This study is about the status and comparison of recreational scuba diving certification system in Southeast Asia countries. For the collection of the information, the contents of the numerous corresponding Internet sites were utilized, related documents were surveyed. And to supplement the information extensive interviews were held with the representatives of tourism department of many countries as well as staffs of diving associations, resort operators and diving instructors during various 2007 Dive Expos held in Southeast countries. In this paper, the relation between scuba certification and international standards were introduced for better understanding of the certification system. The research result shows that the scuba diving industry plays an important role in their country's tourism and the certification market of the Southeast Asia has grown to be greater than 30% of the world total market. However due to the facts that the scuba activity is originated from the western world and the controlling headquarters of the most certification agency are also located there, Southeast countries cannot take any leading roles in the scuba diving policies and systematic issues. Accordingly any modifications or improvements are expected to be very difficult. Also while Europeans and Americans have launched the programs and organizations for the quality assurance by cooperating with the international standards, but no such activity has yet appeared on the surface in Southeast Asia. According to the investigation the necessity will become bigger in near future.

Mobile IPv6 spends considerable bandwidth considering that its signal volume is proportional to the mobile and also it should be strengthened to support the binding signal volume, the traffic, and effective mobility. So, the study in NEMO(Network Mobility), an extended version of Mobile IPv6, has been conducted. NEMO provides its mobility by putting several mobiles and more than one portable router into one unit called as mobile network. Because nodes access Internet via the portable router at this time, it receives transparency without any additional work and that much reduces binding signal while solving binding storm. By supporting mobility, NEMO is able to have various mobile structures which realize several networks hierarchically and it is necessary to improve its safety and security by authenticating among the upper networks or the lower ones while moving. Also, it is extremely required to begin a study in the device to improve efficiency accompanied with mobility, which is executed by the fast hand-off as well as the safe authentication. For those reasons, this paper not only classifies various NEMO mobile scenarios into 7 ways, but also provides AAA authentication of each scenario, the authentication through the safety authentication and fast handoff authentication using F+HMIPv6 and the way to reduce both signaling volume and packet delays efficiently during the handoff.

문제: 전자의무기록(EMR) 시행 후 의무기록 정리율의 저하와 질적인 측면에서의 충실성과 정확성에 대한 문제점이 제기되었다. 목적: 전자의무기록의 정리율과 충실성 검토를 통하여 문제점을 파악하고 개선점 찾아 의무기록 정리율을 향상시키고 충실성을 높이고자 하였다. 의료기관: 서울시에 소재한 대학병원 의무기록과 질 향상 활동: 전자의무기록의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 사용자 편의를 위한 EMR 프로그램 수정 및 보완, 진단 수술 관련 작업, 업무개선, 교육, 홍보 등의 활동을 실시하였다. 개선효과: 의무기록 정리율, 전자인증미비, 경과기록 기재일수, 퇴원요약 주진단 적합률, 기록지별 필수항목 기재율, 충실성에서 향상이 이루어졌다.

Objectives: Healthcare Accreditation Program in Korea started in 2011. The aim of this study is to contribute to the development of the Healthcare Accreditation Program in Korea by comparing the perception of the Healthcare Accreditation Program for the accredited hospitals and the surveyors. Methods: This study was performed targeting 77 accredited acute care hospitals and 245 surveyors who have surveyed acute care hospitals from 2010 to February 2014. They responded to our questionnaire via a survey website, and we analyzed the results. Results: We found that the hospitals rated the professionalism of surveyors more positively than surveyors. While average score of the hospitals was higher for 'The understanding of the accreditation standards and survey methods was correct' than that of the surveyors (p<0.01), average score of the surveyors was higher for 'Mediation and collaboration between surveyors were smooth' than that of the hospitals (p<0.05). And we found that the surveyors rated the Accreditation Program more positively than hospitals. While average score of the hospitals was higher for 'Surveyors have the professionalism' than that of the surveyors (p<0.05), average score of the surveyors was higher for 'It is easy to understand the accreditation standards and evaluation items' than that of the hospitals (p<0.01). Conclusion: In order to development of the accreditation program, it is necessary to strengthen the professionalism of surveyors and improve the acceptability of the accreditation program.

