This research aims to examine how military executive members and local residents mutually perceive the military family support. The 217 individuals from the military executive and the 191 local residents took part in this research. The results of this study are as follows: First of all, in the sense of the agreement, the respondents from the military executive had higher perception when it comes to the necessity of the community support, whilst the answer from their counterparts did not. Second of all, in terms of the congruence(1) on this issue, the perception levels that the each group of respondents showed are not corresponded, besides each group had different level of demands on the community resources according to the analysis of the congruence(2). Third, regarding the accuracy(1), the military executive members called for higher coverage of community supports whilst the local residents perceived that the executive members might be having less demands. The accuracy(2) too shows the different perception on the resources that the each group has. Last of all, for the meta-agreement, which indicates how each group found its counterpart's perception, were only corresponded at the lower level.

본 연구는 지리교육에서 이루어지는 지역에 대한 학습 내용을 구성하기 위한 연구이다. 본 연구의 출발점은 우리나라 교육과정에 따라 진행되는, 지역에 대한 학습이 가지는 문제점과 지역에 대한 개념 형성과정에 작용하는 학생들의 지역 인식 특징에 대한 관심이었다. 학생들의 지역에 대해 인식 조사 과정에서 중간적 수준의 지역을 설정할 필요성을 발견하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제안하는 지역에 대한 학습의 틀은 지역의 본질적 특성을 바탕으로 교육의 주체인 학생과 교사의 인식이 반영된 내용으로 구성되었다. (중략)

The purpose of this study was to explore visitors' experiences based on two different types of ecological sites: natural and artificial ecological sites. Specifically, this study aimed to analyze the differences in the perceived experiences and satisfaction according to the perception of the visitors to the ecological sites. First, the analysis of measurement factors of visitor experience perception identified four factors such as ecological experience, environment friendliness, sociality, and relaxation. The comparison of perception according to the factor of visitor experience showed that there were significant differences between natural and artificial ecological sites and that the perceived visitor experience was generally higher in the natural ecological sites. The result of the analysis of the influence of the perceived visitor experience to ecological sites on visitor experience showed the relaxation had the largest influence for both natural and artificial ecological sites. The ecological experience and environmental friendliness also had a significant impact on visitor satisfaction in the natural ecological sites and artificial ecological sites, respectively. This paper also discussed the implications for planning and management issues at ecological sites.

본 연구에서는 도시지역과 농촌지역의 재난안전에 대한 인식을 알아보기 위해 도시와 농촌지역의 재난안전에 관한 현황을 조사하였으며 도시지역에 비해 농촌지역의 재난안전에 관한 의식조사를 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 도시지역과 농촌지역의 재난안전도 특성과 개선방안을 검토하였다.

최근 패턴인식분야에서 성능향상을 목적으로 개별인식기들을 결합하거나 동적 선택에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 인식기를 동적으로 선택하는 경우에는 전체 학습패턴으로부터 학습한 개별 인식기를 이용하거나 클러스터링 알고리즘을 이용하여 학습패턴들을 특징공간에서의 부 영역으로 분할한 다음 각 클래스를 하나의 영역과 대응하는 방법이 사용되어 왔다. 이러한 접근방법에서는 각 패턴의 지역적인 정보를 이용하기 때문에 클래스 사이의 결정 경계부분에 대한 지역적인 정보를 이용하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 학습패턴의 지역적 영역에 대한 마이크로 인식기를 설계하여 임의의 테스트 패턴에 대한 지역적 영역에서 가장 성능이 좋은 인식기를 동적으로 선택하여 인식 성능을 향상시키는 방법을 제안한다.

This study apprehends the effect of primary causes that form civic consciousness, which mature local residents should have. Moreover, it tries to contribute to the development of mature civic consciousness with regard to the situations and conditions of local community, by observing how the extent of local problem recognition, personal viewpoints, and participation in social activities affect formation of civic consciousness. The research was conducted to 600 local residents, ages 20 and above, with proportional stratified sampling method. The study showed that high recognition of environmental, social, economic and aging issues, fulfillment on social achievement, self-perception, culture orientation, and higher frequency on participating on social activities have positive effects on formation of sound civic consciousness.

Regional central library have to reflect the characteristics of the each region. And it must to set priority the various tasks. The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the librarian's recognition about roles of regional central library for support to the local libraries. As a result, librarians was recognized the direction of library policy and cooperation between the local libraries as the most urgent task. Also, librarians was considered the educational and cultural programs and interlibrary loan as the top task to perform in the future. The results is very useful in deciding contents of library cooperation and establishing of the Library Policy.

This study is to analyze impacts of a newly developed festival based on place attachment and involvement theories using SEM. The results are that there are positive relationships between festival involvement and festival impacts, but there are negative relationships between place attachment and the impacts. The results mean that residents may have not enough interaction with the newly developed festival. Therefore, the findings suggest that organizers and managers are need to make efforts to communicate with citizens and to enlarge place attachments with the festival.

본 논문에서 제안된 모델은 기존의 얼굴 인식 및 지명수배자 얼굴 인식 시스템보다 효과적인 인식률 향상을 위해 전역적 특징을 사용하는 PCA(Principal Component Analysis) 알고리즘과 지역적 특징을 사용하는 2D-HMM(Hidden Markov Model) 알고리즘을 결합한 지명수배자 얼굴인식 시스템이다. 입력된 영상을 전역적 얼굴인식 알고리즘을 통해 얼굴 탐지 및 인식을 수행하고, 탐지 및 인식에 실패한 영상은 지역적 얼굴인식 알고리즘을 통해 2차 인식 과정을 수행한다. 실험과 분석을 통해 제안된 방법을 효율성을 증명하였다.

The purpose of this study is to research space recognition change of the high school students according to geographic information quantities, focused on Factors Influencing the Land Value. The region of case study was some places of Songtan Special Tourism Zone, which responding students were unfamiliar with. The results are as follows. First, through the results of analysing 'the highest valued standard land and choice reasons' in two ㄴregions of the old town and the new town, it is perceived that the relative factor of land is more important than the absolute factor as the factors influencing the land value of the highest valued standard land. Second, there are students' recognition differences in the choice reasons of the highest valued standard land of two regions which have different characteristics. Third, though in the same region, recognitions about factors influencing the land value change according to geographic information quantities, and as students' knowledge about geographic information increases, the choice rate of the highest valued standard land increases. Lastly, it is perceived that there is a facility which has a decisive effect on formating the land value of a certain region.
