A Study on the analyzed information service for knowledge management in a company (지업체 지식경영을 위한 분석정보 서비스에 관한 연구)

  • In ths study, I proposed the need for strengthening the information analysis function of research library whch is in charge of knowledge control in a company based on knowledge management. In the operating steps of information management for a company, 1 studed about providmg analyzed dormation at the level of a professional in various forms through intranet within a company after processing and analyzing the collected raw lnformation to make customized lnformation according to the need of each group, rather than passively providing information as required by users. By establishmg the senior decision-making person within the company as the core user in contrast with information s e ~ c e spr ovided in large libraries, ths will give us a new position as lnformation manager, who can accomplish tlie corporate goal. Also, I proposed the details for becoming a pioneer in knowledge management system.

  • The primary purposes of this study are to introduce knowledge management as a new paradigm and understand the knowledge management system that assists a company and its organization on the whole in adopting knowledge management. In order to do that, the studies associated with knowledge management are analyzed. Then, the concept of knowledge and knowledge management are examined. In addition. knowledge management process. tools, resources and services are explored as key components in designing a system. This study can be utilized as a basic material when knowledge management programs are designed.

  • This study examinined the casual relationship between consulting service characteristics and management performance based on absorption capacity and innovative willingness in order to find out the factors of effective consulting In an age of infinite competition. 131 questionnaires were used to test 8 hypotheses using SPSS 22.0 and SmartPLS(3.3.2). Results are as follows: expertise and consultant knowledge among consulting service characteristics had a significant positive impact on management performance through the company's absorption capacity and innovative willingness. However, the consultant's attitude had no significant effect. This study suggests the necessary of factors that can enhance the consulting effectiveness. We would like to consider and analyze the psychological variables that can enhance the various attributes and management performance of consulting in future research.

  • 기업 간 공동의사결정은 기업의 업무 효율성 향상을 통하여 기업의 성과에 영향을 미친다. 두 기업이 상호 목표를 동시에 이루기 위해서는 협력적 공동의사결정이 매우 중요한 역할을 한다. 따라서 협력적 의사결정의 선행요인과 결과요인을 파악하고 실증적 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 PLS 통계적 방법을 이용하여 제시된 가설을 검증하였으며, 그 결과 상대기업의 지식창조 능력, 기입간 프로세스 모듈화, 기업간 신뢰가 기업간 협력적 의사결정에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 결과적으로 업무성과와 기업성과를 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

Sources of Pioneering Advantage in High-tech Industries: The Mediating Role of Knowledge Management Competence (하이테크산업에서 선두이점의 원천에 관한 연구: 지식경영역량의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • Decision effectiveness depends on type of knowledge within team members generated by decision making process. Thus, organization in accordance with teams' experience and capability ultimately achieve their desired outcome. However, previous research has not addressed a mediating role between different knowledge type in decision making and product competitive advantages(pioneering advantage and product quality superiority). Based on the knowledge-based view, we model how different knowledge characteristics in decision making affect to acquire each of knowledge in decision making effectively and then to apply acquired knowledge in decision making. Anchored in a source-position-performance (SPP) framework (Day and Wensley's, 1988), we shed light on the effects of three knowledge characteristics dimensions in decision making process on knowledge management competences in decision making for a new product project. We also examine the relationship between two dimensions of NPD knowledge management competences, and product competitive advantages which consist of market pioneering advantage and product quality superiority. To test the relationships, the empirical analyses are conducted using a sample of team managers who participated in NPD projects. This study suggest that managers should increase their acquirability and applicability of knowledge by integrating complexity of diverse and new knowledge, developing codifiability of well-documented knowledge, and creating the sharing common knowledge among NPD team members. Thus, they are able to outrun major competitors in terms of pioneering advantage and product quality superiority perspective.

  • This paper introduces the concept of knowledge management(KM) and current KM trend(such as community-of-practice, knowledge ecology, and social network analysis) with some successful KM practices, and discusses a chance to apply KM to defense organizations. Although defense organizations have several unique characteristics which differ from other private organizations such as critical security issues, implementing KM initiatives for them seems essential. Implications and future research directions are also discussed.

The Impact of Technology Innovation Competence of Fourth Industrial Revolution Corporations on management Performance (4차 산업혁명기업의 기술혁신역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • This study empirically examined how the technology innovation competence of the 4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises affects management performance. It also analyzed whether there would be any difference in business performance between the 4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises and the non-4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises. The samples for analysis were analyzed using in-situ data of 2,543 enterprises classified as technical innovation enterprises and the 4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises through Korea Technology Finance Corporation's in-house technical evaluation. Variables for technology innovation competence were analyzed using variables such as the size of manpower of research and development, the level of research and development organizations, the number of intellectual property rights, the ratio of intangible assets, the amount of knowledge properties, the amount of research and development investment, and the intensiveness degree of research and development. In terms of the impact of the 4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises' technology innovation competence on business performance, all factors except for the level of research and development organizations were found to affect business performance, which supported the study hypothesis. In particular, it was confirmed that the amount of knowledge properties has had a relatively greater impact on business performance. In addition, the average comparative analysis between the 4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises and the non-4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises confirmed that the 4th Industrial Revolution Enterprises conducted higher values in the business performance.

  • 지식경영은 기업의 지속적 경쟁력을 제공하는 중요한 경영기법으로 인식되고 있다. 그러나 많은 기업에서 know-how 지식이나 know-where 지식을 축적하여 놓고 관련 평가체계를 잘 정립하면 향후 사용될 것이라는 전제하에 지식관리를 하고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 논문은 지식관리를 조직업무형태에 따른 체인, 허브, 웹 유형으로 구분, 관리함이 효과적일 것이라는 가설을 기존 논문을 근거로 도출하였다. 이 중에서 가장 관리하기가 어렵다고 판단된 웹 혹은 네트워크 유형의 지식관리를 체계적으로 하기 위해서는 네트워크의 구조 자체에 대한 분석이 클러스터링 계수와 네트워크를 확장하는 역할을 담당할 수 있는 구성원에 대하여 이루어져야함을 e-Business 모델을 이용하여 제시하였다. 이러한 네트워크의 선행분석은 기존의 지식관리방법론을 보다 적극적인 관점에서 계획 및 통제할 수 있는 수단을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
