Comparative Assessment of Usability of Web-storming System between Administrator and Designer Groups in Space Design Process (공간디자인 프로세스에서 관리자·실무자 그룹의 웹스토밍 시스템 활용성 비교평가)

  • Considering the online idea generation, or web-storming, system would be used differently by space designers depending on their job characteristics, the present study tested the usability of web-storming using a factor correlation table with a designer group in the field. Then, for analyses, the results were compared with the previous findings on the usability of web-storming in a design administrator group to suggest comprehensive measures applicable to web-storming. The questionnaire results were analysed following a process of observation-interpretation-application, and the space design process and web-storming function factors were also analysed based on a factor correlation table. The analyses found that the most correlated space design process in both administrator and designer groups was the schematic design phase, and that the correlation started to lower upon division of labour. The assessment phase was found significantly different between the designer group and the administrator group. The assessment phase showed the second highest correlation in the designer group. In terms of the aspects related to project operation, the correlation was found higher in the designer group. Based on the findings, new applicable measures to each phase of web-storming were derived and summed up to suggest how to take advantage of web-storming in the field.

  • The occupational execution technique and the ability of people has been changed along with the change of thinking and the development of complicated social structure. The needs of learner's self-controlled learning system is arise to increase the occupational execution technique and adaptation in such a changing social environment. To meet these needs, we must develop systematic approach on the module-type educational material system. The purpose of this study lies on developing the module-type educational material system and its application in aspects of occupational execution ability. Based on the job analysis of advertising design, 1 analyze the learning ability for the occupational execution and abstract knowledge, function, attitude from each learning category of each learning ability. All these processes are the basis of developing the module-type educational material system. and the system will be appreciated in many other fields not only on advertising design.

  • 분명한 것은 한국형 온라인게임의 특징적 원리들이 탑재되고 있는 방식과 현상은 점차 강화되고 있음에도 불구하고 게임사 주도적으로 전개되고 있는 산업의 성장모형은 평가기능으로 작동해야 할 조정 메커니즘의 원활한 흐름을 저해하는 길항관계에 있는 것은 사실이다. 이러한 문제를 인식하고 연구자는 게임연구의 활성화지점과 게임개발 테크놀로지가 가진 길항관계를 보완할 수 있는 디자인에 주목하고자 하였다. 게임디자인은 게임의 미적, 실용적, 경제적 가치를 창출하는 직무이면서 유관 콘텐츠산업과의 연계와 매개 가능성을 함의하고 있다는 측면에서 게임연구의 활성화지점의 매개로서 충분하다는 것이 연구자의 견해이다. 이 같은 주장의 전개를 위하여 국내에서 탄생한 온라인게임에 초점을 맞추고 국내 온라인게임의 전형이 되고 있는 핵 앤 슬래쉬(Hack & Slash) 방식과 허구적 공간에서의 게임화된 사회경험을 추구하는 스토리텔링 방식의 분석을 통해 국내형 온라인게임이 성취한 디자인 좌표를 검증하고, 이를 통해 국내 게임산업에 대두되고 있는 위기 스펙트럼과의 연관성은 어떤 것이며, 디자인은 어떠한 방향으로 매개되어야 할 것인지에 대한 의제로 접근하였다.

The effect of job stress on job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the beauty service industry (미용서비스업 종사원의 직무스트레스가 직무만족 및 조직몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examines the effects of job stress on employees in the beauty service industry and the consequences on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Based on the analysis of the job stress of beauty employees, the purpose of the study is to identify the beauty service industry's problems and present marketing implications. First, it was found that employees' job stress in the beauty service industry harmed job satisfaction. Beauty workers with a high job satisfaction increase the quality of service for customers, which can increase the customer's store loyalty, helping the beauty service industry's work performance, thereby further increasing job satisfaction by reducing job stress. Second, it was found that employees' job stress in the beauty service industry harmed organizational commitment. The higher the organizational commitment is, the more sense of belonging is created, which in turn can improve the work performance of the beauty industry workers and reduce the turnover rate. Therefore, it is necessary to find a way to increase organizational commitment by reducing beauty workers' job stress. Third, it was found that employees' job satisfaction in the beauty service industry had a positive effect on organizational commitment. These results show that the higher the job satisfaction related to the beauty worker's current job satisfaction, current salary satisfaction, satisfaction with the boss, satisfaction with the work environment, and passion for the job, the higher the organizational commitment.

