The Conceptual Management Framework for Sustainable Fisheries Development (지속적 어업발전을 위한 자원관리 개념의 틀)

  • 최근에 지속적 발전(sustainable development)은 환경정책 분석뿐만 아니라 현대 환경, 생태 경제학에 있어서 중요한 개념이 되어왔으며, 이 개념은 어업에 있어서 특히 중요한 국제적 이슈(issue)가 되고 있다. 어업은 갱생자연 자원에 입각한 산업으로서 지속적 발전의 길로 가야만 한다. 이것은 1982년 UN해양법 협약(UNCLOS), 1995년 UN경계왕래성 어족과 고도회유성 어족에 관한 집행협약 (UNIA), FAO의 책임있는 어업(the Code of Conduct fer Responsible Fisheries)을 위 한 국제규범과 일련의 기술지침서에서 구체적으로 표현함으로써 국제적 합의가 이루어 지게 되었다. 지속적 발전의 개념에 대한 심층적인 이해는 어업 관리자가 어업정책의 수립과 평가에 대한 새로운 요소와 기준을 설정함에 있어서 중요한 의미를 부여한다. 이것은 특히, 어업관리자(정부와 단체 그리고 어업자)가 어업관리 목표 어종 및 비관리목표 어종과 어종의 생태, 그리고 환경을 포함한 어업 자원의 직접 사용 가치와 비사용 가치(즉, 내재 가치 )등에 관련된 제문제를 다루는 것을 그 내용으로 한다. 따라서, 이 논문은 국제사회에서 지속적 발전과 관련된 지식의 현 주소와 어업관리에 있어서 갖는 함축적 의미와 주로 관계된다. 이 논문은 지속적 발진에 대한 개념의 기원과 형성과정, 개념 구조를 상세히 고찰함으로써 어업의 지속적 발전을 위한 어업관리정책 수립을 위한 방향설정에 기여하게 될 것이다. 또 이 논문에서는 지속적 발전의 개념하에서 어업의 지속성과 지속적 발전이 어업관리에 어떠한 의미를 갖는지 고찰한다. 그 하나로 이 논문에서는 FAO에서 최근에 제시한 해양어업의 지속적 발전지표를 어떻게 설정하는지에 대한 가이드라인을 분석 고찰 하였다. 이 FAO의 지속적발전지표는 지속적 발전의 평가체계의 구성요소와 어업에 대한 지속적 평가체계[sustainable development reference system(SDRS)]를 수립하는데 있어서 필요한 관련 절차에 관해 특별한 의미를 부여해 줄 것으로 생각한다. 마지막으로 본 논문에서 는 SDRS가 지역어업 협력체계 구축에 있어 서 어떠한 역할을 할 것인가를 강조함으로써 결론을 내리고 있다.

