The aim of this study is to examine the relationships between social support and child behavior problems and cognitive development in low income female-headed families. Informed by the stress-coping theory, family process model, and theoretical perspectives related to social support, this study estimates both direct and indirect effects of social support on child behavior problems and cognitive development. In particular, we focus on how the relationship between child outcomes and social support is mediated by mothers' parenting stress. The first three waves of longitudinal data from a subsample of 1,315 single and non-cohabiting low-income mothers in the Fragile Families and Child Wellbeing Study were utilized in this study. Results suggest that social support is directly associated with child behavior problems and also indirectly associated with child behavior problems mediated by mothers' parenting stress. Social support did not have a direct effect on children's cognitive development but rather had an indirect effect, which was mediated by mothers' parenting stress. The policy and practice implications of these findings are discussed.

During 19th general election the customized LBSNS(Location Based SNS) application for some candidates of the National Assembly planned and developed based on the object identification, ePosition, comprising the candidate's name have been applied for an election campaign. The approval rating change before and after 19th election campaign period for each candidate was quantitatively studied how it would be affected by the candidate custom LBSNS application. Only 3 out of 24 candidates in 6 local electorates in the Daejon Metropolitan City have adopted the customized LBSNS application and the rest 21 candidates have not, whose approval rating change before and after an election campaign has been analyzed comparatively candidate by candidate. The approval rating for 3 candidates adopting LBSNS application went up by 12.6%, 11.4%, 11.2% respectively, but those for the rest 21 candidates all changed within 3%.

The present study set out to explore the acculturative stress and mental health(depression) of Korean women living in Britain according to socio-demographic factors, social relations and social supports level. 152 Korean women's data were collected and analyzed with frequency, correlation, ANOVA. Analysis revealed that women's acculturative stress and depression level was 2.50(moderate) and 1.66(slightly low) respectively. Acculturative stress level showed correlation with depression level. Among demographic variables, acculturative stress was significantly different from residence period in Britain, marriage and economic state and the level of depression was also different from job and economic state. The group which has frequent relationships with British and high level of social supports showed low acculturative stress. The group has high level of social supports also showed low depression. These findings highlight the importance of concerns and interventions about acculturation and mental health of Korean immigrant women and community services for the new immigrant women to improve their acculturation and mental health.

This study investigates the effect of E-learning service quality toward users' learning satisfactions when moderating by users' study motivations at cyber universities. For this end, the E-learning service quality was measured with SERVQUAL which was widely employed in academic research area. From rich survey analysis, this study finds that the three factors of E-learning service quality such as concreteness, certainty, credibility and sympathy are statistically correlated with users' learning satisfactions, but the responsiveness is not. Also in order to test the hypothesis that the study motivation is a moderate variable, the three step regression analysis was applied. Finally, this research finds that the study motivation has the role of moderate variable to affect the users' learning satisfactions.

This study is focused on increasing of population aging and multicultural families in Korea. This study is conducted to figure out the marital satisfaction of marriage immigrant wives having elderly husband and to verify the effect of the social service and human support. This analysis was used in the '2009 National Multicultural Families Survey' data is at least 65 years of age, married immigrant spouses wife 236 case. Descriptive statistics were performed for statistical analysis and hierarchical regression techniques. The effective variables of the marriage immigrant wives include the experience of discrimination, subjective health condition, education for social adjustment, whether an adviser is Korean when they face difficulties, and whether the frequency of contacts made with their families in homeland is more than once to three times a year. Analysis shows that these things works as the effect variable of marital satisfaction.

Purpose: This study aimed to prepare basic data for the development of a nursing intervention program to improve nursing performance by identifying the factors affecting nursing performance in an integrated nursing care service ward. Methods: Participants were 166 nurses who had worked for more than six months in the integrated nursing care service wards of three general hospitals located in B city. Data were collected from July 15 to August 30, 2022 using structured questionnaires and analyzed by T-test, ANOVA, Scheffé test, Pearson's correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression using the IBM SPSS/WIN 25.0 statistical program. Results: Factors affecting the nursing performance of participants were age (β=.58, p<.001), positive psychological capital (β=.41, p<.001), and social support (β=.28, p<.001). The total explanatory power of these variables for nursing performance was 55.8%. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the need for programs that improve psychological capital and social support while considering nurse's age to enhance their performance in nursing integrated service wards.

