In the current bandwidth mechanism, ISPs provide guaranteed internet bandwidth within itself domains. Also transmission of data through the network can cause congestion. An inevitable consequence is partly responsible for the difficulties to ISPs and customers. In economic views, multiple demands for a scarce resource are mediated through a bandwidth market. Using the auction-based admission algorithm In price congestion, I propose a different pricing scheme for statistically guaranteed QoS.

리튬 인산철(LFP, $LiFePo_4$) 배터리의 경우 다른 종류의 배터리에 비해 내부 파라미터가 비선형적인 단점이 있다. 일반적인 배터리 등가회로 모델을 적용 시, 비선형성으로 인해 추정 성능이 감소한다. 배터리 등가회로 모델을 기반인 확장 칼만 필터(EKF, Extended Kalman Filter)를 통해 SOC (State of Charge) 추정 시 추정성능이 감소할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 LFP 배터리의 SOC 추정 성능 향상을 위해 실시간 파라미터 관측기를 통한 배터리 등가회로 모델을 기반으로 EKF의 내부 파라미터를 분석하고 이에 따른 차등 모델을 제안한다.

In this paper, the sum-rate and BER performances of MU-MIMO system employing quantized differential feedback technique are analyzed over temporrally correlated channels. Several differential codebooks are assumed in the analysis such as quasi-diagonal codebook, spherical cap codebook, and differential equal gain codebook. The simulation results indicates that the system employing quantized differential feedback technique provides significant performance improvement. The performance improved 0.6bps/Hz at least in terms of sum-rate, and 4dB power gain is provided in terms of average BER.

Space-Time Block Code (STBC) is a simple transmit diversity scheme mitigating detrimental effects of fading channel. However, STBC receivers require channel knowledge and suffer from inaccurate channel estimation. Differential Space-Time Modulation (DSTM) renders the receiver a choice of coherent detection or non-coherent detection, depending on the availability of the channel information. Based on the simulated BER performances of these two schemes over various normalized Doppler frequency scenarios using LTE-like parameters, a benefit of adaptively switching the receiver type is investigated.

이 논문은 집행당국의 제한된 집행예산속에서 환경법규 위반기업을 적발하고 준수를 유도할 보다 효율적 집행제도로서 차별규제방식이 단순규제방식에 비해서 효율적임을 현행 한국의 초과배출부과금제도에 적용해 실증적으로 보여주고자 하였다. 위반기업들의 최적위반일수를 비교한 실증분석 결과에 의하면 총 65개 오염방지 시설중 단위기간 M=78 일의 경우 단순규제방식하에서 78일 위반시설은 28개, 1-77일사이 위반시설은 13개시설이었다. 차별규제방식하에서 78일 위반시설은 16개 시설이며 1-77일사이 위반시설은 23개시설로 늘어났다. 이같은 현상은 단위기간 M=52일, 39일의 경우 두 규제방식을 비교할 경우도 비슷한 결과를 보였다. 그러므로 차별규제방식이 단순규제방식에 비하여 상대적으로 효과적인 규제방식임을 확인할 수 있었다. 하지만 차별규제방식하에서도 최대한 위반하는 것이 유리한 선택임을 보여주는 상당한 업소들이 존재하였다. 그러므로 차별규제방식도 그룹별로 법규를 차등적용하는 유인은 있지만 궁극적으로는 직접규제의 일종이므로 직접규제의 근본적 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 따라서 현제도를 급격히 바꾸는 것은 현설 여건상 어려우므로 그 중간단계로서 차별규제방식으로 나아가는 것이 필요하다. 그러나 장기적으로는 총량규제방식으로의 전환이나 오염물질량에 비례한 배출부과금제도 오염배출권 거래제도 등과 같은 경제적 효율성을 갖춘 제도로 나아가야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to present the price computation criteria with the aspect of price policy for the geographical information circulation. The price policy is to make activated circulation for geographical information. The price policy of this research considered the supplier and the user side at the same time. Important issue of price policy is that initial cost for system development calculate burying cost, and preservation and renewal cost charge to user. Distribution cost of geographical information charge to user according to use media, and apply differential rates of cost according to the purpose of using, up-to-dateness of data. Also, present the price policy that must apply copyright fee to of offer geographical information. Consider various terms that was studied in this study, the price computation criteria was presented. Through this, it is expected that geographical information circulation is activated more.

이 논문에서는 패킷 스케줄에 사용된 Percentile 스케줄 기법을 웹 서버에 적용하여 서버에 들어오는 다양한 요구를 클래스로 분류하여 차등적인 서비스를 제공하고자 하는 연구를 기술하였다. 논문에서는 범용 운영 체제를 실시간화 하기 위한 노력들을 살펴보았으며, Percentile에 기반한 스케줄러를 리눅스 환경에 구성한 방법을 기술하였다. 제안된 기법의 성능을 살펴보기 위하여 실험을 수행하였으며 Percentile 스케쥴 기법을 적용한 경우 지정된 클래스에 따라 자연히 다른 응답 시간을 관찰할 수 있었다.

원가계산체계의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 원가계산기준의 심의.적용건의.유권해석을 위한 원가계산기준 심의 기구 설립과 관련규정의 원가인정범위 확대를 위한 법규 및 실무규칙 개정이 필수적이다. 전통적 원계산시스템을 보완할 새로운 원가계산시스템의 수용 미 개발, 정교한 원가시스템 측정에 의한 원가인정, 방산업체의 경영환경 변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있고 간접비의 비중 증가의 수용을 고려한 원가보상 개념의 정립과 합리적인 배분기준에 의한 제비율 산정이 개선되어야 한다. 신규 및 첨단무기체계의 투자기회 부여와 업체의 노력에 대한 성과를 반영하고 경쟁확대 측면에서 확정계약의 유인을 위한 차등 이윤적용에 따른 현실적인 이윤산정체계의 개선이 이루어져야 한다.

하이퍼링크 환경에서의 정보검색은 주로 문서에 존재하는 링크정보를 이용하여 이루어진다. 본 논문은 하나의 문서에 존재하는 여러 개의 하이퍼링크마다 연결되는 문서와의 유사성을 측정하여 차등적으로 링크의 연결정보를 부여하여 기존의 알고리즘을 개선하였고, 관련이 없는 문서로의 하이퍼링크로 인해 발생되는 topic drift현상을 제거하기 위해 문서와 확장된 질의와의 유사성을 측정하여 문서의 가중치를 계산에 적용하도록 알고리즘을 개선하였다. 개선한 알고리즘의 성능을 확인하고자 TREC10의 web tree부분에 적용하여 향상된 검색 결과를 얻었다.

유무선 정보통신환경에 맞춰 제한된 비트율로 압축된 CCTV 영상의 화질은 좋지 않을 수 있다. 본 논문은 제한된 비트율로 압축된 영상내 관심영역의 화질개선을 위해, 영상압축을 수행 하기 전의 카메라 센서로 획득한 영상에 전처리를 수행하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 알고리즘은 관심영역 및 비관심영역에 차등적 필터를 적용하여 화소 별 공간적 상관도를 향상시킨다. 제안된 방법을 사용한 결과 관심영역에서의 텍스처 손실을 최소화 할 수 있었으며 전처리 과정을 적용하지 않은 영상과 비교하여 객관적 화질이 향상됨을 확인할 수 있다.
