The Effects of Small Group's Cooperative Learning According to Personality Types on Young Children's Science Activities (성격유형별 소집단 협동학습이 유아의 과학활동에 미치는 효과)

  • This study focused on science activities that need collaborative inquiry process and evaluate the effects of small group's science cooperative learning according to personality types on young children's science activities. The subjects are 30 five-year-old kindergarteners. They have been divided equally into three groups, extroversion(E), interversion(I), and heterogeneous group of EI mixed group depending on EI indicators through K-ABC cognitive ability tests and MMTIC personality types targeting. Both of groups have 10 members each. For data analysis, scientific attitude was analyzed with ANCOVA, scientific knowledge development was done with frequency analysis. As a result, first there was a difference in scientific knowledge development between the homogeneous group and heterogeneity group in small group's cooperative learning. Through the results of a Scheffe post-hoc test, there was a significant difference between E and I homogeneous groups but there was no difference between I homogeneous group and the heterogeneity group, and between E homogeneous group and the heterogeneity group, I homogeneous group had the most effective group composition in scientific attitude improvement.

A Study on the Impacts of Financial Activities during pre-listing on the Venture Firms' listing(delisting) (상장 이전의 재무활동이 벤처기업의 상장유지(폐지)에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • The purpose of this paper is to find impacts of financial activities-financing and investment of Venture Firms during pre-listing periods on the firms' Venture Firm's listing(delisting). The several ratios financial variables relevant to the financing and investment were examined whether there are difference or not between two venture firms groups. The results of study can be summarized as follows. First, the firms of successful group have fewer numbers of equity financing and higher times of premium in issuing stocks than those of failed firms but there is no significant difference in the required time from startup to listing the KOSDAQ. Second, there is no significant difference in the ratio of capital increase in IPO between two groups but additional survey reveals that the successful firms financed equity in IPO by higher numbers of premium than failed firms, which can makes the major shareholder of the successful firms maintain high rayios share of stock. Third, the ratio of working capital investment of the successful firms is significantly higher than that of failed firms, on the other hand the failed firms' ratios of equipment and repayment investment are higher than those of successful firms. Finally, the ratio of R&D investment has no difference between two groups, this result is against the expectation, which is to be further analyzed.

Analysis of Trip Generation Behavior Based on the Multiday Travel Data (일기식 개인통행행태를 고려한 통행발생 예측)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 일주일간 조사된 개인통행행태를 고려한 각 특성별 통행발생예측 방법을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 일주일간 통행빈도수의 차이를 고려한 집단간 차이를 검정하고, 그 원인을 분석하여 이에 따른 특성별 개인 통행발생예측 모형을 정립하였다. 전체 표본의 각 특성별 개인 내부 변이성을 분석해 본 결과 기간의 차이에 따른 개인 통행행태의 변화는 직업별, 나이별, 성별, 차량소유 유무, 주택소유 형태, 통행목적, 통행수단, 가구원수에 따라 집단간 차이를 보여주었다. 이러한 변수를 이용한 통행발생 예측모형의 분석결과 개인소득이 높을수록, 주책을 자가로 소유한 경우, 자동차를 소유한 경우, 학생일수록, 유직일수록 개인 통행발생량이 많은 것으로 분석되었다. 반면, 아니는 연령대가 높아질수록 통행수가 적어졌다.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 개방형 교수법에 의한 수업이 수학적 문제해결력과 신념 형성에 미치는 효과를 분석함으로써 수학 교수방법의 개선에 도움을 주는 데 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 얻은 연구 결과는 첫째, 개방형 수업 집단과 일반적 수업 집단간에 문제해결력에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 있었으며, 둘째, 개방형 수업 집단과 일반적 수업 집단간에 수학적 신념에 있어서도 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여, 개방형 교수법에 의한 수업은 일반적 수업보다 문제해결력 및 수학적 신념 수준을 향상시킬 수 있는 교수법임을 시사한다.