  • 본 연구는 효율적인 공급사슬관리(SCM)을 위한 전략 정보시스템 구축에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 효율적 공급사슬관리를 위한 전략정보시스템 구축에 영향을 주는 요인들을 파워 프로세스의 관점에서 파악하고 이를 실증 연구를 통해 보다 효율적인 전략정보시스템으로서의 SCM 전략의 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 공급사슬관리의 효율적 운영에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 영향요인들에 관한 기존 연구와 함께 파워 프로세스의 요소와의 연계를 통해 전략정보시스템으로서의 SCM 전략 유형을 제시하고 이의 특징을 연구의 범위로 설정하고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적과 연구범위를 위해, 먼저 선행 연구된 파워 프로세스의 권력 주체가 권력요소, 가치 욕구, 환경, 관계성이라는 기본적인 다섯가지 권력 결정변수들간의 동적 상호작용을 통해 새로운 가치를 창출하는 과정을 살펴보며, 이러한 파워프로세스에 의한 전략이 권력 결정변수에 대한 가중치에 의해 전략의 유형이 결정되며, 이 유형에 따르는 전략 효과는 그 가중치와 결정 변수들간의 상호작용에 크게 의존되고 있음을 밝혀내고자 한다. 또한, 공급기업과 공급받는 기업들간의 이러한 관계는 기업이 사용하고 있는 전략적 정보시스템(SIS)으로서의 SCM 전략 유형과 일반적으로 높은 상호작용을 하고 있는 것으로 판단되어지며, 더욱이 기업의 정보가치에 대한 높은 인식으로 인한 디지털 경제하에서의 상호간 전략적 형성을 위해서는 더욱 파워프로세스적 관점하에서 SCM 전략 유형과 전략적 정보시스템간의 통합적으로 고찰함으로써 그 유용성을 살펴볼 수 있고 그러한 결과는 기업성과에 밀접한 영향을 주고 있음을 본 논문에서 밝히고 있다.더십을 행사할 때 이러한 리더십은 경영성과에 긍정적인 결과를 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로, 리더십 성과 향상을 위한 지식경영정보시스템은 파워결정요소적 측면에서 고려되어야 할 것이다. 모델과 독립성 모델에서는 시스템 등급에 영향을 준다. 향후에는 더욱 더 다양한 상호의존 모델들이 정량화될 필요성이 있다고 본다. 진행하였다. 줄여서 보다 더 정확하고, 지능적인 규칙구성요소 추출 방법론을 제시하고 구현하여 지식관리자의 규칙습득에 대한 부담을 줄여 주고자 한다. 도움을 받을 수 있게 되었다.을 거치도록 되어있다. 교통주제도는 국가의 교통정책결정과 관련분야의 기초자료로서 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 특히 ITS 노드/링크 기본지도로 활용되는 등 교통 분야의 중요한 지리정보로서 구축되고 있다..20{\pm}0.37L$, 72시간에 $1.33{\pm}0.33L$로 유의한 차이를 보였으므로(F=6.153, P=0.004), 술 후 폐환기능 회복에 효과가 있다. 4) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 노력성 폐활량은 수술 후 72시간에서 실험군이 $1.90{\pm}0.61L$, 대조군이 $1.51{\pm}0.38L$로 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=2.620, P=0.013). 5) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 일초 노력성 호기량은 수술 후 24시간에서 $1.33{\pm}0.56L,\;1.00{\ge}0.28L$로 유의한 차이를 보였고(t=2.530, P=0.017), 술 후 72시간에서 $1.72{\pm}0.65L,\;1.33{\pm}0.3L$로 유의한

  • The purpose of this study is to present a framework for sales activities necessary for the successful sales development in the sales process of value-based selling and to explore individual sales activities for successful value-based selling. When we understand value-based selling as a procedural progression in the sales process, integrate it into the sales activity framework, and segment your sales activities to identify the key activity elements for successful execution, the intrinsic effect of value-based selling can be achieved. Sales activities related to the success of value-based selling are reflected in the sales activity framework based on the sales process through literature studies and application cases in actual sales field, and detailed elements of individual sales activities for successful deployment are identified through case studies. Through literature research and sales practice in actual field, 13 sales activities are presented in the five-stage sales process, and 42 detailed sales activities for successful value-based selling through case studies are identified in an improved sales activity framework. Through this study, the sales activity framework provides a role in evaluating whether the sales function of value-based selling is being performed as a correct activity in the sales process, and whether sales opportunities with specific customers can continue value-based selling activities. The sales activity framework serves as a guide for successful value-based selling.

  • The current study investigated the position of future strategy analyzed from the perspective of design management in relation to 10 strategic industries implemented through 3 steps based on promising growth and advancement of Busan industries and evidence provided from a study on the development program of design industry in Busan. It elucidated the role of design industry as a key role from the perspective of design management in an age of creative revolution of futures values. It analyzed the associations between composition of future strategy and design industry in 10 strategic industries of Busan, and explained the relationships with the strategic industries. The perspective of design management involves that design as a ground of values is an industry of the future values, which performs a key strategic function and role, and a theoretical investigation examined the relationships between main functions of design management and business management. Chapter 3 organized items proposed in the design development program in Busan and examined goals and systems which become basic formation of establishment of design strategy in Busan and conditions for design industry in the associations with strategic industry. Chapter 4 described priorities of practicability by step through analyzing and grouping top 30 projects in Busan industry including meanings as key strategy, position relations, and policy priorities by analyzing elements of design management of strategic industry and describing and analyzing the concept of promoting Busan design. The theme of the present study is to change perception of design management as a key value and a condition to decide creativity industry into future industry and to evaluate vision of Busan design industry and meanings proposed as proceeding strategy. The early 21st century is an age when agrarian society has changed into industrial society is dominated by knowledge economy of the information revolution and one should prepare for the growth phase of creative innovation based on creative revolution of the 4th wave of creative society by design management which has become a center in 2000s on the whole. With the advent of creative paradigm and based on the function and role of the current creative economy age new innovation DNA of design management will be created. Design process has changed through information and knowledge-oriented trends of digital through convergence between industries from industrial design to convergence of industries, and it is expected that integrated design of value creation using information and technology will play a key role in Busan design industry development and top 10 strategic industries.

