The purpose of this research is to survey elementary pre-service teachers' in understand the legal Units, focusing on seven basic unit such a 'm', 'm2', 'L', 'kg', 'K', 'cd', 's'. This study specifically investigates whether the students understand the legal units. The subjects were 1096 students from the University of Education in Jinju, Gyeongnam. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was designed by this research and checked by authority, and the frequency and percentage of responses to each question were obtained and analysed. The survey was the legal units on interesting, using the experience of confusing and understanding of elementary pre-service teachers. The Korea Government is regulating using traditional measures such as 'pyeong' or 'don' in commercial transactions change to adopt the metric system for as a subsidiary the first of July, 2007. The interesting of the legal units dose not exceed a positive answer to the question 52.1%. Their were answered that the experience of the confused of 60.1% in the life. How to do efforts for the settle down of the legal units that answered broadcasting>in class>a campaign>study and training by an academic year in oder. Findings show regardless of academic year, gender and from the department of liberal arts or the science department all the students knew very well that 'm' '$m^2$', 'L', 'kg' are included in the legal units, compared to the others low percentage of 'K', 'cd' and 's' the legal units. In case of time(s), women has correct answered 2.7 times than man. In case of academic year, except for the third-year students was not to exceed 50%. In case of from the department of liberal arts or the science department contrary to one's expectations increase of 50% or more correct answer while half the students scored in science. The elementary pre-service teachers are seems to thinking separate the legal units with their in university life. Also elementary pre-service teachers are the lack of interest on society. Their should be for settle down of the legal units through learning to class in university, newspapers, strengthen publicity activities of broadcast media's further more by maintenance efforts of the government.

임시지식을 표현하고 추론하는 것은 인공지능 분야에서 중요한 문제로 되어왔다. 그런데 우리는 또한 일상생활에서 불확실성을 지니고 있는 임시지식을 자주 대하게 된다. 최근에 Dubois와 Prade는 시간의 기본단위로 시간점을, Dutta는 구간을 사용하여 이를 표현하였다. 본 논문에서 우리는 구간을 시간의 기본단위로 하면서 그 구간들이 점들과 같은 순서구조를 갖는 특성을 가진 새로운 표현모델을 제안한다. 그리고 간단한 추론규칙들을 제시하며 발생시기가 불확실한 사건들사이의 임시관계를 표현하되 convex한 사건과 non-convex한 사건을 나누어 설명한다.

국내에서는 한국어 생성에 있어서 기계 번역에 기반한 자연스러운 한국어 문장(sentence)의 생성에 관한 연구가 주로 이루어졌었다. 반면에 다양한 지식원으로부터 여러 문장이 긴밀히 결합되어 하나의 텍스트를 생성하는 텍스트 생성에 관한 연구는 거의 이루어지지 않았었다. 문장 단위의 기계 번역에서의 한국어 생성과는 또 다른 다양한 논점을 가지고있는 텍스트 생성에 관해, 본 논문에서는 테이터베이스를 지식원으로 하여 하나의 일관된 정보를 전달하는 단락 단위의 자연스러운 한국어 텍스트를 생성하는 시스템을 제안한다.

현재 우리나라는 지식정보인프라 관련 정책, 제도, 계획 등을 종합조정하고 체계적으로 연계, 지원할 수 있는 국가단위의 조정체계가 확립되어 있지 못하다. 또한 관련 기관간의 정책협의, 조정을 위한 기능이 매우 미약하다. 또한 새롭게 변화하는 지식정보유통의 패러다임의 변화에 대한 공공부문의 대응이 선진국에 비해 매우 뒤처지고 있다. 이러한 점에서 지식정보인프라의 구축을 선도하기 위한 관련 선행연구 및 방법론 개발과 이를 통한 개념정립과 전략개발이 매우 시급하다고 하겠다.

본 연구는 대학도서관 사서가 지각하는 근거기반실무 지식의 정도와 영향요인을 식별하고자 하는 연구이다. 근거기반실무 지식에 유의한 차이가 나타난 변인은 연령, 교육 정도, 고용 유형, 직위, 학술지 읽기, 학술대회 참여이었다. 근거기반실무 지식에 영향을 미치는 요인은 교육 정도, 학술지 읽기로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학도서관 사서의 근거기반실무 지식은 대학도서관과 사서직의 지속적 발전과 혁신의 촉진 요인이기 때문에 근거기반실무 역량을 향상시킬 수 있도록 연구 관련 활동을 지원하는 조직단위, 도서관계, 학계 차원의 지원과 정책이 필요하다.

Research and Development projects sponsored by the government are one of the main production sectors of academic and research information in domestic area. The access control and information service of R&D outcomes should be considered as a critical factor of nation-wide knowledge-based IS management. This study focused on the practical utilities of three IPR legislations of the government projects and analyzed if they are good enough to support the information service in recent digital network environment. Some suggestions in different perspectives were provided for the improvement of the existed IPR legislation.

