현재 인터넷 스트리밍 기술과 그 시장은 날로 발전하고 있으며 사용자들의 멀티미디어 데이터에 대한 요구 사항인 시간적 신뢰성과 데이터의 질이 점점 다양해지고 있으며 그 요구사항을 보장 해 주기를 요구를 하고 있다. 인터넷 스트리밍 서비스는 영상과 유사한 트래픽을 가지며 이러한 트래픽 소스를 지금의 시간에 가변적인 인터넷 망에서 전송하기 때문에 손실과 지연, 지터등이 가변적으로 발생하는 문제를 가지고 있다. 그 이유는 현재의 인터넷 트래픽에게 최선 서비스(best-effort service)만을 제공하기 때문이며 비디오 데이터는 가변적이며 매우 높은 트래픽의 특징을 가지고 있기 때문이다. 이를 극복하기 위해 네트 워크 계층에서는 종합서비스(Intserv : Integrated Service), 차별서비스(Diffserv : Different Service)등특정한 트래픽의 스트림에게는 일정한 대역폭을 보장하는 개념으로 자원 예약 프로토콜이 연구되어 지고 있으며 비디오 계층에서는 비디오의 보다 효율적인 전송을 위하여 하나의 영상정보를 다중의 Layer로 구성하여 부호화하는 계층부호화에 대하여 MPEG(moving Picture Expert Group)에서 많은 연구가 진행되어왔다. 이러한 두 계층의 노력을 감안하여 특정 비디오 스트림에 대하여 예약 프로토롤을 사용하여 보다 효율적인 전송 시스템을 제안하며 그 성능을 객관적인 평가기준인 PSNR을 사용하여 평가하고 지연, 지터, 손실의 분포 빈도등을 사용자의 요구 사항을 만족시키는 서비스 방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

In this study, explored how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial intention. Real-Time Entrepreneurship Education is being Promoted through Professional Entrepreneur in the field of Entrepreneurship Education. It is necessary to study the ways of establishment of university Entrepreneurship through Ground Theory. on the basis of previous studies, three factors were university entrepreneurial education service quality : materiality, consensual, differentiation. First, in this study is university entrepreneurial education service quality(materiality, consensual, differentiation) of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization was evaluated on the survey results. Second, in this on the influence of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education of entrepreneurial intention. Third, regarding how university entrepreneurial education service quality affects the entrepreneurial intention, this study was intended to verify the mediating effects of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization. First, This study on the influence that materiality, consensual, differentiation of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. Second, entrepreneurial Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education have an effect on the entrepreneurial intention. Third, This study on the influence consensual, differentiation has been verified to have mediating effects of entrepreneurial intention of Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education. materiality, entrepreneurial intention of entrepreneurial education specialist utilization has no mediating effect. This result, It was found that the practical education related to entrepreneurship contributed to the revitalization of the university, such as the interest for the students and the educational goal for the entrepreneurship rather than the convenience facilities and establishment of good environment for entrepreneurship education. factors for Satisfaction of Entrepreneurship education were found that consensual and differentiation on entrepreneurial intention. For this study, question and result of the study were obtained for the students who start-up course of K engineering university.

1999년에 있었던 리스본에서의 유럽정상회담을 통하여 EU의 각 국가는 디지털화-지식기반의 경제체제로의 전환을 모색하게 되었다. 이러한 신경제체제로의 전환을 위한 대표적인 육성산업으로서 통신산업에 주목하게 되었다. 이러한 통신산업의 육성과 서비스 보급에 따른 이용자의 권익보호를 위하여 유럽연합은 통신규제정책에 대한 framework을 규정하게 되었다. 규제틀의 주요 원칙은 비차별성으로서, 기존의 사업자는 새로 시장에 진입한 신규사업자에 대해서 상호접속이나 설비병설(collocation)과 같은 서비스 제공시에 자사의 부서나 계열회사에게 제공하는 것과 비교하여 차별적으로 처리하지 말도록 하고 있다. 이러한 비차별성을 원칙으로 벤치마킹모형과 최적관행(best practice) 요금을 권장하고 있는데, 벤치마킹모형은 Bottom-Up형태의 통신망 재설계를 실시할 것을 권고하고 있다.