In Korea, as the elderly population increases, elderly medical facilities and nursing care workers are increasing in labor force, but nursing care workers are avoiding nursing care workers due to poor working conditions and many physical and mental exhaustion of nursing care workers. Therefore, in this study, 284 nursing care workers were surveyed to search resources and to find alternatives to enhance the quality of life of caregivers. The result of research, The first, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social on a married women. The more a religion, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social, psychological. The higher the salary, effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and social, physical. The second, the support of a Superior effected positively on the quality of life in environmental and physical and the support of a colleague effected positively on the quality of life in social and physical. The third, the support of a Superior moderated by self-efficacy of the quality of life in the social and psychological. This results suggest that can be influential variables the support of social and the self-efficacy as an alternative to burnout of the care workers.

본 연구는 시장지향성이 사업성과에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 시장지향성의 관점에서 사업성과와의 관계를 조명 해보고, 시장지향성과 사업성과간의 관계 연구에서 통합적 매개변수들의 역할을 연구하였다. 기존 선행연구에서 매개변수로 사용한 종업원 만족, 차별화 전략, 벤치마킹, 혁신, 경쟁전략, 시장지향성, 직무만족, 조직몰입, 조직간 정보공유 둥을 통합하여 변수들의 중복을 피하고, 상호 독립성이 유지되는 변수들만을 채택하여 종업원만족, 혁신, 경쟁전략의 선택과 실행 등 3개의 변수를 도출하였으며, 여기에다 국내 선행연구에선 아직 사용하지 않은 조직학습을 신규 매개변수로 추가하여 기업역량변수로 설정하였다. 또한 고객만족, 서비스품질, 서비스충성도(애호도), 서비스이미지, 기업이미지, 등을 통합하여 고객만족, 서비스품질, 충성도 등 3개의 변수로 도출하였으며 신규 매개변수로써 기업과 고객간 정보공유를 채택하여 고객반응으로 명명하였다. 여기에서, 각각 4개씩 도출된 변수들은 각각 하나의 차원으로 통합하였으며, 두 차원의 통합적 매개변수들이 어떠한 인과적 역할을 하는지 보다 깊이 연구하였다. 연구가설은 6개의 가설 중 시장지향성과 사업성과 간 기업역량과 고객반응의 통합적 매개변수들의 간접효과가 지지되어 4개의 가설이 채택되었다. 그러나, 시장지향성과 사업성과 간의 직접효과와 기업역량과 고객반응의 중복매개는 기각되었다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 공헌을 제안하였으며, 끝으로 본 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구방향을 제언하였다.

The purpose of this study is to identify the moderating effect of social support between daily life stress and suicidal ideation of North Korean refugee women in South Korea. We survey with self-report questionnaires for 156 refugee women, conduct descriptive and regression analysis. As results, (1) almost half of the surveyed experience suicidal ideation in a year, (2) daily life stress affects suicidal ideation controlling with depression, PTSD, alcohol use, income, and age, (3) social support which North Korea refugee women perceive buffers the relationship between life stress and suicidal ideation. From these results, implications are suggested. Gender cognitive policies are needed in North Korea refugees in South Korea. Also, community mental health services and sustainable community program for North Korea refugee women are important to prevent their suicidal attempts.

The purpose of this study was to define the quality of nursing services in relation to a nurse's psychosocial factors (type A behavior pattern, self-esteem, locus of control, and anxiety), job stress, and fatigue. This study targeted 503 nurses currently working at one of six general hospitals in Daejeon city, the data were collected by a self-administered questionnaire, which was surveyed from April 1 to June 30, 2014. According to multivariate logistic regression analysis, the high self-esteem, locus of control, and strong support by supervisor and co-workers decrease the risk of a low career quality. In contrast, high situational fatigue and overall fatigue increase the risk of a low career quality. According to the results of hierarchical multiple regression analysis, the quality of nursing services increased with age, the subjective health condition was satisfying, aptitude corresponded to the jobs, self-esteem was high, anxiety was low, support by co-workers was strong, and the overall fatigue was low. Above results suggest that the quality of nursing services of nurses who work at a general hospital has a strong correlation with the psychosocial factors, job stress, and fatigue.
