The main aim of this paper is to provide a plan for building an effective and competitive innovation system of Daeduck Valley in Korea through analysing the process of knowledge production and commercialisation of venture firms in the perspective of industry-(university) research networks. Since 1997, with the willingness of the government aimed at building' second Sillicon Valley', an ostensible innovation system cantered around the existing science technology town has been able to be built in Daeduck Valley. Nonetheless, some fundamental problems with the knowledge production and commercialisation of venture firms were appeared as the results of this study. It is led tv not only the lack of network agents and institutes that are able to facilitate and coordinate the networks of economic actors comprised of the innovation system, but also the impertinent roles of economic actors. In particular, these problems were differentiated in accordance with the growth stage of venture firms and the processes of knowledge production. Therefore, several policy implications for building innovation system are suggested in the perspective of the complement of existing innovation system of Daeduck, rather than constructing a new innovation system. At the same time, they are provided in accordance with different growth stages and knowledge production processes.

최근 가상기업의 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 기업활동의 효율성을 높이고, 보다 고품질의 서비스를 고객에게 제공하기 위해서 많은 기업에서 도입을 추진하고 있다. 가상기업은 본래 취지를 효율적으로 달성하기 위하여 정보기술에 크게 의존하고 있다. 특히, 협업(Collaboration)과 지식관리(Knowledge Management)가 포함된 VESS(Virtual Enterprise Support System)가 본격적으로 논의되고 있고 유용한 정보의 공유, 가동, 재활용을 위하여 지식공학(Knowledge Engineering)의 효용성이 절실히 필요한 시점이다. 본 고는 이러한 배경에서 가상기업(Virtual Enterprise), 지식관리(Knowledge Management)의 상호 연계성과 시장 및 기술동향에 대해 기술하고 향후 과제를 도출한다.

An interface or integration among various information system is needed to construct knowledge management infrastructure. Particularly, digital library and knowledge management system have to be implemented in the view of integration for activating interaction of organizational knowledge. So this study conducts comparative analysis between two systems in the perspective of knowledge management key factors, and then explores the ways toward an integration model. The integration model is designed for activating user interface and consistent flow of knowledge. This model is expected to contribute to increase the performance of knowledge management.

Information users depend more and more on portal sites for Internet navigation. These circumstances are reflected in academic information market especially. As the path of contacting public knowledge information, many institutions of information creation and services are collaborating with portal sites. At this point in time, it is necessary to consider linking libraries services with portal sites. Especially university libraries which have been recognized as private facilities of each university must to be considered as public facilities of local community. So it is desirable to develop method for linking university library services with portal sites for revitalizing university library services. This paper presents methods linking library OPACs with portal sites, through surveying oversea's cases and situation of domestic portal sites.

For teaching division more effectively, it is necessary to know students' informal knowledge before they learned formal knowledge about division. The purpose of this study is to research students' informal knowledge of division and to analyze meaningful suggestions to link formal knowledge of division in elementary school mathematics. According to this purpose, two research questions were set up as follows: (1) What is the students' informal knowledge before they learned formal knowledge about division in elementary school mathematics? (2) What is the difference of thinking strategies between students who have learned formal knowledge and students who have not learned formal knowledge? The conclusions are as follows: First, informal knowledge of division of natural numbers used by grade 1 and 2 varies from using concrete materials to formal operations. Second, students learning formal knowledge do not use so various strategies because of limited problem solving methods by formal knowledge. Third, acquisition of algorithm is not a prior condition for solving problems. Fourth, it is necessary that formal knowledge is connected to informal knowledge when teaching mathematics. Fifth, it is necessary to teach not only algorithms but also various strategies in the area of number and operation.

Technology is closely related to industrial development and various studies have been performed to understand the linked structure for knowledge flow between the technology and industry. The research, however, wasn't carried out to flow for Korea National Research and Development projects. In this study, linked structure for technology-industry was discussed by utilizing patent data performed in actual National R&D using NTIS Information of the national research and development, and then it was analyzed how knowledge flows between the technology and industry are flowing. It should be defined that the individual applications expected by researchers at the start of the research and technology-industry applications actually applied from the research performances after research was completed. As a result, it was confirmed in most projects the flow of knowledge was occurring to predicted industries before the start of the R&D. However, the technology was applied to unexpected industry in three industries such as Y09(medical, precision and optical instruments), Y10(electrical and mechanical equipment), Y11(automotive and transportation equipment). The results of this study will be able to contribute to planning for efficient investment strategy of technology-industry by investigating the technology-industry knowledge flow relations of national R&D projects.

연구기획 단계부터 사업화에 대한 고려를 위해서 기존의 연구 성과에 대한 조사 분석을 포함하는 해당 연구 주제에 대하여 기술동향, 시장분석, 정책 등 다양한 정보를 종합적이고 전략적으로 활용할 수 있는 정보 서비스 환경에 대한 필요가 급증하고 있으며, 국가연구 생산성 제고를 위해 후속심화 연구를 위한 연구 성과의 효율적인 공유 및 재사용을 지원하는 표준화 기반의 정보공유인프라 구축 및 운영이 필요하다. 이를 위해 국가R&D정보와 NDSL 정보를 연계하고, 이를 활용하여 연구자의 R&D활동관련 문제해결을 지원하는 서비스 체계를 구축할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해, NDSL-NTIS 연계 및 융 복합 서비스를 개발하고 이를 뒷받침하기 위해 연계체계 구축, 분석기반 개선, 개념기반 체계 구축, 연계활용을 지원하는 메타데이터 관리기능 개선을 수행하는 것을 목표로 국가R&D정보 네비게이션 서비스를 개발하였다.

The purpose of this study is to define a method of building an integrated service to provide various science and technology knowledge infrastructures that are helpful in R&D activities, and to show the cases that are adapted the methodologies. Knowledge infrastructures scattered throughout the entire R&D cycle, such as generating/development of ideas, finding the R&D project, performing the project, and spreading results, are segmented in terms of services, functions, information, and data, and links and converges to provide the knowledge infrastructure that desired by users in one place. We define the integrated service classification, integration level model, integrated architecture, and integrated user authentication system in consideration of logical linkage and integration rather than physical integration of individual knowledge infrastructures. Also, we considered the extensibility as the reference model for building of similar integrated service.

Open data has received a lot of attention from around the world. The Korean government is also making efforts to open government data. However, despite the quantitative increase in public data, the lack of data is still pointed out. This paper proposes a method to improve data sharing and utilization by semantically linking public data. First, we propose a knowledge model for expressing administrative districts and their semantic relationships in Korea. An administrative district is an administrative unit that divides the territory of a nation, which is a unit of politics, according to the purpose of the state administration. The knowledge model of the administrative district defines the structure of the administrative district system and the relationship between administrative units based on the Local Autonomy Act. Second, a knowledge graph of the administrative districts is introduced. As a reference information to link public open data at a semantic level, some characteristics of a knowledge graph of administrative districts and methods for linking heterogeneous public open data and improving data quality are addressed. Finally, some use cases are addressed for interlinking between the knowledge graph of the administrative districts and public open data. In particular, national administrative organisations are interlinked with the knowledge graph, and it demonstrates how the knowledge graph can be utilised for improving data identification and data quality.

The purpose of the present study was to investigate pre-service early childhood teachers experiences in major-associated service-learning. The participants were eight sophomores in I University and participated in major-associated service-learning during the Spring semester, 2018. They were asked to write journals about their experiences before, during, and after service-learning activities. As results, pre-service early childhood teachers reported that they realized the value of service-learning, learned the importance of concrete preparation and professional operation of activities, and experienced the enhancement of teaching efficacy.
