Ship s Maneuvering and Winch Control System with Voice Instruction Based Learning (음성지시에 의한 선박 조종 및 윈치 제어 시스템)

  • In this paper, we propose system that apply VIBL method to add speech recognition to LIBL method based on human s studying method to use natural language to steering system of ship, MERCS and winch appliances and use VIBL method to alternate process that linguistic instruction such as officer s steering instruction is achieved via ableman and control steering gear, MERCS and winch appliances. By specific method of study, ableman s suitable steering manufacturing model embodies intelligent steering gear controlling system that embody and language direction base studying method to present proper meaning element and evaluation rule to steering system of ship apply and respond more efficiently on voice instruction of commander using fuzzy inference rule. Also we embody system that recognize voice direction of commander and control MERCS and winch appliances. We embodied steering manufacturing model based on ableman s experience and presented rudder angle for intelligent steering system, compass bearing arrival time, evaluation rule to propose meaning element of stationary state and correct steerman manufacturing model rule using technique to recognize voice instruction of commander and change to text and fuzzy inference. Also we apply VIBL method to speech recognition ship control simulator and confirmed the effectiveness.

  • 본 논문에서는 신경망을 재귀적으로 사용하여 문장에서 지시 표현을 추출하고 분석하는 방법에 대해서 제안한다. 임의의 문장이 들어올 때, 문장을 구성하는 각 단어들은 통사론적 자질 벡터와 의미론적 자질 벡터로 나눌 수 있다. 이들 벡터들의 쌍을 인자로써 입력받는 신경망 구조를 제시할 수 있으며, 신경망의 출력 결과는 다시 재귀적으로 쌍인자 신경망에 입력으로써 주입된다. 신경망을 재귀적으로 학습시킴으로써, 문장 내의 지시 표현을 추출할 수 있다. 쌍인자 신경망 파싱 모델의 성능을 측정했고, 제안한 모델의 문제점과 가능성에 대해서 관찰하였다.

  • 이 연구에서는 민간부문에서 선행되어진 조직학습에 관한 연구들을 고찰하여 경찰공무원의 조직학습에 대한 전략모형을 정립하고 그 실천적 과제를 도출하고자 하였다. 조직학습은 개인이나 조직 내 특정집단이 자신이나 다른 조직으로부터 지식창출, 지식공유, 지식저장, 지시 폐기하는 순환과정을 통해서 일어난다고 하였다. 특히 경찰조직에서의 조직학습은 외부 환경변화에 대한 변동대응능력 확보와 경찰조직의 내적인 성장발전능력을 재고시킬 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

  • VTS operators instruct ships to wait for entry and departure to sail in one-way to prevent ship collision accidents in ports with narrow routes. Currently, the instructions are not based on scientific and statistical data. As a result, there is a significant deviation depending on the individual capability of the VTS operators. Accordingly, this study built a 1d-convolutional neural network model by collecting ship and weather data to predict the exact travel time for ship entry/departure waiting for instructions in the port. It was confirmed that the proposed model was improved by more than 4.5% compared to other ensemble machine learning models. Through this study, it is possible to predict the time required to enter and depart a vessel in various situations, so it is expected that the VTS operators will help provide accurate information to the vessel and determine the waiting order.

  • This study aims to analyze through the integrated textbooks whether writing tasks are designed to be successful in cultivating students' writing abilities in the general-purpose Korean language education. First, we established the concept and the components of the writing task based on the definitions mentioned in previous research. The analysis of the types of writing tasks revealed "free writing" and "imitation and writing" to be the most frequent types of writing tasks in both textbooks. The textbooks have only twenty-one subjects in common. And most instructions provide only themes and genres, excluding the purpose, form, quantity, and time necessary for the article or for comprehending the instructions. In these tasks, the reading passages are most often explanatory text. The scoring criteria and time were not provided for the evaluation criteria and other factors. Therefore it became necessary to express the components of the writing task as explicitly and concretely as possible to improve learners' performances.

  • 보병이 레이저로 표적을 지시하고 원격사격통제체계가 타격하는 방식의 유무인 복합체계에서 전자광학 추적장비를 통한 표적지시용 레이저 검출은 필수적이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 영상기반 코릴레이션 필터를 통해 적외선 레이저를 기존의 색상기반, 기계학습 등의 기법보다 효과적으로 검출하는 방법을 구현하였다. 또한 실험을 통해 주간에는 직사광선 노이즈를 효과적으로 제거하고 200mw 출력의 적외선 레이저를 10-20m 거리에서 검출, 노이즈가 없는 야간에는 100m 이상의 거리에서 안정적으로 검출하는 것을 확인하였다. 이를 통하여 원격사격통제체계의 전자광학 추적장비를 통한 표적지시 레이저 검출 및 추적 구현의 기반을 마련하였다.

A Statistical Word Sense Disambiguation Using Combinations of Syntactic Indicators (구문 지시자를 통합한 통계적 어의애매성 해결)

  • In this paper, we present a simple statistical method for performing word sense disambiguation(WSD), specially for Korean transitive verbs, based on a supervised learning algorithm. This approach combines a set of indicators based on syntactic relations between surrounding words and an ambiguous verb. Experiments with 10 Korean verbs show that accuracy performance of our WSD method using indicators based on syntactic relations is 27% higher than the baseline performance. Moreover, our method using weighting mechanism based on each indicator type is 12% higher than a method which uses only an unordered set of surrounding words in the context.

  • 콘텐츠 큐레이션 서비스를 위해서 대용량 데이터를 학습하는 과정에서 발생하는 메모리부족 문제, 학습소요시간 문제 등을 해결하기 위한 "대용량 문서학습을 위한 동적학습 파이프라인 생성기술 중 빅데이터 마이닝을 위한 점진적 학습 모델" 기술이 필요하며, 본 논문에서 제안한 콘텐츠 큐레이션 서비스는 온라인상의 수많은 콘텐츠들 중 개인의 주관이나 관점에 따라 관련 콘텐츠들을 수집, 정리하고 편집하여 이용자와 관련이 있거나 좋아할 만한 콘텐츠를 제공하는 서비스이다. 큐레이션 서비스에서는 개인비서, 금융 분야의 투자, 자율주행, 저널리즘, 효율적인 업무 지시/감독, 제조업의 자동화 공정, 교육, 콘텐츠 유통, 학술정보 등에서 컴퓨터가 방대한 양의 데이터로 부터 학습하여 사람의 일을 대신 처리하거나 의사결정에 도움을 줌으로써 업무의 효율을 높여주는 서비스 산업에 활용이 가능하다.
