사회적기업, 협동조합, 소셜벤처 등 사회적경제의 부상으로 이들이 전체 경제에서 차지하는 비중이 커지고 있어 북한, 통일 관련 연구에서도 접목이 필요하다. 사회적경제는 북한·통일 문제와 어떤 연관이 있는지에 대해 통일정책과 통일 역량 강화의 측면에서 나누어 고찰했다. 전자에 포괄되는 주제로는 통일국가의 미래상, 북한경제의 유사성 및 변화가 있다. 후자와 관련되는 주제로는 남북교류협력, 북한이탈주민정책, 통일교육에 대한 함의를 다뤘다. 통일국가의 미래상과 관련하여 사회적경제는 통일경제의 부작용에 대한 완충기제로 작동할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 사회적경제는 자본주의의 발전에 따라 제기되는 사회적 문제를 해결하고자 하는 보완적 성격의 경제활동으로 이해된다. 따라서 향후 자유시장경제 방식의 통일이 진행되는 경우, 남한 자본주의의 문제점이 전 한반도로 확산되는 부작용에 대한 대안적 해결방안으로 작동할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 사회적경제가 북한경제, 나아가 사회주의 경제와 유사성이 있는지에 대해서는 논란이 있다. 향후 이에 대한 연구 성과에 따라 북한경제의 변화를 추동하는 동력으로서 사회적경제의 영향력을 가늠할 수 있을 것이다. 남북교류협력과 관련해서는 우선, 교류협력이 재개되는 경우 사회적경제기업의 참여를 어떻게 추동하고 지원할 것인지에 대한 대안을 내놓을 필요가 있다. 일반 기업 또한 사회적경제 관점을 활용해 북한 진출에 나설 수 있을 것으로 예상할 수 있고, 이 때 중요한 사회적경제의 키워드는 BOP 시장이다. 사회적경제는 북한이탈주민을 취약계층으로 자리매김하고 있는데, 향후에는 적극적으로 사회적경제의 창업의 주체로 육성할 필요성이 있다는 점도 제기하였다. 통일교육과 관련해서는 대상, 주체, 내용과 관련한 시론적 차원의 접근을 정리하였다. 사회적경제의 부상이 북한학 연구에 미치는 영향에 대해서는 더 많은 새로운 상상력의 발휘가 요구된다.

Korea's trade balance in service showed surplus in 2012 on the basis of BPM5. This is recorded by 14 years since 1999. This owes to decrease of deficit in tourism balance, increase of surplus in construction and transportation, and shift from deficit to surplus, even in small portion, in personal cultural recreational services balance. While externally the global economic growth becomes inactive and the Korean Won has appreciated, internally Korean service industry is very weak and is not equipped with international competitiveness. This study intends to look into service surplus items and services deficit items and to present measures that will be able to strengthen competitiveness in service industry. As a short case study, German and Japan was benchmarked, as they are the countries which are developed on the basis of manufacturing like Korea. And in this study, by analyzing surplus items and deficit items in trade balance sheet, it is attempted to suggest policies which would be available for strengthening service industry. As the service industry is a highly value-added one, it is necessary to designate promising categories and intensively foster as strategic industry. Service industry has their own characteristics distinguished with manufacturing goods. It has very different logistics and payment system with manufacturing industry. It means there must be independent support systems which reflect the nature of industrial classification in service industry. It is necessary to provide export support system, to organize export market development group, to support marketing, to set common logistics center, to support diplomatic means, to provide legal service and so on.

The construction industry in Korea has seen significant improvements in quality management techniques, driven by the dramatic development of new technology through Manhattanization and enlargements, but compared with technical development, the level of building quality improvement is still lagging behind. In the meantime, as the interest in construction quality soars due to changes in user consciousness, the level of quality that is being demanded is rising. The government has reinforced quality systems by implementing responsible supervision requirements and granting overseas companies permission to enter the supervision business in Korea, and private sector companies also are attempting quality improvement through quality assurance approaches like the preliminary qualification screening system and ISO 9000 series. But currently, building constructions are done only according to the construction specifications of project owners, whose design, materials and construction methods are already decided, and do not leave any necessity or opportunity for technical developments for the quality improvement of contractors. Therefore, in this study, a work process and system improvement plan for payment regulations is proposed, with which contractors can secure quality voluntarily in the building construction phase.

