Identifying Early Adopters of Information Systems by Inductive Learning Using Decision Tree Method (의사결정나무법을 이용한 귀납적 학습방법에 의한 정보시스템 수용자 세분화)

  • In diffusing an information systems(IS), the provider of the IS can be more effective if they can identify user groups who can adopt the system early. By focusing on the user groups, system providers can encourage them to adopt the IS. After the early adopters adopt an IS, the diffusion of the system to other groups can be easier by early adopters' voluntary advertisement and help in adopting the IS. Instead of discrete choice methods which are usually used for this purpose, we suggest a decision tree method. Compared to discrete choice methods, this method is more accurate for prediction and can easily identify non-linear segments of groups. By testing the data of adopters of an IS in agricultural business, we show the excellence of this method in identifying target groups to focus on. This method would help system providers to diffuse their systems by starting from early adopters.

청소년 창직교육을 통한 창업의지 변화에 대한 연구: 자기주도 학습력과 창의성역량의 매개효과 확인

  • 4차 산업혁명으로 기존 일자리가 사라지고 있으며, 보다 창의적인 진로전략이 요구되고 있다. 기존의 진로전략이 구직(求職), 즉 '직업을 찾는다.'는 개념이었다면, 4차 산업혁명 시대의 중요한 진로전략인 창직은 구직의 틀에서 벗어나 개인이 직업을 적극적으로 발굴하고 일자리를 창출하는데 초점을 두고 있다. 즉, 개인이 직업을 '발굴하고', '선택한다.'는 점이 중요하며, 구직이 '남이 나를 고용한다.'는데 의미가 있다면, 창직은 '내가 나를 고용한다.'는 점에서 구직자의 주체적이고 적극적인 의지를 더욱 필요로 하고 있다. 창직교육을 통해 청소년이 자신의 진로를 직접 발굴하고 선택할 수 있는 진로결정 자기효능감의 향상이 자기고용을 이루기 위한 주체적이고 적극적인 의지를 반영하는 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 본 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 창직교육 프로그램을 처치한 실험집단은 총 293명으로 검증 시 진로결정 자기효능감, 대인관계기술, 자기주도 학습력, 기업가정신, 기회발견, 기회활용, 사회적 문제해결력, 창의성역량, 창업의지 전 항목에서 통계적으로 유의한 수준에서 평균값의 상승을 보였다. 창직교육 프로그램을 처치하지 않은 통제집단은 총 85명으로 사전/사후의 평균값이 미미한 수준의 차이를 보였다. 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 자기주도 학습력과 창의성역량이 매우 두드러지게 향상되었고, 진로결정 자기효능감과 창업의지가 두드러지게 향상되었다. 반면, 통제집단은 실험집단과 비교하여 자기주도 학습력과 창의성역량이 미약하게 향상되었고, 진로결정 자기효능감도 미약하게 향상되었으나 오히려 창업의지는 감소하였다. 본 연구로 창직교육을 통한 자기주도 학습력과 창의성역량의 향상이 진로결정 자기효능감과 창업의지에 매개변수가 되어, 진로결정 자기효능감과 창업의지를 향상시켰음을 알 수 있다.

Clothing Purchase Behavior of Adolescents by the Consumer Awareness (청소년의 소비자 의식과 의복구매행동)

