This study focused on differences in factors of subjective well-being between children who are raised at their own homes and those raised at the residential institutions. This study used two kinds of data sets, one from survey on subjective well-being of children in residential care supported by National Research Foundation of Korea, the other from survey on children's subjective well-being in Korea conducted by Social welfare research center in Seoul National University and Save the Children Korea. The results are as follows; There are no significant difference statistically between children raised at their own homes and children raised at residential institutions in children's subjective well-being, satisfaction with him/herself, and satisfaction with school. However, there is higher satisfaction with family in children raised at their own homes. On the other hand, there is higher satisfaction with community in children raised at residential institutions. There are difference factors effect on children's subjective well-being between the two groups. Most of all, satisfaction with him/herself is very important factor to improve children's subjective well-being in residential care.

목적: 한국은 지역사회 기반 통합 돌봄(커뮤니티케어)을 통해 노인들을 위한 보건 및 사회복지 서비스의 확대를 추진하고 있다. 본 연구는 노인의 경로당 이용에 대한 인구사회인적 요인, 삶의 만족도, 건강상태 등이 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 연구방법: 2017년 노인실태조사 자료를 이용하여, 횡단 분석 연구가 실시하였다. 이용패턴을 파악하기 위해 기술통계를 하였고, 경로당 이용과 관련된 요소들을 결정하기 위해서는 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과: 지난 12개월간 노인 1만299명 중 22.7%가 경로당을 이용하였다. 경로당을 이용하는 이유 중 가장 많은 응답은 경로당 동료들과 여가를 보내기 위함이었으며, 대상자의 95% 이상이 제공되는 서비스에 만족하고 있었다. 사회인구학적 특성에 대해서는 여성(AOR=1.20; 95% 신뢰 구간(CI), 1.05-1.38), 80세 이상 노인(AOR= 3.94, 95% CI, 3.30-4.71), 문맹자(AOR=5.27; 95% CI 3.80-7.30), 교육 수준이 낮거나 읍면 지역 출신(AOR=6.42; 95 % CI, 5.72-7.20)이 경로당을 이용할 가능성이 가장 높았다. 생활 만족도 부분에서는 재정적 만족도(AOR=1.21; 95% CI, 1.06-1.37), 문화에 대한 만족도(AOR=1.49; 95% CI, 1.24-1.79) 및 친구들과 사회에 대한 만족도(AOR=4.24; 95% CI, 3.17-5.66)가 높은 사람이 경로당을 더 많이 이용하는 것으로 나타났다. 질병이 없다는 응답자에 비해 만성 질환을 2개 이상 보유한자(AOR= 2.01; 95 % CI, 1.60-2.53)의 경로당 이용률이 2 배 더 높았다. 결론: 정부의 지역사회 기반 통합돌봄 정책 수립을 위하여 경로당 이용에 영향을 미치는 인구사회학적요인, 삶의 만족도, 건강상태와 관련된 요인들을 고려하여, 이용률을 높이고, 건강관리를 위한 통합 돌봄 시설이 될 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.

This research tested the relationship between professionalism perception and organizational commitment of social workers in welfare centers for disabled persons. And this analyzed the the mediating effect of job satisfaction. We surveyed 239 social workers in 14 centers of C Province and D City. The analysis result is that social workers' professionalism perception influenced the organizational commitment and the job satisfaction mediated between the variables. According to this study result, we can suggest some plans to improve social workers' organizational commitment. For improving social workers' professionalism perception, it is important to carry out strengthening of professional remuneration education, recruitment scores for calling as a professional, and reasonable operation reflecting their opinions. To promote social workers' job satisfaction, we need to actively provide counseling to social workers who experience emotional labor, to offer appropriate supervision and job training, and to develop and disseminate programs to improve the leadership of the facility's chiefs.

본 연구에서는 도시, 농촌, 어촌지역 주민들의 주거만족도와 지역사회 및 생활환경 만족도를 비교 측정하고자 하였다. 이 연구의 특성은 지역을 하나의 통제변인으로 분석에 포함시켜 제변인들의 영향력의 방향과 정도를 파악하고자 하였다는 점이다. 자료는 1993년 6월 부터 1994년 6월 동안 488명의 주부를 대상으로 수집하였으며, 대구에 거주하는 주부 254명과 경북권내의 영천과 청도 등의 농촌지역에 거주하는 주부 124명, 그리고 한산도 섬내에 거주하는 주부 110명을 대상으로 각 가정을 방문하여 면접법을 실행하였다. 회귀분석을 실행한 결과, 주거만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 주거비와 주거소유형태였으며, 거주하고 있는 지역사회와 생활환경에 대한 만족도가 증가할수록 주거만족도도 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 지역을 고려할 때, 도시거주자의 주거만족도가 농촌이나 어촌거주자의 주거만족도 보다 높은 반면 지역사회에 대한 만족도와 생활환경 만족도는 농촌거주자와 어촌거주자가 도시거주자보다 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 지역을 고려한 주거정책 관련 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 이용될 수 있으리라 사료된다.