  • Companies strive to have the ability to flexibly respond to environmental changes in modern society with its rapidly changing business environment. That is, companies try to achieve the corporate performance by using a variety of strategies since companies that don't go along with changes in industry are likely to fall behind. Also, the corporate performance is a key element in national competitiveness, and government is willing to support companies to maximize their performance in various ways. This study examines whether there is a difference between corporate strategies and government policies according to the retention and the type of certification of innovation. The company's strategy configuration effort is largely divided into exploration and exploitation of external knowledge, while the government's policy is divided into direct support, indirect support, and financial support. The corporate performance is analyzed using technological performance; innovative perspective and the sales; and the actual corporate performance as proxy variables. As a result, the variable affecting the performance differs according to the retention of certification of innovation. The variable affecting the corporate performance differs according to the type of certification of innovation as well. Therefore, it was found that companies can achieve the corporate performance by considering the situation at hand and the differentiated action strategies depending on the type of certification of innovation.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine attitude of cultural events that affect participation satisfaction and loyalty of cultural events. Although cultural events are increasingly important with its positive impact on event participants, the existing literature on cultural event is sparse. This study, thus, investigates moderating effects of cultural events' involvement in a relationship between attitude of cultural event and participations' satisfaction and loyalty to understand the thoughts and attitude of participants. The survey was undertaken of participants to cultural events in Seoul, resulting in 513 valid responses. Through statistical analyses of factor analysis, multiple regression and hierarchical regression, four different factors of cultural event attitude were identified and those factors affect participation satisfaction and loyalty of cultural events. The results of this study provided support that there were moderated effects of cultural event involvement in the relationships between cultural event attitude and satisfaction and loyalty. More theoretical and practical implication were discussed in the conclusion.

  • This study focuses on consumers' perceptions of virtual influencers, which many companies recently used for marketing. This study uses the Q methodology to derive what kind of perception consumers have about virtual influencers who work with various appearances, background stories, and worldviews as components. In addition, we want to see how the expected value of virtual influencers differs by age group. To this end, 34 statements were produced through preliminary interviews and literature reviews. This study showed that some consumers preferred appearances similar to humans, despite recognizing that virtual influencers are fictional characters. Some other consumers preferred to feel like a fictional character by maintaining virtuality, confirming that there are both opposite consumers. In addition, consumers expect virtual influencers to have consistency and expertise in the content field covered, and some consumers do not prefer to show an overly commercial appearance. This study will likely provide implications for companies that want to utilize virtual influencers in considering which ones to use for target customers in marketing activities.

  • Invention Teacher Education(ITE) is composed of Invention Contents Standards(ICS) and Invention Education Standards(IES). The purpose of this study is to developing ICS of ITE. To achieve the goal, we used the methods of research; analyzing advanced research, content analysis, development, survey, verify the validity. The research results of this study is summarized as follows. ICS is composed of 10 large areas; the concept and characteristic of invention, invention and society, invetion in living, creativity development, invention and design, invention and solving problem, convergence of knowledge and invention, invention project, intellectual properties and patent application, invention and management of technology. 10 large areas has 20 core contents and 90 subordinate elements. ICS will be based on the academic of developing programming besides it will be reference of standards in the case of progressing invention education.

  • Korea needs to create, diffuse, and exploit scientific and technological knowledge effectively through transforming its national innovation system from imitative system to creative one. For this purpose, it is necessary for Korea to nurture creative human capital (CHC), which are the main actor of generating S&T and innovation. This paper aims at discussing the strategies of nurturing creative human capital of government-sponsored research institutes (GRIs). In this paper, we argue that the management of creative human capital is particularly important for Korean GRIs because they deals directly with scientific and technological activities. For effective management of GRIs' creative human capital, we suggest a Model for Life Cycle Management of Creative Human Capital. This model is composed of four stages: inviting well-qualified researchers, strengthening mobility of researchers, providing special certificates to excellent researchers, and effectively exploiting retired researchers. We emphasize that each stage should form and reinforce a virtuous cycle. This paper argues that GRIs' creative human capital should be nurtured as 'Inverse T-Type Manpower', who have not only deep knowledge on their own special S&T areas but also broad knowledge on related areas, based on this Life Cycle Management Model.