The Structural Relationships between Job-Engagement, Self-Esteem, Positive Thinking on Image-Making Efficacy of Beauty Professionals (뷰티 종사자의 이미지메이킹 효능감에 의한 긍정적 사고, 자아존중감 및 직무몰입의 구조적 관계)

  • The image of beauty professionals who have wide contact with consumers is an important factor that can increase satisfaction and loyalty in consumers by exerting a positive influence on them. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of, and relationships among, self-esteem, positive thinking, and job commitment on image-making efficacy in beauty professionals. The method and scope of this study were carried out by theoretical research related to image-making efficacy, positive thinking, self-esteem, job engagement, and survey research with beauty professionals located in Seoul and the Gyeonggi-do area. We used SPSS v. 23.0 and Amos v. 23.0 to analyze demographic characteristics, the coefficient of internal consistency of the survey items, descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation, and the Sobel Test. The results of the study show that the image-making efficacy of beauty professionals had a positive (+) effect on self-esteem, positive thinking, and job commitment. Second, self-esteem in beauty professionals was found to exert a positive effect (+) on their positive thinking and job commitment. Third, positive thinking by beauty professionals contributed to a positive effect (+) on job commitment. Fourth, the study found that self-esteem and positive thinking mediated the relationship between beauty professionals' image-making efficacy and job commitment.

The Second Study on the Effectiveness of Nursing Organization (간호조직 효과성에 관한 2차 연구)

  • This second study on the effectiveness of nursing organization was designed to test the relationships between effectiveness of nursing organizations and structural variables that had been significant variables in the first study, the group design variable and the personal characteristic variables that had not been analyszed in the first study based on personal resource productivity model. The data were collected through self-reported questionnaires completed by 605 nurses working in hospitals in seoul and 782 patients being hospitalized in 5 tertiary hospitals in Seoul. The results showed that according to the canonical correlation analysis, the managing job design, nursing delivery system. nurse's age, career. and formalization were revealed as predicting variables of a nurses' job satisfaction and patients satisfaction among the five hospitals. Hospitals in which the team nursing method was used showed a higher score in nurses' job satisfaction and patient satisfaction than in hospitals which used the functional nursing model.

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically research the effect of jaycustomers behavior perception on emotional dissonance, job enthusiasm, and management performance. The sample was 327 beauty workers. The research methods were conducted by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and simple regression analysis. First, the study shows it was confirmed that the perception of jaycustomers behavior causes emotional dissonance and loss of job enthusiasm for beauty professionals. Second, it was confirmed that the perception of the behavior of jaycustomers had a statistically significant effect on emotional dissonance. Third, the perception of the behavior of jaycustomers had a statistically significant effect on management performance. Fourth, emotional dissonance had a statistically significant effect on job enthusiasm. Fifth, it was confirmed that management performance had a statistically significant effect on job enthusiasm. Therefore, it is believed the perception of jaycustomers behavior negatively affects beauty professionals.

The Effects of Work Value of Beauty Industry Workers on Service Productivity Through Job Satisfaction (미용종사자의 업무가치감이 직무만족을 매개로 서비스 생산성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study empirically analyzed the effect of work value of beauty industry workers on service productivity through job satisfaction. First, according to the result of investigating factors that make effect on service productivity, it was identified that service productivity increases when work value and job satisfaction are higher. Also, it was identified that service productivity increases when awareness of satisfying values, intrinsic satisfaction, recognition of work value, recognition of self-value, and extrinsic satisfaction are higher. Fourthly, as a result of investigating the effects of work value of beauty industry workers on service improvement through job satisfaction, it was identified that the mediating effect of job satisfaction was also significant in the sobel test as Z value of |Z|=15.057 showed a greater value than 1.96. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that inner motivation can be increased for beauty industry workers to recognize that their work is meaningful and worthwhile and service productivity can be maximized by improving the satisfaction and intrinsic job satisfaction that come from work itself.
