5G 이동통신 비젼 및 추진 전략

  • 2020년대에는, 7조개의 스마트 디바이스의 급증, 70억의 인구, 새로운 고품질 매체에 대한 요구가 급증하면서, 새로운 이동통신 환경 및 비즈니스 모델의 변화에 대한 선제대응이 필요하고, 현재 셀률라의 1000배의 용량, 사용자당 Gbps 서비스, 그리고 사용자당 1000분의 1의 에너지효율을 높이면서도, 사용자와 인터액션과 감성을 만족시키는 서비스에 대한 선도적인 연구개발이 필요하다. 이를 통해서, 현재 이동 통신 사업자들의 투자 대비 수익 감소에 따른 불합리한 투자 및 수익 구조를 개선할 수 있을 것으로 예상한다. 이러한 기술을 바탕으로 5G 이동통신 네트워크는 Early Adpater 시장뿐 아니라, 보편적 모바일 핵심 인프라기반으로 미래의 사회 문제를 해결하고 지식의 양극화를 적은 비용으로 해소할 수 있어야 하며, 또한 창조지식 국가 실현을 위한 성장엔진으로, 새로운 혁신 산업 및 지식산업의 생태계를 창조함으로서, 산업 육성 패러다임의 역할을 할 수 있어야 한다. 본 고에서는 이동통신 환경 및 서비스 변화를 예측하면서, 5G 이동통신에서 실현해야 할 이동통신 기술의 비젼과 그 추진 전략에 대해서 살펴보고자 한다. 그 구체적인 추진 전략으로서 국가 정책 및 연구 개발 활성화 방안을 수립하고, 그 실행을 위한 민관 연합의 협력 기구인 5G 포럼의 구성과 역할에 대해서 살펴본다.

Factors for the Adoption of Smartphone-based Mobile Banking : On User's Technology Readiness and Expertise (스마트폰 기반 모바일뱅킹 채택에 영향을 미치는 요인 : 기술준비도와 전문지식을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting an individual's acceptance of mobile banking, which is a typical example of smartphone based self-service. We derive three personal traits(positive technology readiness, negative technology readiness and individual's expertise) as antecedent variables that affect intention to use mobile banking from previous studies, and adopt a technology readiness and acceptance model(TRAM) to investigate factors that determine an individual's intention to use mobile banking. TRAM, which integrates technology readiness index(TRI) into the technology acceptance model (TAM) in the context of consumer adoption of e-service systems, is adopted to examine personal traits influencing on the factors forming the attitude of mobile banking. The new findings of this study are as follows. First, individual's expertise and positive technology readiness(ptr) have significant effect on both perceived usefulness and perceived easy of use. However, negative technology readiness(ntr) has significant effect on only perceived easy of use.

  • This study aims to analyze an evolutionary path and the dynamics of the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex in Korea based on the analysis of cluster life cycles. From the mid 1960s to the late 1990s, the life cycles and their characteristics of the Seoul Digital Industrial Complex (Guro Industrial Park) are examined as emergence-growth-sustainment-decline focused on the number of firms and employees. After the late 1990s, the number of firms and employees increases rapidly and the active actors of the growth and restructuring are transformed to the technology-intensive SMEs and knowledge-based service firms. Knowledge industry centers (apartment-type factories) help evolve into the life cycle of transformation as knowledge-based clusters after the mid 2000s.

  • This research does focus on supporting all of formal, or informal learning at real time. From industry or education field, learning training is according to worker's current situation or business context. And according to worker's current situation, or business flow, 3D immersion knowledge visualization is effective in the individual ability and the learning progress For this, workers listen to compound knowledge coaching advices at real time. Therefore we developed the realistic 3D based knowledge retrieval method to identify and retrieve multidimensional relation easily.

  • 의료 분야의 정보화 움직임으로 인해 단순한 정보 저장과 검색 시스템에서 벗어나 지능화된 서비스를 제공 해주는 시멘틱 웹 기반의 의료 시스템이 요구되고 있다. 이에 한의학 분야도 한의사의 진단을 보조할 수 있는 지식 기반 시스템에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있으며 관련 시스템들이 개발되어지고 있다. 온톨로지는 시멘틱 웹의 핵심적인 지식 체계로 지식의 처리와 추론이 가능하므로 질의 및 논리 추론을 통하여 진단을 내리는 한의학 지식 데이터베이스 구축에 적합하다. 본 연구에서는 한의학 분야의 지식을 보다 의미적이고 체계적으로 표현하고 온톨로지를 이용한 검색 결과의 이점을 보여주기 위해 추론 기술을 접목시켜 한의학 온톨로지를 개발하였다.

A Productivity Analysis of Service Sector of the Southeast Region of Korea (한국 동남권 지역의 서비스산업 생산성 분석)

  • This study analyzed the inter-regional productivity performance of Southeast region of Korea, namely, Busan, Daegu, Ulsan, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeongnam for 16 service sectors, which are categorized by two groups, knowledge based service (5 sectors) and non-knowledge based one (11 sectors) for the period of 1997-2004. This study applied the method of Malmquist productivity change index(MPI) to the estimation of spatial productivity. According to the estimation results, firstly, the MPI of service sector has been deteriorated by annually 0.1% on average. However, when we divided the period into 1997-2000 and 2001-2004, the productivity performances of the second period was better than that of the first period, which are the same trend in knowledge based and non-knowledge based service sectors. Secondly, comparing productivity performances by region and sector during the whole period, Daegu has seven sectors which are relatively comparative advantage. and Ulsan and Busan have six and five sectors, respectively, which are relatively comparative advantage.

  • Information on and knowledge of science and technology in the knowledge-based society can be a valuable natural resource and a source of competitive advantage for a country. In addition, in conducting research and developing technologies, information on and knowledge of science and technology is becoming increasingly important and customer's needs are becoming more diverse. This study thus aims to propose appropriate strategies for effectively coping with needs of those customers who use such knowledge and information by actively reflecting a broad diversity of customer' needs and comments. Using such strategies, we developed a standardized and integrated helpdesk system to enhance the quality of customer support and other services, customer monitoring service, and customer satisfaction.
