The free learning semester system focuses on the activation of career education of middle school students as an educational policy that links career recognition in elementary school, career search in middle school, and career planning in high school. This system was fully implemented in 2016 and public libraries also provided various programs. This study analyzed the free learning semester system programs of public libraries in Busan city and demonstrated the contribution of local development. As a result, career and job search, career exploration and experience, and information literacy enhancement programs contributed to local knowledge culture, reading culture, learning culture, living culture and leisure culture. However, contribution of reading exhibitions, job experience, information literacy enhancement to the leisure culture and local economy were limited. Therefore, it is desirable that all libraries should add programs related to knowledge ecosystem structure, digital information gap, human healing, social environment issues, future job prospects, and provide information literacy programs.

본 연구에서는 지역빈도분석을 이용하고 있는 홍수량 산정 지침에서 활용되고 있는 전국대상의 강우관소에 대한 확률강우량과 강원지역에 위치한 강우관측소만을 대상으로 산정한 확률강우량을 비교하였다. 이를 위해서 강원도 지역의 48개 지점의 지속기간별 강우자료를 수집한 후, K-means 기법을 이용하여 6개의 군집으로 구분하였다. 강원도 대부분이 산악지형임을 고려해 산악효과를 야기하는 지형인자와 강우자료의 관계를 파악하였다. 국가수자원관리종합정보시스템에서 수집한 강우자료를 사용하여 지속시간별 최대강우량과 산악효과를 야기하는 지형인자로 선정한 고도 이외에 위도, 경도를 각각 추가인자로 고려해 지역빈도분석을 수행하였다. 위 지형인자와 강우자료를 이용하여 수문학적 동질한 특성을 가지는 군집을 구성하였으며, 위도와 경도를 인자로 추가하면 더욱 강한 상관성을 보임을 알 수 있었다. 군집분석결과를 통해 모수를 추정하고 적절한 분포를 선택하였으며, 이상치검정과 적합도 검정을 통해 최종 분포를 결정하였다. 고도와 위도, 경도를 모두 고려해 이용한 지역빈도분석 결과 강원도의 실제 강우특성과 마찬가지로 고도의 높낮이에 따라 강우형태를 전국단위 지역빈도분석과 비교하였다. 최종적으로 현재 활용되고 있는 홍수량 산정 지침의 확률강우량과 강원지역에 위치한 강우관측소만을 대상으로 한 지역빈도분석의 차이의 발생원인과 강원지역에서의 특이성을 결론으로 제시하였다.

Memory is a mental activity for the future rather than the past, and the responsibility for restoring the memory rests on the current intellectuals. In this context, the library must demonstrate how it contributes to local development by restoring memory and analyzing social roles and functions. Based on the contributions of local development of public libraries as background information and through literature case studies, field surveys and interviews. This study has logically demonstrated local development to the local economic development, regenerating and promoting local culture, and forming a community in the open-port cities of Busan and Incheon. Nevertheless, the contribution of local development in terms of economic, cultural and community formation cannot be perfect. Subsequent research that reflects the historical geography and architectural arts of the library itself, and the perception and value of use of local residents is necessary.

This study intended to extract the spatial data and attribute data from the images of terrestrial photographs to compile the digital map from the images using photogrammetric analysis. In this study, the plane map of present objective area was made using the single terrestial photographs and graphical method, and the spatial or attribute data for the facilities in the area was extracted. Also, it is concluded that the efficient techniques for acquiring spatial and attribute data of the building and road facilities in proper time for the concerning area were suggested.

The coast has been known as very vulnerable area. This area has nature disasters such as typhoon, tidal wave, flood and storm almost every year. In this study, coast vulnerable area information management system was developed to manage the coastal facilities and vulnerable area through Web GIS. This system is able to visualize the damage area and support the official work related to coast as efficient DSS(Decision Supporting System). Moreover, the foundation for domestic coast information management is expected by acquiring less cost and time. For this, GIS DB was first constructed by acquiring damage factor data such as typhoon, tidal wave, flood and storm. Then GIS analysis methods and high resolution satellite images are used to possibly present the results of retrieve as table, map, graph, inundation simulation in real time.

The advance of science and technology becomes the nerves of the development of economy and industry of our future in the regional level as well as in the national and international level. In Korea, it has been more than 10 years since local governments launched, and they are strategically fostering their specialized regional industries. Both the central government and the regional governments prepare and execute policies to foster specialized regional industries. Though there are many kinds of methods to analyze the outcomes of science and technology of region, in this paper, we measure the outcomes of science and technology of region by applying an informetric analysis on the SCIE papers and USPA patents. To seek for the regional speciality, we analyze the total national outcomes and the regional outcomes of S&T activities in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to discuss about the current status and problems of 24 public libraries in Daejeon metropolitan city and to suggest strategies for the development of public library system in Daejeon. For this purpose, first, this study investigates facilities, human resources, collection, and budget in public libraries in Daejeon metropolitan city and compares to the standards in "The Third Comprehensive Library Advancement Plan(2019-2023)", "The library Act" and "Korean Library Standards". Secondly, this study analyzes administrative organization system. Finally, suggested are both strategies and methods for continuous construction of new public libraries, librarian recruit, collection increase, better service for older adults, budget increase, organization exclusively responsible for library policy.

The increased occurrence of flooding due to typhoons and local rainfall has necessitated damage prevention through the systematic construction of damage history and quantitative analysis of flood prediction data. In this study, we constructed a disaster information map for practical use by combining digital images and continuous cadastral maps of damaged areas using a geographic information system to provide basic data and attribute information. In addition, we predicted the areas at risk of flash floods by calculating the flood capacity of the study area for different rainfall frequencies through flood inundation simulation, which was used to obtain comprehensive disaster information. Further, we calculated the extent of the flooded area and the damage rate for different rainfall frequencies using cadastral information. Flood inundation simulation in the case of heavy rainfall was found to help improve the ability to react to a flood and enhance the efficiency of rescue work by supporting decision-making for disaster management.

목포대학교 교내 장학금 제도인 MNU핵심역량포인트의 문제점을 설문을 통하여 확인한 결과, 취득조건, 공지 가시성 부족, 20대의 행사참여율 저조, 실용성의 부족과 같은 총 4가지 문제점을 분석하였다. 이러한 문제점은 사용자 친화적인 UI 제공 및 무결성과 보안성 제공을 통하여 해결할 수 있으며, 본 논문에서는 무결성과 보안성을 제공하기 위하여 블록체인을 사용하였다. 대학생들의 지역방문을 활성화하기 위하여, 지역의 특정한 장소를 대상으로 미션을 수행하는 기능을 제안하였으며, React-Native와 연동하여 객체 인식하기 위하여, YOLO와 OpenCV를 활용함으로써 미션 수행 결과를 확인한다. 제안하는 방안 및 미션 기능을 통하여, 대학생들의 지역행사 및 교내 행사 참여율이 높아질 것으로 기대되며, 전국 대학교의 장학금제도가 발전할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the curriculum of iSchools in North America. To achieve the aim of the study 17 iSchools and the same number of L-Schools were chosen from the same regional area. Data were collected mainly through each of their official websites and email inquiry. The graduate courses were classified into 8 domains judging by its title, and conducted t-test for a comparative analysis with L-School curriculum using SPSS 19.0. It is found that 'Information Studies', 'Practicum and Study', and 'Library and Information Center Management' domains were dominant in iSchool curriculum. In the comparative analysis, 'Study in Library and Information Science' domain showed lower percentage, whereas 'Information Studies', 'Library and Information Center Management', 'Practicum and Study' domains showed higher percentage than the L-School curriculum.
