Assuming that the knowledge creation and retrieval functions could be the most important factors for a successful knowledge management(KM) especially during the promotion stage of KM, this study suggests an e-learning application as one of best methods for producing knowledge and also the integrated knowledge repository model in which learning, knowledge. and information objects can be semantically associated through topic map-based knowledge map. The traditional KM system provides a simple directory-based knowledge map. which can not provide the semantic links between topics or objects. The proposed model can be utilized as a solution to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages of the traditional models. In order to collect the basic data for the proposed model, first, case studies utilizing interviews and surveys were conducted targeting at three Korean insurance companies' knowledge managers(or e-learning managers) and librarians. Second, the related studies and other topic map-based pilot systems were investigated.

The purposes of this research are to examine the theoretical background and industrial policy issues with regard to building a Innovation System for encouraging industrial competitiveness and fostering regional industry in Korea. Knowledge has become the driving force of economic growth and the primary source of competitiveness in the world market. So since 1990s, Innovation Systems have been put emphasis on as new industrial development strategy in a knowledge-based economy. It can be understood that Innovation System is composed of National Innovation System(NIS) and Regional Innovation System(RIS) and interrelated the concept of clusters and networks, which are contribute to industry development throughout boosting innovation. As for the Korean industrial policy, when the former centralized policy decision making process became decentralized through the implementation of local autonomy, the role of local or state government in relation to regional industrial promotion intensified. But with the impotance of for fostering strategic industry in the region. new industrial policy issues in Korea are needed as follows; $\circled1$ Building a market-oriented support system for industrial cluster through providing the resource of innovation. $\circled2$ Establishing agency for regional industrial development. $\circled3$ Making a evolutionary vision for broader region including 2 or 3 province, $\circled4$ Fostering strategic industry which is selected in term of specialization and potential of the region. The RIS model for industry development is outlined in this paper but policy initiatives for building a RIS have to be extracted from further case studies.

현재 연구개발 중인 웹 정보 에이전트는 Agent Manager와 KB Manager. Web Manager로 구성되어 있다. 이 시스템은 동물영역에 관련된 정보를 영어로 서비스하고 있어 국내 접근보다는 외국에서의 접근이 더 많았다. 그러므로 국내 사용을 높이기 위해 애완용 동물을 위주로 한 정보추출(IE)을 수행하여 지식베이스(KB)의 확장을 시도하고 있다. 이를 위하여 태그(tag) 및 심볼(symbol)의 패턴(pattern) 유사성 정보를 찾아내고, 기존 KB와 연계하여 KB의 확장 및 수정에 이용하기 위한 유효 정보 패턴 결정에 활용함으로써 정보 추출의 새로운 방법을 고찰하고 그 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.

우리나라 건강과 환경 관련 산업 분야에서 많이 활용되고 있는 황토는 삶의 질이 향상됨에 따라 그 수요가 급증할 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 황토에 대한 전문적인 지식이 관련 산업 분야에 축적되어 있지 않기 때문에 제대로 활용되고 있지 못하다. 황토는 점토광물과 산화-수산화 철-알루미늄 광물로 주로 구성되어 있지만, 그 종류와 양적인 비는 산출 지역에 따라 다르고, 심도에 따라서도 달라진다. 이에 따라 물리-화학적특성이 달라짐은 물론이다. 황토는 제대로 활용하기 위해서는 황토의 법정광물 지정과 매장량 조사, 광물학적 특성조사, 물리-화학적 특성조사와 같은 기본적인 연구를 철저히 한후, 이용 산업분야와 연계적인 연구를 통하여 활용을 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

5대 전략적 DB구축 분야의 디지털화 대상 정보는 약 3,000만건으로 이를 디지털화하는 데는 약 1조원이 소요될 것으로 추정되고 있다. 향후 2010년까지 대상 정보를 지속적으로 전자화할 계획이나, 가응재원의 확보, 전자화 우선순의 등을 고려하여 단계별로 추진할 예정이다. 1단계 사업은 2002년까지 3,700억원의 예산으로 5대분야 대상정보의 40%정도를 전자화할 계획이다.

Generally the level of accumulating scheduling knowledge-base in Korean construction companies is in the scheduling knowledge-base infrastructure construction phase and Even in top 10 construction companies, the level is in early scheduling knowledge activity phase. The principle causes of this situation are unawareness of importance to scheduling knowledge and absence of procedure related to scheduling knowledge-base. This research analyzes the problems to accumulate scheduling knowledge-base in Korean construction companies and proposes a procedure model to accumulate scheduling knowledge-base property, which adds items of scheduling knowledge-base infrastructure and scheduling knowledge activity to the existing scheduling procedures of Korean construction companies. Using procedure model for accumulating scheduling knowledge-base, Korean construction companies can develop a new scheduling procedure and accumulate scheduling knowledge accordingly. If scheduling knowledge were accumulated property according to the procedure, a framework for knowledge management system could be provided.

