In most countries, public libraries have played a role as a hub of knowledge and information, complex culture of local communities, and a third place for meeting and communication. And recent public libraries are focusing on enhancing their core competencies and expanding services using digital technologies to meet the era of digital transformation and the 4th industrial revolution. However, after the COVID-19 pandemic occurred, all public libraries are repeatedly closed, reopened, and partially closed, and all resources are devoted to providing non-contact, digital and online alternative services, and are expected to continue in the future. As a result, future public libraries are bound to face a trilemma in which digital expandability, complex cultural space, and importance as a place of knowledge and information service are conflicting. This study discoursed on the public library trilemma in the post-COVID-19 era and suggested ways to overcome it. The orientation of the future public library is the fusion and harmony of multiplicity and multipurpose, place and space, knowledge & information and complex culture, face-to-face service and remote service. The main body of a public library is not the finger (digital and non-contact), but the moon (knowledge information center).

정보화 시대의 급속한 진행에 따라 하드웨어에 기반한 기간망의 구축과 함께 다양한 형태의 정보를 안전하게 관리할 수 있는 정보보호 서비스 시스템의 구축이 매우 중요한 시점이다. 세계 시장 경제의 기본 패러다임을 바꾸는 전자상거래 등의 새로운 서비스가 발달함에 따라 정보의 안전과 신뢰를 보장할 수 있는 정보보호 시스템의 필요성은 매우 강조되고 있다. 아직까지 국내의 정보보호 산업은 중소기업 및 벤처기업을 중심으로 제품이 개발되는 초기 단계로 볼 수 있다. 지식과 정보를 보호하기 위한 여러 선진국의 노력을 고려할 때, 국제공도연구를 통한 경쟁력 있는 첨단기술을 확보하는 것은 불가능하다. 따라서 지식과 정보 자원의 유출을 막기 위해서 국자적 차원에서 기업, 연구소, 학교가 함께 범국가적인 차원의 독자적인 기술확보가 필요하다. 전자상거래 등의 인터넷에 기반한 다양한 서비스를 위한 정보보호기술의 표준, 정보보호의 핵심 및 기반 기술, 차세대 통신망 정보보호 기술, 시스템 정보보호기술, 해킹 방지 기술 등을 국가적인 차원에서 추진하고 응용서비스 등의 분야는 민간부문에서 추진하는 것이 바람직하다.

To evaluate the performance of the question and answer services provided through the internet portals in Korea, question and answer transcript of four major services were sampled systematically. Using the digital reference evaluation framework, number and types of questions, response rate, timeliness, accuracy for information questions and user satisfaction were measured and analyzed. The level of the service performance is identified and compared. The conclusion includes suggestions for service improvement.

(1) structure of writings, (2) construction of paragraphs. (3) structure of sentences, (4) use of words were most important things on local information composition. To be expertise system, the Knowledge-base had the writing frames for essay structure and paragraph frames for construction of paragraph. To refer to the clause and sentence structure and to the use of words, Example dictionaries were offered. It is necessary to make nore precise rule for (1) extracting subject name of the frames and (2) making representative word of sentences for advanced system in the future.

인터넷이 발전함에 따라 기존의 PSTN(Public Switch Telephone Network)망이 감소하고 VoIP 서비스가 증가하고 있다. VoIP 서비스가 기존의 인터넷을 기반으로 서비스가 되어 보안문제까지 같이 떠안게 되었다. 이에 VoIP상의 다양한 공격에 대한 분석 및 효율적인 탐지 방법이 연구 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 공격 중에서 SIP 상에서의 INVITE Flooding 공격에 대해 분석하고, 기존의 탐지 알고리즘을 연구하여 오탐율이 개선된 탐지 알고리즘을 제안한다.

The Wireless Ad Hoc network is discussed as a core technology for ubiquitous computing, and the smart tag technology is currently being actively discussed as a part of the sensor network. Thus, considering its security may advance the realization of ubiquitous computing. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology using the smart tag technology as a part of the sensor network is currently in the limelight. In particular, when RFID is applied to a knowledge management system managing various data, data mobility and management convenience are ensured and automated knowledge service can be provided to users. Accordingly, this paper to proposed a secure scheme for mobility knowledge management systems using multi-agents differentiated from the existing knowledge management systems. Specifically, the proposed scheme designates user's authentication and privilege information in multi-agents and provides effective knowledge service through grouping based on user information. Moreover, even user's movement, the proposed scheme ensures service availability and provides continuous information through communication with multi-agent systems.

As the information services are reachable by various terminals almost anytime, anywhere, much effort has been made to endow the users with context-aware services by utilizing available information. The increase in leisure time and wealth has made people pay more attention to hobby, entertainment, health, well-being, and so on. In these fields, the information services, if provided in a context-aware way, could largely enhance the user satisfaction. This paper identifies the essential components of context-aware entertainment service provision and proposes a service development framework. It also presents how to represent data, how to describe service selection knowledge for context-aware services, and how to conduct inference under the representation scheme.

스마트폰 보급의 확산으로 모바일 금융 서비스 이용자 수는 증가하고 모바일 금융 보안에 대한 중요성이 증가되고 있는 실정이지만 해마다 다양해지는 금융 공격에 대비하기는 결코 쉽지 않다. 최근 주로 사용되고 있는 금융 보안 인증 방식인 OTP(One-Time Password)는 세션 공격에 대한 보안 대비가 가능하지만 차별화된 OTP 생성 메커니즘을 적용하는 것이 힘든 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 기존 방식의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 확장된 OTP 메커니즘을 이용한 새로운 금융 보안 방식을 제안하고자 한다. 제안 방식은 센서 네트워크를 금융 보안 알고리즘에 적용시킨 위치 기반 동기화 방식의 OTP 생성 메커니즘으로서 다양한 금융 해킹과 공격 기법에 대비가 가능하다.