  • To investigate the consumer awareness and clothing purchase behavior of adolescents, questionnaire was administered to 639 middle and high school students in Daegu. The results were as follows. 1. The consumer awareness of adolescents was analyzed to 4 factors. consciousness of right. consumer information, brand-orientedness and responsibility. Respondents were clustered into three groups : utility-oriented group, brand-oriented group, and consumerism-oriented group. 2. Respondents bought their clothes at specialty stores primarily. They used ´products´, ´family's or friends advices´, and ´purchase experiences´ as information sources. The important criteria for selecting clothes were ´design´, ´price´, and ´suitability´ for oneself. Dissatisfactions after purchasing clothes were with ´price´, ´service´, ´sewing´, and ´size´. The complaining behaviors which respondents did mainly were ´telling friends about dissatisfaction with their purchased clothes´, ´asking for change dissatisfying products or asking for refund´ and ´asking for mending´. 3. Information sources were categorized into 3 factors: ´neutral information source´, ´personal information source´ and ´commercial information source´. Criteria for selecting clothes were factor-analyzed into ´harmony´, ´fashion´ and ´management of clothes´. ´The factors of dissatisfactions with purchased clothes were ´appearance´, ´quality´ and ´service´. 4. The differences by the consumer awareness in clothing purchase behaviors among consumer groups : In information sources. criteria for selecting clothes, complaining behaviors. purchasing places. three consumer groups were different significantly.

  • 다양한 생물체의 행동 원리를 이용하여 모델링한 알고리즘을 생체모방 알고리즘(Biologically Inspired Algorithm)이라고 한다. 본 논문에서는 생체모방 알고리즘 중 동물 집단의 행동을 모델링한 플로킹 알고리즘(Flocking Algorithm)을 이용한 집단 게임 캐릭터의 길찾기 방법을 제안한다. 플로킹 알고리즘의 조타행동은 크게 분리(Separation), 정렬(Alignment), 응집(Cohesion), 회피(Avoidance)로 구성되어 있다. 게임에서의 기존 플로킹 알고리즘은 주로 여러 개의 몬스터나 NPC 들로 구성된 몇 개의 그룹 단위로 독자적인 집단 행동을 하는 경우에 적합하다. 그러나, 게임플레이어가 제어하는 캐릭터가 많은 경우, 기존 알고리즘은 플레이어가 선택한 캐릭터 그룹을 목표지점으로 이동하는 방법으로 적합하지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 게임 플레이어가 제어하는 집단 게임캐릭터의 목표 지점까지의 길찾기를 위한 수정된 정렬 조타행동 알고리즘을 제안한다.

Mining of Subspace Contrasting Sample Groups in Microarray Data (마이크로어레이 데이터의 부공간 대조 샘플집단 마이닝)

  • In this paper, we introduce the subspace contrasting group identification problem and propose an algorithm to solve the problem. In order to identify contrasting groups, the algorithm first determines two groups of which attribute values are in one of the contrasting ranges specified by the analyst, and searches for the contrasting groups while increasing the dimension of subspaces with an association rule mining strategy. Because the dimension of microarray data is likely to be tens of thousands, it is burdensome to find all contrasting groups over all possible subspaces by query generation. It is very useful in the sense that the proposed method allows to find those contrasting groups without analyst's involvement.

  • This paper aims to analyze the factors influencing consumer's choice of smartphone purchase channel in multichannel environments. Recently, smartphone purchase channels are becoming more complex and diverse. A smartphone with a short purchase cycle is a product applying advanced technology, the research of this topic would be significant. The major findings of this study are as follows. First, depending on the consumer's shopping orientation, the consumer group was classified into three groups of preference 1. Active shopping, 2. Convenient shopping, and 3. Rational shopping. Second, it was analyzed that the consumer's shopping orientation influenced the decisions of the information search channel and the purchase channel. Third, there was a significant difference between the search and purchase channels in the three groups. Finally, in the channel experience, there was a significant difference in price satisfaction by group. The results of these studies are expected to provide practical implications for establishing a customized multi-channel strategy. This study provides a desirable model for research on smartphone purchase channels.