지역 사회 서비스는 노인들이 질적으로 보다나은 삶을 영위할 수 있도록 돕는 기능을 해야 한다. 적절한 서비스의 공급을 위해서는 지역사회 서비스 욕구 사정의 과정이 우선적으로 요구되어지며, 이에 본 연구는 호주 NSW주 Illawarra지역내의 retirement village에 거주하는 자가 돌봄이 가능한 노인들의 지역사회 서비스에 대한 욕구를 평가하는데 그 목적을 두었다. Illawarra지역내의 여덟개 retirement village에 거주하는 98명의 자가 돌봄이 가능한 노인들을 대상으로 그들의 1) functional status; 2) 지역 사회 서비스에 대한 지식정도; 3) 지역 사회 서비스 사용정도; 4) 지역 사회 서비스 만족도; 5) 잠재적인 지역 사회 서비스 욕구 등에 대한 자가 보고형 설문조사가 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료들은 JMP(for Mackitosh) program으로 통계 처리되었고, computed frequencies가 본 연구의 목표 달성을 위해 주로 사용되었다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 아래와 같다. 1. 평균 연령 76세인 대상자들의 80%이상이 그들의 일상 생활 운영에 다른 사람의 도움을 필요로 하지 않으며 건강상태 또한 양호하다고 자각했다. 2. 90%이상의 대상자들이 지역 사회 서비스를 이용하지 않았다. 3. 70%이상의 대상자가 지역 사회 서비스의 존재에 대해 지각하고 있었다. 4. 60%이상의 대상자가 필요시에는 지역 사회 서비스에 관한 정보를 어렵지 않게 얻을 수 있다고 생각했다. 5. 40%의 대상자가 기존의 지역 사회 서비스에 대한 양과 질에 만족을 나타냈고, 그 외의 대상자들 (60%)은 그 지역 사회 서비스에 대한구체적인 지식이 없다고 보고했다. 6. 25%의 대상자들이 여러 지역 사회 서비스에 관한 관심을 보였다. 결론적으로 대다수의 대상자들은 대부분의 지역 사회 서비스들을 필요로 하지 않았고, 이러한 결과는 현재 자가간호가 가능한 retirement village 거주 노인들에게 당연한 것으로 보여진다. 그러나, 자존감이 강한 노인들에게 서비스 욕구는 자가 돌봄이 건강에 대한 포기정도로 왜곡되어 자각될 가능성이 있는 만큼, 본 연구를 통해 보고된 대상자들의 지역 사회 서비스에 대한 관심도는 고려해 볼만한 가치가 있다고 여겨지며, 이에 노인들의 자존감이 서비스 욕구에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구를 제언하는 바이다.

국내 의료시장은 환자의 의식변화와 의료시장의 개방화에 따라 병원간에 치열한 경쟁적 환경에 높여있으며 환자를 환자 그 자체로서가 아니라 병원이 경영에 영향을 주는 결정권자로서 고객을 간주해야 한다. 고객만족의 중요성에 대한 인식이 높아지고 있는 가운데 고객의 품질만족도에 대한 조사는 매우 중요하다. 품질만족도란 구매를 서비스 받기 전에 기대하는 정도와 이용한 후 실제로 고객이 느끼고 인식한 정도의 차이인 품질만족도인 인식하고 있는 인식도와 기대도간의 차이이다. (중략)

This study analyzed the relationship between the professionalism perception and the job satisfaction of employees in community rehabilitation facilities for the disabled. This also examined the mediating effect of self-efficacy between the two variables. The questionnaire survey was conducted on employees in the facilities in Chungnam and Daejeon areas. And the 376 materials was used for analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows : 1) the professionalism perception and the self-efficacy have positive statistic association with job satisfaction of employees in the facilities. 2) the self-efficacy is found to partially mediate between the professionalism perception and the job satisfaction. Based on the results of this research, several measures can be presented to increase job satisfaction in terms of improving of the professionalism perception and the self-efficacy of employees in the facilities.

With the expansion of Voucher program, academic and practical concerns of performance evaluation of voucher service has been more emphasized. Accordingly, client satisfaction survey are expanding these days, but the study of client satisfaction as a performance indicator aimed at service client has not been yet conducted systematically. The purpose of this study is to develop Satisfaction Index, targeting at client of community-development voucher program in Community Service Investment Project conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Data were collected from 1800 client of community-development voucher program. This study summarized theoretically many kinds of satisfaction measurement and composed the Satisfaction Index reflecting characteristics of Voucher. By the item analysis and reliability analysis, the element satisfaction was identified as homogeneous items. General satisfaction were obtained using element satisfaction and overall satisfaction, it was found to be valid through the evaluation of convergent and discriminant validity as a tool for satisfaction. This study suggest using the '1step weighted approach' than '2step weighted approach' having weakness of complex overlapping manner.