지식 베이스는 대량의 인적 물적 자원을 투입하고 철저한 설계에 기반하여 구축하여야 하는 부담이 큰 자원이다. 그렇지만, 지식 베이스 없이 다양한 응용 분야와 서비스를 만족시키는 시스템을 구축할 수 없기 때문에 그 중요성을 인정하지 않을 수 없다. 기존의 지식베이스 구축에 있어서 간과했던 것들의 하나는 응용 분야와 서비스를 명확히 하고, 해당분야에 안는 지식 베이스를 선택해야 한다는 것이다. 어휘의미망을 포함하여 시소러스를 범용 또는 여러 분야에서 구축하고 있으나 이들이 어떤 서비스에 도움이 되는지를 확실히 분석하지 못함으로 인해 응용 시스템에서 제 기능을 다하지 못하고 있으며, 온톨로지 또한 근본적으로 분야와 활용 목적에 의존적이어서 이를 고려하여 설계를 하지만 시소러스나 용어 사전과 같은 기본적인 지식 베이스와의 연계를 통한 효율성 재고라는 측면에서 약점을 보여왔다. 본 연구에서는 사용자 질의와 실 데이터간의 어휘 불일치 해소를 위해 시소러스를 설계 구축하고 온톨로지의 사례화 결과인 인스턴스와 연동시킴으로써 연구자 간 협업 지원 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 기반 자원으로서의 지식 베이스 구축에 초점을 둔다.

This study investigated three pre-service teachers' mathematical problem solving among hand-in-write-ups and final projects for each subject. All participants' activities and computer explorations were observed and video taped. If it was possible, an open-ended individual interview was performed before, during, and after each exploration. The method of data collection was observation, interviewing, field notes, students' written assignments, computer works, and audio and videotapes of pre- service teachers' mathematical problem solving activities. At the beginning of the mathematical problem solving activities, all participants did not have strong procedural and conceptual knowledge of the graph, making a model by using data, and general concept of a sine function, but they built strong procedural and conceptual knowledge and connected them appropriately through mathematical problem solving activities by using the computer technology.

최근 자연어 및 정형언어 처리, 인공지능 알고리즘 등을 활용한 효율적인 의미 기반 지식모델의 생성과 분석 방법이 제시되고 있다. 이러한 의미 기반 지식모델은 효율적 의사결정트리(Decision Making Tree)와 특정 상황에 대한 체계적인 문제해결(Problem Solving) 경로 분석에 활용된다. 특히 다양한 복잡계 및 사회 연계망 분석에 있어 정적 지표 생성과 회귀 분석, 행위적 모델을 통한 추이분석, 거시예측을 지원하는 모의실험(Simulation) 모형의 기반이 된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 의미 기반 지식모델을 통합에 있어 텍스트 마이닝을 통해 도출된 토픽(Topic) 모델 간 통합 방법과 정형적 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이를 위해 먼저, 텍스트 마이닝을 통해 도출되는 키워드 맵을 동치적 지식맵으로 변환하고 이를 의미적 지식모델로 통합하는 방법을 설명한다. 또한 키워드 맵으로부터 유의미한 토픽 맵을 투영하는 방법과 의미적 동치 모델을 유도하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 통합된 의미 기반 지식모델은 토픽 간의 구조적 규칙과 정도 중심성, 근접 중심성, 매개 중심성 등 관계적 의미분석이 가능하며 대규모 비정형 문서의 의미 분석과 활용에 실질적인 기반 연구가 될 수 있다.

현대전에서는 첩보와 정보의 수집 및 분석 능력과 이를 이용한 효과적인 의사결정을 전쟁의 승패를 좌우할 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. 이를 위하여 첩보와 정보 수집 및 분석을 자동화하기 위한 전장정보분석 자동화에 관한 연구가 국방과학연구소 주관으로 실시되고 있다. 따라서 이와 연계된 의사결정 자동화에 관한 연구가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구에 부응할 수 있는 전장정보를 활용한 의사결정의 중요한 한 분야인 화력분야를 자동화하기 위한 전문가시스템 지식베이스의 분석 및 설계에 관한 연구이다. 화력분야 의사결정은 아군의 가용 화력자산을 효과적으로 운용하는 화력분배가 중심이 되며 이 업무는 화력분배에 전문적인 지식을 가진 장교에 의해 실시된다. 이러한 화력분배 자동화를 위하여 본 논문에서는 화력분배와 관련된 현행 업무 관련 지식을 획득 및 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 규칙집합을 추출하였으며 규칙 집합들간의 상호관계, 입력요소, 출력결과 등을 식별하였다. 또한 규칙집합별로 세부적인 규칙을 도출하였고 객체지향기법을 이용한 클래스, 객체, 속성들을 식별하여 에디터를 이용해 지식베이스를 구축할 수 있도록 설계를 완료하였다.