In order to respond the opening of technology market by the agreement with WTO, the mutual authentication of professional engineers (PEs) by nh, and the promotion and encouragement of education in technology, the preparation of robustic regulation and regal system to secure the authority of PEs and to enhance their quality is required. And a scheme to train PEs with the advanced country level of quality and secure the practical use of PE's expertise should be developed to cope with current issues after the survey of supply and demand for PEs. In this paper, the problem of supply and demand of construction PEs is surveyed under the current regal system and the idea to regulate the supply and demand with the improvement of the regal system is suggested. The result of this research is used for building the supply and demand system of quality PEs and the efficient training and practical arrangement system. Furthermore, the result would be used for the fundamental data to establish the government policy about PEs.

Advancement in media technology has brought about changes to the scene of ethnic minority media. As now platforms started to convey information about mother country as well as new nation. This study examines the actual status of Korean minority broadcasting companies and promoting its competitiveness through interviews and survey of media companies. The result shows that Korean ethnic broadcasting market is facing severe competition and decrease in profit by entering Korean terrestrial TV companies. Therefore, supports of Korean government is essential for promoting competitiveness of Korean minority media companies. Through voces of Korean minority media companies, we will search for find out solutions : support of production cost, supply of Korean programs, and training programs for promoting the capability of production staffs.

The game industry is growing most rapidly for a last 10 years. However, these days korean online game is not developed in chinese market any more quickly because there must be many significant problems. One of the most important problems can be a misunderstanding a chinese online game user. For instance, the Game community system shows an important position to choose an online game of chinese users. In this paper, We choose a three kinds of online game community systems and make a comparative analysis. We can expect a certain way through this research because we can see that most succesful online games in chinese market have a more expandable community systems. In order to make a succesful game contents in foreign country's game market, we must understand foreign gamers what they like or dislike. We think a next research will be about a specific relation between a foreign gamer and culture.

Construction of Private networks is becoming easier due to the openness of telecommunication market, rapidly developing telecommunication technology. The size of existing private networks is becoming huge which resulted in surplus of capacity of the networks. These trends will generate a problem of efficient use of national telecommunication resources and which will be a factor for the structure of domestic telecommunication market which will have a big impact on the existing telecommunication carriers. Therefore, national policy of private network issues should be considered along with the national efforts for the information infrastructure, control of telecommunication market, fairness of competition, strength Power of national competition. In this paper it will be suggested that the efficient policy on the issue of domestic private network, by analyzing present situation, status quo, laws, regulation and procedure for domestic private networks and comparing it with those of U.S.A, Japan, EU.

The purpose of this study is to investigate female students in Engineering college and suggest the improvement for the program of Career Development Center of female College Student. The survey was administered to 167 female college students to examine their preparation of employment. In the results, first, the level of career efficacy was average and interest in the majors was slightly lowe than average. In addition, the degree of desire to be employed in the field related to the major showed an average level. Second, they choose the practical ability as the most required and lack of. Third, satisfaction with the support of the University for career was low, but satisfaction with the interview preparation program was highest. Finally, this study proposed improvement of programs for Career Development Center of female College Student.

Cruise industry in the world has been one of the most prosperous industries for the past 30 years and thus its effect is classified by both economic side incurred from its own tourism industry directly and indirectly, and another economic one from development of related-industries such as shipbuilding, heavy industries, and so on. Under these circumstances, it is evaluated that Korea will have good circumstances of activating the highly value-added cruise industries. In order to do it, this country will have to meet as follows: the significant investment in cruise infrastructure, the organization of North-East Asia cruise council, the building-up of cooperation between government and private, the improvement of cruise-related law and institution, the simplification of entry procedure for cruise tourists, the active development and public relation of cruise tourism industry, and so on.

Korea's construction engineering companies are facing difficulties in deterioration of international construction profitability because they focus on traditional engineering fields such as design and construction supervision. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen competency of high-add-value engineering field such as Project-Management-Consultancy (PMC). This paper aims to suggest the strategies to enhance the international PMC competency. This study identified the competency factors for international PMC, using Borich needs assessment and Locus for focus model. As a result, step-by-step strategies were suggested according to the competency level in domestic engineering companies. The results of this study will assist Korean engineering companies to consider the important competencies for international PMC projects. Furthermore, enhancement strategies are going to be proper references for domestic engineering companies which prepare the international PMC project.