The purpose of this study is to investigate children's informal knowledge of the fractional multiplication and to develop a teaching material connecting the informal and the formal knowledge. Six lessons of the pre-teaching material are developed based on literature reviews and administered to the 7 students of the 4th grade in an elementary school. It is shown in these teaching experiments that children's informal knowledge of the fractional multiplication are the direct modeling of using diagram, mathematical thought by informal language, and the representation with operational expression. Further, teaching and learning methods of formalizing children's informal knowledge are obtained as follows. First, the informal knowledge of the repeated sum of the same numbers might be used in (fractional number)$\times$((natural number) and the repeated sum could be expressed simply as in the multiplication of the natural numbers. Second, the semantic meaning of multiplication operator should be understood in (natural number)$\times$((fractional number). Third, the repartitioned units by multiplier have to be recognized as a new units in (unit fractional number)$\times$((unit fractional number). Fourth, the partitioned units should be reconceptualized and the case of disjoint between the denominator in multiplier and the numerator in multiplicand have to be formalized first in (proper fractional number)$\times$(proper fractional number). The above teaching and learning methods are melted in the teaching meterial which is made with corrections and revisions of the pre-teaching meterial.

SGML/XML 기반 문서 정보 시스템의 문서 포맷은 인간이 비교적 쉽게 이해할 수 있으며 기존의 문서 정보 시스템에서는 접근 불가한 레벨까지 인간이 접근할 수 있는 통로를 제공한다. 또한, 문서처리 관점에서 보면 기존의 각 CAL/EC관련 응용 프로그램에서 생성된 데이터는 문서 또는 파일 단위의 접근으로 업무레벨에 도움을 주는 것이 제한적인 것에 반해 SGML/XML 기반 문서정보 시스템은 DTD(Document Type Definition)에서 설계된 엘리먼트, 속성, 엔티티 등의 단위까지 접근할 수 있는 Mechanism으로 기존의 문서 정보 시스템과 차별화 되는 지식 매체로서 지식기반 시스템의 하부 프레임워크를 제공한다. SGML/XML 기반 문서 정보 시스템의 요소로서 SGML/XML 문서 정보 검색 시스템은 표현된 계층적 논리정보를 이용하여 다양한 문서 접근점을 제공할 수 있으며, 사용자 요구에 적합한 문서의 재사용 및 동적인 문서제시를 가능하게 한다. 또한, SGML/XML 문서 정보 관리 시스템은 공동 저작을 위한 세부 논리적 단위별 check-in/check-out, 액세스 제어, 버전닝 기능 등을 제공하여 기업 내 자산 관리를 위한 새로운 파라다임을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 구현 사례와 더불어 SGML/XML 기술이 CALS/EC 추진에 주는 영향과 향후 바람직한 CALS/EC 또는 가상기업(Virtual Enterprise)구축을 위한 기술적 방향에 대해 논한다.

의미적 정보까지 학생 모델에게 학습시키기 위한 지식 증류 기법은 많이 논의되어 왔다. 그러나 학생 모델의 용량이 교사 모델의 용량에 비해 부족함에서 발생하는 의미적 정보 손실에 대한 논의는 아직 진행되지 않았다. 본 논문에서는 의미적 정보의 최소 단위를 교사 모델의 레이어로 설정하여 학생 모델이 지식 증류를 시작하기 전 최적의 지식 증류 대상을 설정하는 최적 은닉층 선정 알고리즘을 제시한다.

우리가 살아가는 21 세기는 산업화시대와는 달리 급격한 경영환경의 변화 기술융합을 통한 끊임없는 신기술의 등장, 가치사슬의 변화, 프로세스(process)의 통합과 자동화로 인한 가격 등이 파괴되면서 생존을 위한 치열한 경쟁의 시대로 접어들고 있다. 이러한 사회환경의 변화에 따라 지식의 창출 못지 않게 지석의 보호도 중요하게 되었다. 그러나 공공기관의 지식은 체계적인 관리 체계가 이루어지지 않아 담당자의 인사.이동 혹은 퇴직 등으로 인하여 축적된 업무지식이 개인과 함께 그 조직에서 사라져 지식경쟁력이 약화되는 현상을 초래하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 단위업무시스템을 통합하여 새롭게 구축된 지식관리시스템을 조기에 정착시키고 이를 활용하여 무형자산의 가치를 극대화하기 위한 방안으로 $2002.12.01{\sim}2003.05.31$ 까지 6 개월 동안 지식관리시스템에 등록된 지식을 분석하여 지식경영을 활성화할 수 있는 방안과 미래사회의 핵심이 될 지석근로자를 양성할 수 있는 방안으로 자신의 능력을 극대화할 수 있는 3 가지 원리와 5 차원 전면교육학습법에 대하여 제시하였다.
