduces the history and culture of Baekje. However, the current Baekje Culture Festival as a historical and cultural festival is faced with a criticism as it is operated in the direction far from its initial purpose due to the lack of recognition in its significance and application. Therefore, the National Baekje Cultural Products Concours is held as part of various contests of Baekje Culture Festival in order to encourage the pride of Baekje history, draw international attention for the advanced and unique Baekje culture, develop innovative ideas for cultural products and grow the talents in design. The awarded work of this national concours is believed to be effective for the cultural contents industry. However, unlike its initial purpose, the concours has become a one-time exhibitionist event. Hence, through the analysis of general facts and case of domestic cultural products this thesis aims to find a way to utilize the National Baekje Cultural Products Concours in order to re-evaluate the history and culture of Baekje and enhance the public recognition through their viewing, consuming, promoting and experiencing of cultural products.
