  • 각 기업들은 다양한 복리후생제도를 운영하고 있다. 전통적인 복리후생제도 이외에 몇 해 전부터 선택적 복리후생제도를 채택하는 기업이 생겨나는 등, 각 기업의 형편과 직원들의 요구에 맞게 복리후생제도는 진화하고 있다. 최근에 화두가 되고 있는 복리후생제도 중 하나가 직원들의 재무교육, 금융교육에 대한 기업들의 지원이다.

The Effects of the Service Orientation on Job Satisfaction and Customer Orientation of the Urban Railway-operating Company (도시철도운영기관의 서비스지향성이 직무만족과 고객지향성에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper performed an empirical study through the survey to investigate the effects of the service orientation of the urban railway-operating company on employees' job satisfaction and customer orientation. For this, the surveyed data was analyzed through factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analysis. The difference between railway-operating companies was analyzed by the t-test and the differences between workers in different fields were analyzed by the ANOVA test. The results show that 1) human resource management, employee empowerment, service leadership, and service system are positively related to employees' job satisfaction in the decreasing order, 2) the service system, human resource management, and service leadership are positively related to customer orientation, but employee empowerment is negatively related to customer orientation, 3) the workers of the urban railway-operating company A and B show significant differences in job satisfaction and customer orientation, and 4) the job satisfaction and the customer orientation of the rolling stock maintenance workers was the highest and that of service workers in station was the lowest.

A Study of the Relationship between Human Resource Management & Financial Resource Management and Service Quality in Social Service Organizations (사회복지조직의 인적자원 및 재정자원 관리와 서비스 품질 간 관계에 대한 연구)

  • This study attempts to examine the relationship between human resource management & financial resource management and service quality in social service organizations in Korea. This study utilizes '2012 Central Government Social Welfare Facilities Evaluation (CGSWFE)' data and employs multiple regression method to examine research model. The key findings of this study are as follows: (1) after controlling extraneous variables (organizational characteristics), among human resource management related variables, performance appraisal, fringe benefits, supervision, formal grievance procedure, the percentage of employees with certified professional license, and salary have statistically significant relationships with service quality in a positive direction; (2) among financial resource management related variables, the percentage of additional governmental funding beyond basic government subsidies, accounting management, and transparent use and management of donations have statistically significant relationships with service quality in a positive direction; and (3) human resource management related variables are stronger than financial resource management related variables in explaining service quality. The findings imply that more systematic human resource management and financial resource management would be very important in strengthening service quality in social service organizations. This study provides new knowledge foundation regarding the effect of human resource management and financial resource management on service quality in social service organizations.

An Evaluation of Food Delivery Worker Sanitation Management Practices that Supply Food to School Foodservices (학교급식 식재료 및 완제품 배송직원의 위생관리 실태 조사)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the sanitation management of school foodstuffs and the sanitation knowledge of delivery company workers. A questionnaire that identified employee's food safety sanitation management, knowledge, and practices was developed based on a review of the literature. The subjects consisted of 201 delivery company workers from 38 delivery companies in the Daegu and Gyeongbuk area. The workers were 30-39 years of age (41.3%) with 1-3 years of working experience (30.8%). Approximately 62% of the respondents were educated and had 1-2 years of food safety experience, 52.7% of the respondents delivered foodstuffs to two schools in the morning. The total score for delivery company worker sanitation knowledge was 3.75/7.00, which was low. The total mean sanitary performance score for factory workers was 4.58/5.00. They indicated that the most difficult part of the operation is delivering on time. Temperature management was another difficulty. In order to secure the best quality of school food to be supplied safely, the thorough sanitation education must be conducted to the school dieticians and delivery company managers.

정보보안을 위한 전산망 조직체계 설계

  • 일반적으로 정보시스템에서 정보보안을 위한 조직체계 설계의 근본 개념은 직원들간에 담당업무를 적절히 분리함으로써 직원들간의 상호견제효과를 유지하는 것이다. 이는 오류나 부정의 예방 및 신속한 발견을 위해서 필요한 조치이다. 직무를 적절히 분리하면 정보자산의 보호가 향상되며 전문화로 인한 작업능률의 향상, 크로스 체크에 의한 정확성의 향상, 관리종제시스템의 강화등을 기대할 수 있다. 특히 전산망에 있어서 직무 수행상 알 필요에 따른기준(Need-to-know )의 원칙에 따라 각 직원들의 기능이 분화되어 업무수행에 무관한 정보를 직원들이 습득하는 것을 제한할 수 있도록 조직체계를 설계해야 한다.