An analysis on the products and process losses of group creativity among mathematically gifted students (수학영재의 집단창의성 발현에서 나타나는 산출 및 과정 손실 분석)

  • Although mathematically gifted students have potential and creative productivity, they might not manifest group level creative synergy. To manifest group creativity among them, the manifestation process should be facilitated and the process losses should be minimized. The purpose of this study is looking for the method to facilitate the manifestation process of group creativity and minimize the process losses of it. To do this, a case study method was adopted. The products and process losses of the manifestation process of group creativity was analysed. In conclusion, the processes and products of group creativity were concretized and the process losses were analysed by social/motivational and cognitive factors. In addition, the justification and agreement were necessary for the manifestation process of group creativity among mathematically gifted students.

  • 본 연구에서는 대량 맞춤화(Mass Customization)에 적절한 의류 제품 디자인 프로세스를 연구하기 위하여, 맞춤화 정도를 달리한 두 가지의 디자인 프로세스 모형을 제안하고 이를 종래의 대량 생산형 디자인 프로세스와 비교 고찰함으로써 보다 효과적인 디자인 프로세스의 방향을 모색하였다. 대량 맞춤화형 제품에 대한 선호도가 높은 집단이 전체 응답자의 과반수 이상을 차지하였으며 맞춤화가 가장 심화된 디자인 프로세스 모형에서의 디자인 만족도가 높았으므로, 의류 제품에 있어 대량 맞춤화형 디자인 프로세스에 대한 소비자 수용 가능성이 있는 것으로 사료되었다. 또한 전체 응답자를 대상으로 하여 디자인 요소별 선호도를 분석해 본 결과, 대량 맞춤화형 디자인 프로세스에서 색채가 중요한 요인으로 분석되어 소비자에게 색채를 선택할 수 있는 기회를 주는 것이 중요함을 알 수 있었다. 연구집단으로 선정한 '대량 맞춤화형 제품에 대한 선호도가 높은 집단'의 경우 전체 응답자 집단에 비하여 소재 변수를 의미 있게 평가하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전체 응답자 집단과 연구집단의 경우 모두 스타일이 가장 중요하며 통계적으로 의미 있는 영향을 미치는 디자인 요소인 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통하여 소비자의 요구를 반영할 수 있는 대량 맞춤화형 의류 제품의 수용 가능성과 이에 적합한 의류 제품 디자인 프로세스의 방향을 모색해 볼 수 있었다.

Effects of Sex Education Program related to the Unit of Reproduction and Development on Middle School Boys' Sex-related Knowledge and Attitude towards Sex (생식과 발생 단원과 연계한 성교육 프로그램이 중학교 남학생들의 성지식 및 성태도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study developed the sex education program based on the 'reproduction and development' unit of the middle school science, and examined its effectiveness on middle school boys' sex-related knowledge and attitude towards sex. The sex education program consisted of six topics of the structures and functions of generative organs, the importance of life, abortion, the human generation process, venereal diseases and AIDS, and responsibility of self-determination on sexual behavior. The results indicated that the experimental group demonstrated the statistically higher scores of the knowledge on sex than the control groups' scores, especially in the subcategories of 'pregnancy and delivery' and 'sex-related health'. However, both groups did not display any statistical difference on the attitude toward sex. In the subcategory of the attitude towards sex, the experimental group showed the statistically higher scores on 'self-determination and selection' and 'a health relationship'. In addition, the Pearson correlation results indicated the strongest relationship between the attitude toward sex and 'the self-determination and selection'. These results implicated that the sex education program related to the unit of reproduction and development in the middle school science helps the middle school boys develop the better knowledge and attitude towards sex.

A Text Summarization Model Based on Sentence Clustering (문장 클러스터링에 기반한 자동요약 모형)

  • This paper presents an automatic text summarization model which selects representative sentences from sentence clusters to create a summary. Summary generation experiments were performed on two sets of test documents after learning the optimum environment from a training set. Centroid clustering method turned out to be the most effective in clustering sentences, and sentence weight was found more effective than the similarity value between sentence and cluster centroid vectors in selecting a representative sentence from each cluster. The result of experiments also proves that inverse sentence weight as well as title word weight for terms and location weight for sentences are effective in improving the performance of summarization.
