Evaluation of Variable Lane Width Need Based on Vehicle Lateral Displacement on Eight Lane Freeway (차로 고속도로 차량 횡방향 주행궤적에 의한 차로별 적정폭 연구)

  • 8차로 고속도로에서 중앙분리대와 길 어깨에 의해 측방 여유폭이 제공되는 외측차 로(1.4차로)와 측방 여유폭이 제공되지 않는 내측차로 (2.3차로)에서 나타나는 운전자의 횡 방향 주행특성을 4개 지점에서 비디오 촬영하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. (1) 차량의 횡 방향 주행궤적은 차로의 중심으로부터 주행방향의 좌측으로 이격된 주행 행태를 보이고 있 으며 이는 운전석의 위치에 의한 영향으로 판단된다. (2) 차량의 병행 주행시 외측 차로의 중심 이격 거리는 평균 0.38m이고 내측차로의 중심 이격 거리는 평균 0.34m로 나타났으며 T-test 겨로가 내측 차로와 외측 차로의 주행 이격 거리는 신뢰도 95%에서 상이한 것으로 나타났다. (3) 외측 차로의 주행궤적간 이격 거리는 평균 3.90m이고 내측 차로의 주행궤적 간 이격 거리는 평균 3.54m로서 내측 차로의 주행궤적간 이격 거리는 외측 차로의 주행궤 적간 이격 거리보다 0.36m 작다. 특히 내측 차로의 주행궤적간 이격 거리는 내측 차로간 차로 중심간 간격인 3.6m 보다 0.1m 작은 것으로 나타났다. (4) 내측차로 확장 대안으로 기존 도로폭 유지안 (3.5m, 3.7m, 3.5m)과 기존 도로폭 확장안 (3.6m, 3.7m, 3.7m, 3.6m)을 고려할 수 있으며 두 대안의 비교·분석결과 경제적 영향을 고려할 때 기존 도로폭 유지안이 우수한 것으로 분석되었다.

  • Since the 1970s, the region of its own pedestrian center and environmental pollution caused by exhaust gases have been reduced gradually in a continuous increase of the vehicle, school route the central business district, around the school, the sidewalk where the vehicle do not pass, facilities of minimum for the safety of pedestrians and systematic management of an area where an unspecified number and alleys impassable is insufficient. Recently, in response to the "Law for convenience enhancing safety and walking" is enforced in Korea, research on Pedestrian only Street has been actively about the government, the standard for calculating the weights of evaluation associated with it. it is a actuality, however, there are insufficient, evaluation for business promotion is being conducted evaluation polite manner by using, for example, scale residence time and purpose of the passengers as there is no car that has been carried out on a voluntary basis through the municipality have. In this study, by suggesting a method for the selection of the street without a car, make a survey by placing a purpose in the selection method presentation of the street with no car to be construction future, was researching. F.G.I (Focus Group Interview) survey, professors, staff in urban, traffic field of experts in order to present the weights for the evaluation of the Pedestrian only Street by using the evaluation index by type of Pedestrian only Street, was interviewed about the evaluation index for the conducted for professionals engaged in the engineering company, and randomly selected 200 peoples, weighted evaluation of the street with Pedestrian only Street was proposed. By classifying the items purpose and goals of the evaluation type by this by applying the weight, and present the weight of the detailed indicators each corresponding to each item, and scored on the basis of the result, in this paper it can be so that one methodology for the selection standard for the construction as Pedestrian only Street, and the weight of the evaluation of the type that has been derived, the selection and evaluation methods and then added to these criteria to settle careful study of the reference should be performed further.

Theft Prevention Technology for Smart Stroller using Distance Measurement of Dual Beacon (듀얼 비콘의 거리측정을 활용한 스마트 유모차용 도난방지 기법)

  • In this paper, we propose a theft prevention technology based on beacon and smart device for smart stroller. The smart stroller has two Bluetooth devices. One is for data transmission and the other is for distance measurement as beacon. Thus, smart device uses a Bluetooth for strength level setting, manual locking and data transmission of smart stroller. Furthermore, smart device can do automatic locking of smart stroller using Bluetooth beacon when the stroller go further away from smart device. At this time, we apply a distance measurement algorithm and theft prevention algorithm with improved beacon distance measurement technique. To show usefulness of the proposed technology, we make a smart stroller and developed a smart device application. We did two distance measurement experiments and a theft prevention experiment with the proposed technology and the result shows 91.3% accuracy for theft prevention. Therefore, the proposed technology would be more usefulness technology for smart stroller.

  • It was verified that the effect of the distance between current input point and output point on direct current potential drop(DCPD) in the material with two-dimensional surface notch. If the distance between potential drop measuring points was fixed at a certain distance, the potential drop was decreased with increasing the distance between current input and output points. Hence it is the effect way to increase sensitivity in DCPD that the current input and output points should be located near the potential measuring points. DCPD was a useful method for surface crack sizing because the potential drop was proportional to the length of notch. When the current input and output points are located near the potential measuring points, even small length crack can be measured by DCPD technique.