  • 고객 만족도조사 (Customer Satisfaction Index)는 기업 외부 관점에서 고객의 만족도를 조사하여 기업의 서비스 품질 개선에 기여한다. 그러나 기업 외부 관점의 고객만족도만의 서비스 평가뿐 아니라 내부 직원의 업무 평가를 통한 서비스 품질 개선도 필요하다. 내부 직원의 업무 평가는 직원 개개인의 능력까지 평가할 수 있는 COI(Customer Orientation Index)통해 이루어질 수 있다. 따라서 CSI 와 COI를 연계 분석하면 기업 외,내부 관점에서의 효과적이 서비스 품질 개선이 가능하다. 또, 고객만족을 위한 높은 서비스 품질을 유지하기 위해서는 서비스 품질 개선뿐 아니라 지속적인 관리와 모니터링도 필요한데 CSI 만으로는 한계가 있다. 이를 위해 CSI 분석 결과 도출된 핵심관리 프로세스를 지표화 하여 관리하기 위해 서비스 수준 계약서 (Service Level Agreement)에 반영하여 관리할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 공공도서관의 서비스 성과 향상을 위해 경영활동에서 고려되어야 할 요소와 개선 방법을 논의하는 것을 목적으로 공공도서관 5개관을 선정, 이용자 서비스를 담당하는 사서들을 대상으로 개별 심층면담을 진행하여 조직의 서비스 지향성(Service Orientation)에 대한 접점 직원의 인식을 조사, 그들의 서비스 태도와 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 그 결과 공공도서관 접점 직원들은 도서관의 다양한 서비스 중 이용자서비스의 중요도가 저평가되어 있고, 이에 대한 조직의 목표관리와 지원은 취약하다고 인식하고 있었으며 특히 서비스 지향성의 4가치 차원 중 서비스리더십, 인적자원관리의 측면은 서비스 동기에 직접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 이에 이용자서비스를 사서직 전문성이 발현되어야 할 핵심 영역으로 재인식, 이를 강화하기 위한 전략적 접근의 필요성을 제안하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to interpret the growth and the present status of Korean librarians using statistical data. The data were collected from various statistics on Korean libraries and were analyzed for a time series The results are : The librarians are not well recognized as professionals in korea. Only a small portion of the library staffs are professionals but professionals are gradually increasing. However, many librarians do not belong to the professional associations or societies. Thus appropriate promotional policy for the professional librarianship is very much desired.

The related factors of job satisfaction in care facilities for the aged (노인요양시설 직원의 직무만족 관련요인 -사회인구학적 특성과 시설특성을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to search the related factors of job satisfaction in care facilities for the aged in order to improve quality of service and to help management of care facilities. Data was collected from staff who agreed with informed consent of this study among care facilities for the aged. Subjects were 152 staff members from 29 care facilities. The research was conducted during six month. The major findings of this study are as follows. Firstly, in the job satisfaction of staffs according to demographic characteristics of subjects, it was found that the workers with longer work experience in current facilities had higher job satisfaction. Secondly, in the job satisfaction according to characteristics of care facilities, it was found that when staff's opinion was accepted or considered that job experience was higher. In Conclusion, to increase job satisfaction of care facilities for the aged, we should consider the above two points.

Center for Children's Foodservice Management (CCFSM) Employees' Perception of Difficulties in Performing Tasks (어린이급식관리지원센터 직원의 업무수행 난이도 인식)

  • The objective of this study was to provide information on difficulties in performing tasks of employees of the Center for Children's Foodservice Management (CCFSM) to obtain information as a resource for improving work performance. Data were collected from employees working at the CCFSM over a period of 6 months until December 2013. The recruitment period was from 16 December, 2013 to 30 January, 2014. A total of 228 employees (79.7%) participated in the study, and 227 completed questionnaires were analyzed. Statistical analyses were performed on data utilizing the SPSS V20.0. Employees tasked with 'nutrition guidance visits', 'hygiene safety guidance visits', and 'teaching to cook visits' who worked outside of the office frequently had difficulties with 'physical exhaustion'. They reported that 'working outside of the office encumbers later office work' and that 'employees' suggestions for changes are not easily accepted in child-care facilities. The following statements in the questionnaire were highly rated by each of the employees in charge of 'Gathering training' and 'Budget management': 'As a gathering training is conducted within the working hours of child-care facilities, participation rate is low' and 'The differences in regulations of consignment organization, local government, and KFDA are confusing'. This study also suggests that CCFSMs should have authority over child-care facilities, which demonstrate no desire for improvement even after CCFSM employees offer several suggestions for better foodservice or deliberately avoid participating in CCFSMs without good reasons. Besides, CCFSMs are supported by the KFDA and can lessen the workload of child-care facilities in developing educational materials for better foodservice.
