This paper presents an improved ZVS partial series resonant DC/DC converter (PSRC) with low conduction losses, suitable for high power and high frequency applications. The proposed PSRC have advantages of zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) of main switches for entire load ranges low conduction losses of main switches by decreasing current stresses. Also the reduction of the effective duty cycle is not occurred during the resonant period of the main circuit because the auxiliary circuit of the proposed converter is placed out of the main power path. The auxiliary circuit is composed with passive components, which are an inductor, two capacitors, two diodes, and a saturable inductor. An improved ZVS PSRC has so much characteristics with respect to the overall system efficiency and to the reduction of current stresses. The operation principles of the proposed converter are explained in detail and the various simulated and experimental results show the validity of the proposed converter.
As recent business environments are changed and become complex, a more efficient and effective business process management are needed. This paper proposes a new approach to the automatic execution of business processes using Event-Condition-Action (ECA) rules that can be automatically triggered by an active database. First of all, we propose the concept of blocks that can classify process flows into several patterns. A block is a minimal unit that can specify the behaviors represented in a process model. An algorithm is developed to detect blocks from a process definition network and transform it into a hierarchical tree model. The behaviors in each block type are modeled using ACTA formalism. This provides a theoretical basis from which ECA rules are identified. The proposed ECA rule-based approach shows that it is possible to execute the workflow using the active capability of database without users' intervention.

This experimental study investigated the characteristics of flow-induced vibration of two elastically supported circular cylinders in a side-by-side arrangement. In particular, the characteristics of the flow-induced vibration of the two cylinders are investigated by changing the flow speed at each spacing ratio L/D (L is the space between two cylinders and D is the diameter of the cylinder). To clarify the mechanism generating the flow-induced vibration of the cylinders, the flow patterns around the two vibrating cylinders are also investigated using a flow visualization test that reproduces the flow-induced vibration of the cylinders with a forced vibration apparatus. As a result, it is clarified that the flow-induced vibration characteristics of the two cylinders arranged side-by-side switch among four patterns as the flow between the two cylinders is switched. Among the three arrangements considered (tandem, staggered, and side-by-side), the arrangement that generates flow-induced vibration of the two cylinders most easily is the side-by-side arrangement.
In this study, the vertical and horizontal flow wetlands were combined in series to create conditions for flow in the exhalation and anaerobic state with the aim of monitoring the variability and reduction of dissolved organic matterin the bio-reactive artificial wetlands, and the performance assessment was conducted as acrylic reaction groups by designing artificial wetlands that filled the functionalresiduals. In case of artificial wetlands in vertical and horizontal planes, the concentration of dissolved oxygen (DO) in the reaction tank was measured as 2.7 mg/L in the vertical flow wetlands under exhalation, and N.D. in the horizontal flow artificial wetlands under anaerobic conditions. The test was carried out by changing the operation time to 140 min, 80 min, and 60 min. The test was conducted with the same natural operation time of 20 min depending on the operation time. All hours of operation were shown to be due to microbial activity. In 3D-EEM, it was found that the longer the driving time was taken, the more reduction the organic compounds in the areas of insoluble human resources, III and V. Further research on the mechanism analysis of future reduction effects is expected to be carried out, but the findings are expected to contribute to the development of technologies for reducing obfuscated substances using artificial wetlands in the future.
The representation of Web Sites with EMFG(Extended Mark Flow Graph) is studied as a new method that represents the complicated Web Sites structure. The Web Sites usually have the number of iteration structures. The representation of these Web Sites with EMFG is too complicated, and so we can not understand the structure of these Web Sites sometimes. Therefore, in this paper, we classify these iteration structures when express Web Sites by EMFG as serial iteration structures and parallel iteration structures and propose the method that can simplify these iteration structures. Then we can reduce number of boxes, arcs, and transitions, and efficiently design and manage Web Sites by using this method.

Further improvement of existing $H_{2}O/LiBr$ absorption refrigeration machine is absolutely neces-sary to promote the utilization of gas-cooling system Among various methods to improve the per-formance of the absorption refrigeration machine this research has focused on the use of a new working fluid that has better properties than the existing $H_{2}O/LiBr$ working fluid. In the series of the research, $H_{2}O/LiBr+HO{(CH_{2})}_{3}OH$ system was selected as the most promisable candidate. The absorption refrigeration machine is water-cooled double-effect, $H_{2}O/LiBr+HO{(CH_{2})}_{3}OH$ sys-tem with series flow type. In this study we found out the characteristic of new working solution through the cycle simulation and compared the result with that of LiBr solution to evaluate. Theoptimum designs and operating conditions were determined based on the operating constraints and the coefficient of performance. Results demonstrate that new working fluid subsrantially increases COP by as much as 10% and has a wider working range with 8% higher crystallization limits compared to the conventional $H_{2}O/LiBr$.

In this paper, the method of material constants extraction in a thin-film bulk acoustic resonator(FBAR) using a genetic algorithm(GA) is proposed. The material constants are extracted from the input impedance of a FBAR by a GA optimizer. The characteristics of the FBAR input impedance affected by the material constants were studied to decide the fitness function for GA. As a result, the fitness was estimated by the series- and parallel -resonance frequencies and the FBAR bandwidth, as determined from the input impedance of the FBAR. A flowchart for the GA and a procedure fur the proposed extraction method are explained in detail, and the results of the material constants extraction are presented.

The problem of software bottle-neck may be arised from unbalance of demands and supply of software. This is caused from the fact that the capability of programmer could not be improved in software development. Therefor, the new method of software development should aim at improving the productivity of software. This paper presents the expressions to be the standardized software Program modules by means of the software chip. The expressions are consist of name, input, output, and iteration of each software chip. And they simple express a combination and separation in sequence, parallel, iteration, composition, mixing, and variety form. Therefore they can easily software reuse as a result of analyzing the flow of data clearly.