아프지 않은 사람이 환자의 고통을 미뤄 짐작할 수는 있으나 완전히 이해하기는 어렵다. 차별 또한 이와 마찬가지이다. 피해 당사자가 아닐 경우 사소한 문제로 보이지만 당사자들 입장에서는 커다란 상처가 될 수 있다. 감염인 · 환자들에게는 병원 또한 그들에게 상처를 주는 장소라고 한다. 병원들이 조금만 신경을 쓰면 충분히 바뀔 수 있는 차별 환경들을 지난 호에 이어 연속적으로 살펴보고자 한다.

This study aims to examine the moderating effects of social support and subjective social status in the relationship between discrimination and self-rated health among foreign spouses. For the analysis, data from the 2015 National Survey of Multicultural Families was used and a total of 16,870 foreign spouses were selected using hierarchical regression analysis. The results of this study showed that discrimination was negatively related with self-rated health while social support and subjective social status were positively related with self-rated health of foreign spouses. Also, the moderating effect of subjective social status was identified, which means that it enhanced the positive effect of discrimination on self-rated health. This study provided empirical evidence for implementation of social integration policies. The authors suggested future qualitative research of discrimination and health, and social policies and services promoting equal opportunities for foreign spouses.

So far the study of digital home has mainly been made up of the network technology and the sorority system, but the application to consider the discriminatory characteristics of the individual family members has been interested in comparison with the necessity. The system proposed in this study is to get the information of the internal users through the access-controlling system. The controller offers the discriminatory environment by activating the database of the internal users and controls the sub-system of the home-network. The suggested system can automatically offer the discriminatory environment among the family members by limiting TV programs or channels according to the users' age, by offering other internet environment according to the users, by putting restrictions on telephone numbers, or by restricting the settling right of the home-shopping companies.

Many students with disabilities at the university face difficulties in educational inequity, cultural isolation, information illiteracy, and discrimination in the broad range of campus activities. The biggest barrier is the lack or difficulty of access to knowledge and information needed for learning. Libraries, therefore, must not discriminate against students with disabilities and should ensure equal access to and use of information resources and services. This paper analyzed the satisfaction and requirements on facility and space services, direct and indirect services, total library service of students with disabilities based on the results of the survey and interview. This paper suggested ways to improve service satisfaction of students with disabilities in a university library.

The differentiated service architecture is based on a simple model by applying a per-class service in the core node of the network. However, due to the simplified network behavior, the network structure and provisioning were more complicated. If a service provider wants the dynamic provisioning or better bandwidth guarantee, signaling protocol with QoS parameters or admission control method should be deployed in DiffServ network. However, these methods increase the complexity. Therefore, we proposed DPM2 mechanism for admission control in the DiffServ network. In this paper, we describe and survey the admission control methods that are applicable to IP networks and propose also the dynamic provisioning mechanism based on the bandwidth broker and distributed measurement based admission control and movable boundary bandwidth management to support heterogeneous QoS services in differentiated service networks. For the performance evaluation for proposed mechanism, we used ns-2 simulator.

본 연구에서는 통신. 방송 융합의 개념과 통신. 방송 융합 서비스의 현황을 알아보고 통신. 방송 융합 서비스관련 국내외의 분류 기준을 살펴보고자 한다. 또한 대표적인 통신. 방송 융합형 서비스인 위성 DMB 서비스를 실제로 연구에 적용하여, 국내 위성 DMB 서비스 관련 정책환경 분석과 더불어 위성 DMB 서비스와 유사서비스와의 비교를 통해 통신. 방송 융합서비스가 보유하고 있는 차별적 성격을 도출하는 한편, 그 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

최선형 서비스(best effort service) 방식의 현재 인터넷은 실시간 응용의 출현과 보다 나은 서비스를 기대하는 사용자들에 의해 많은 변화가 요구되고 있다. 최근 사용자에게 서로 다른 수준의 서비스를 제공하는 차별화 서비스(differentiated service) 모델에 관하여 많은 연구가 진행중이다. 두 가지 우선 순위를 바탕으로 서비스를 제공하는 RIO 모델은 차별화 서비스의 대표적인 모델이지만 네트워크 상황에 따라 적절한 서비스 차별화가 이뤄지지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 이를 개선하여 보다 효과적인 서비스 차별화기 이뤄지도록 하였다.