  • This study has intended to perform comparative analysis of climate change adaptation-related recognition between public officials and citizens in ChungCheongBukDo-Province, Korea. To reach this goal, we identified difference between the two groups by prioritizing target group's adaptation policies for climate change, and analyzing climate change adaptation-related recognition in each sector. Climate change adaptation policies can have great policy utility when the boundaries between policy makers and detainees are blurred. Therefore, this study has suggested some measures to reduce the recognition gaps between the target groups by analyzing the characteristics of the groups.

  • This study aims at identifying what effect ARCS model based instruction and cognitive style have on learning motivation and achievement in computer education. In order to accomplish this goal. 70 high school students were randomly allocated into the experiment group and the control group. And each group was divided into field-independent group and field-dependent group. The results were as follows. First, post test of learning motivation among four groups showed that mean differences were statistical significant. Especially 'ARCS model based instruction-field independent group got higher score than 'traditional instruction field dependent' group. Second, post test of learning achievement showed no significant mean difference among four group. The result of the pre and post test difference analysis showed that the change scores of means were significantly different.

  • The purpose of this study wat to investigate relationships of learning motivation and self-efficacy according to participation in a motivational program for university freshman studying physical education. A total of 66 university freshman participated in the current study and divided into experimental group and control group. Questionnaires were distributed before and after motivational program. Statistical methods used in this study were descriptive analysis, paired t-test, ANOVA, and ANCOVA. The results showed the following. First, There was a significant difference in the external motivation variable of learning motivation of the experimental group. Second, the experimental group showed a statistical difference between pretest and posttest in the confidence variable of self-efficacy. positive attitude influenced on leisure satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study aimed to analyze the difference of the Sasang constitution type in the relationship between university life stress and mental stress. The data were collected by a self-reported questionnaire from 389 university students and 389 students were classified by QSCC II.(136 So-Eum, 139 So-Yang, 114 Tae-Eum). Multi-group analysis was performed to analyze the differences in the effects of university life stress on mental health according to the type of sasang constitution. According to multi-group analysis, there were statistically significant differences in the effects of university life stress on mental health across So-Eum-So-Yang, Tae-Eum-So-Yang.   • This study was intended to present the magnitude of privacy infringement concerns and their relationship to consumer innovation (functional innovation, hedonistic innovation, social innovation, cognitive innovation), to identify differences among groups and to suggest implications for marketing strategies for the spread of new products. The implications of this study are as follows. First, functional innovation has shown that differences exist between groups. Analysts say that sensitive groups are buying products that can simplify their work immediately after release despite concerns over privacy violations. Second, hedonistic innovation has shown that differences exist between groups. These findings suggest that sensitive groups prefer novel products, products that give excitement and excitement about products, and products that give new enjoyment and fun that they have never known before. Third, social innovation has been shown that there is no difference between groups. These analyses show that the self-esteem of using products that others have never experienced before, and the curiosity that anyone envies, are purchased or used first. Finally, cognitive innovation showed that differences existed between groups. These analyses show that new products are purchased when they meet the functions, design, and innovation that consumers want.

The Perception Gap of Communication and Conflict between Ship Organization and Ship Management Team and Organization Effectiveness in Shipping Company (해운기업 선박조직과 육상부서 간의 커뮤니케이션과 갈등의 인식차와 조직유효성에 관한 연구)

  • This study examined the communication and conflict between ship prganization and ship management team. Those are measured and analyzed about both groups, and then the relationships would be investigated objectively and synthetically. Especially, this relationships are enlightened by measuring the level and gap of the communication and group conflict between ship organization and ship management team. The effect of that conflict is analyzed on the organization commitment and job satisfaction of ship organizations. As a result, this study demonstrates the communications have a negative influence on group conflict with statistic significance, also the conflicts effect negatively on the organization commitment and job satisfaction. In the analysis of gaps about the communication and conflict between groups, the level of group conflict is lowest in the group whose gap of communication is small and both communications are activated, and the organization commitment and job satisfaction are highest in the group whose gap of group conflicts is small and both level of the conflicts are low. To conclude, the ship organization and ship management teams in the shipping company have to lessen their conflict each other and heighten the organization commitment and job satisfaction through their smooth communication.