  • 일정한 형태의 물체를 분석하기 위해 사용되는 각-거리 그래프를 이용하여 임의의 물체의 경계선 내부 영역의 면적을 측정하는 영상처리 알고리듬을 제안한다. 물체의 경계선 내부의 한 점을 중심으로 1차 각-거리 그래프를 생성하고 이 그래프로부터 거리 값이 급격히 변화하는 위치를 추출하여 1 차 그래프에서 접근하지 못한 영역을 인식하여 새 영역에서의 한 점을 중심으로 2 차 각-거리 그래프를 생성한다. 이와 같이 계층적으로 구성된 각-거리 그래프 그룹에 대해 거리의 제곱을 각도 방향으로 적분하여 물체의 경계선 내부 영역의 면적을 측정한다.

The Effect of Car-Free Pedestrian Street Policy on Urban Vibrancy Using Synthetic Control Method (통제집단합성법을 활용한 차 없는 거리 정책의 도시 활력 증진 효과 분석)

  • In line with increasing interest of climate change and pedestrian rights, the city of Seoul has been implementing car-free pedestrian street policies. The government and the private sector agreed to introduce carfree streets, expecting to increase the urban vibrancy and attract customers in the streets. However, studies that empirically analyze the effects of the policy are insufficient, and there are no studies that reevaluate the car-free pedestrian street policy after the COVID-19 outbreak. Therefore, this study evaluates the car-free pedestrian street policy at the commercial street, the Jongno 52-gil, using the synthetic control method. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the car-free pedestrian street policy was valid for enhancing urban vibrancy. Also, it was found that proper time interval is required to assess the policy since the peak increase of policy was observed in 3 months after the policy implementation. However, less than a year, the increase of the de facto population density on the Jongno 52-gil was revealed to be insignificant. In addition, the Jongno 52-gil was more vulnerable in the decrease of the de facto population density in the COVID-19 period than the synthetic control region. The results of this study suggest that long-term population inflow measures and flexible counterplan to contagious diseases are necessary in the car-free pedestrian street policy.

  • Digital image processing algorithm was proposed to measure the area inside of an object image using angle-distance graph used to analyze the pattern of an object in the digital image processing techniques. The first angle-distance graph is generated from a point inside of an object area. The second angle-distance graphs are generated for the areas missed in the first graph by extracting the positions with large gradient in the first angle-distance graph. The order of the graph increases according to the complexity of an object pattern. Size of the area inside of an object boundary is measured by integrating square of distance multiplied by angle for each area from the hierarchical angie-distance graphs.

  • 벡터양자화기의 부호화 단계에서 계산량을 줄이는 새로운 알고리즘을 제안한다. 벡터양자화기의 부호화는 주어진 입력벡터에 가장 가까운 코드워드를 찾는 것인데 모든 코드워드와 거리계산을 필요로 하기 때문에 많은 계산량이 소요되믈 효율적인 알고리즘이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 입력벡터와 코드워드와의 유클리디안 거리계산 대신에 벡터 차의 절대값 합을 이용하여 주어진 입력벡터에 최단거리의 코드워드가 될 수 없는 코드워드를 제외함으로써 유클리디안 거리계산을 최소화하여 계산량을 줄이는 알고리즘을 제안된 방법을 고정 소수점 연산을 이용한 DSP 칩에 효과적이며 이는 실험 결과를 통하여 확증할 수 있다.

The Grid Type Quadratic Assignment Problem Algorithm (그리드형 2차 할당문제 알고리즘)

  • TThis paper suggests an heuristic polynomial time algorithm to solve the optimal solution for QAP (quadratic assignment problem). While Hungarian algorithm is most commonly used for a linear assignment, there is no polynomial time algorithm for the QAP. The proposed algorithm derives a grid type layout among unit distances of a distance matrix. And, we apply max-flow/min-distance approach to assign this grid type layout in such a descending order way that the largest flow is matched to the smallest unit distance from flow matrix. Evidences from implementation results of the proposed algorithm on various numerical grid type QAP examples show that a solution to the QAP could be obtained by a polynomial algorithm.

  • 차세대 이동통신 시스템에서 이동단말에 대한 착호를 설정하기 위해서는 위치관리가 필요하다. 기존의 동적 위치관리 기법에서는 시간, 거리, 이동회수와 같은 단편적인 이동 특성을 위치갱신의 기준으로 채택하였다. 이런 기법들은 다양한 이동성을 갖는 이동단말에 대해서 그 위치관리 비용의 편자가 크다. 가장 효율적인 것으로 알려져 있는 거리기반 기법은 이동거리만을 위치관리의 기준으로 택함으로서 이동이 적은 이동단말에 대해서는 갱신비율이 현저히 낮아짐으로서 그 비용이 작지만, 반대로 이동성이 많은 경우에는 갱신비용이 커진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 위의 거리기반 기법의 이런 단점을 개선하면서 이동단말의 이동성을 이동거리와 시간에 의해 결정되는 속도로 나타내고, 그 속도에 따라 거리 임계값 및 시간 임계값을 조정하여 위치갱신 및 페이징을 수행하는 새로운 위치관리 기법을 제안한다. 세안된 기법의 효율성을 제시하기 위하여 분석적 모델 및 수치적 결과를 통하여 제안하는 기법과 기존의 거리기반 기법의 총 비용을 구하였으며, 그 결과 제안된 기법은 가변적인 속도 변화를 보여주는 이동단말의 이동성에 대하여 효율적임을 보여 준다.