UMSN (Ubiquitous Medical Sensor Network) is being used in u-Healthcare system of various medical facilities to identify objects and get information from sensors in real-time. RFID using radio frequency determines objects using Reader, which reads Tags attached to patients. However, there is a security vulnerability wherein Tag send its ID to illegal Reader because Tags always response to Readers request regarding of its Tag ID. In this paper, we propose Tag ID Classification Scheme to reduce Back-end Server traffic that caused by requests to authenticate between Readers and Tags that are attached to medical devices, patients, and sensors; To reduce security threats like eavesdropping and spoofing that sometimes occurred during authentication procedure. The proposed scheme specifies the patient category as a group based on patients Tag ID string. Only allowed Reader can perform authentication procedure with Back-end Server. As a result, we can reduce Back-end Server traffic and security threats.

In order to use an Internet service, it is a general procedure that user subscribes to the service and then registers her or his id(identifier). As Internet has been more widely used, however, user has more and more ids than ever before. In this environments, whenever user uses an Internet service, she or he must authenticate to the service provider, which makes her or him inconvenient. As user's data is scattered and unmanaged on various web sites, user privacy has been revealed more often. This paper specifies e-IDMS which ETRI has been developing to solve such problems. e-IDMS is an Internet ID(IDentity) management system based on ID Federation Mechanism e-IDMS provides ID Federation-based facilities such as composite authentication, Internet SSG, ID information management, privacy protection and interactive query. e-IDMS is used in establishing integrated ill management system for public institutions.

In an RFID search protocol, a reader uses designated query to determine whether a specific tag is in the vicinity of the reader. This fundamental difference makes search protocol more vulnerable to replay attacks than authentication protocols. Due to this, techniques used in existing RFID authentication protocols may not be suitable for RFID search protocols. In this paper, we propose two RFID search protocols, one based on static ID and the other based on dynamic ID, which use counter to prevent replay attacks. Moreover, we propose a security model for RFID search protocols that includes forward/backward traceability, de-synchronization and forgery attack. Based on this model, we analyze security of our protocols and related works.

There are various types of foreign object debris (FOD) in the aviation industry. Tools lost by workers can act as a risk factor throughout aircraft operation, manufacturing, and maintenance fields. Accidents caused by tools lost due to workers' carelessness continue to occur throughout the aviation industry. Aviation-related institutions such as FAA and EASA have established tool control regulations and systems to prevent FOD occurrence. However, in Korea, related regulations and procedures are insufficient. A systematic and effective tool control system is required for reliable manufacturing, airworthiness, operation, and maintenance of aircraft. In this paper, tool control regulations and procedures of domestic and foreign air traffic authorities and aviation industry-related organizations were studied. A wireless communication-based tool control system was proposed based on the NAS 412's tool control regulations certified by the National Standards Association.

Fuel tank of a rotorcraft has a great influence on the survivability of crews. For a long time, US army has tried to develop the proper material for fuel cell of a military rotorcraft. As a result, the design specification of fuel cell, MIL-T-27422A, was issued for the first time on 1961. Through a few revisions, it has been developed to ML-DTL-27422D in 2007. It should be assured that fuel cell satisfies the requirement defined in MIL-DTL-27422D. The qualification test of this specification is classified into Phase I test for material and Phase II for fuel cell itself. This paper studies test conditions and procedures of slosh & vibration, gunfire resistance and crash impact test. They are considered as the most important tests which have a high possibility of failure. The rational consideration of this paper can improve the ability for estimating not only the validity of test procedure and test condition but test result. Based on the rational consideration, it is expected that the ability of the systematic development can be improved.

We propose an efficient off-line electronic cash system based on the certificate issued by Certificate Authority. It satisfies all the basic requirements for electronic payment system such as cash unforgeability, cash anonymity, double spending detection, no framing, etc. Our proposed system is very computationally efficient in the sense that: (1) the number of exponentiation operation imposed on the user during withdrawal phase is much smaller than any existing off-line electronic cash schemes, (2) all the computation of user's during withdrawal phase can be performed by off-line pre-processing. So the proposed system is suitable to be implemented by smart cards in both memory and computation.
