The Role of Internet Self-efficacy in Internet Shopping (인터넷 쇼핑에서 인터넷 자기효능감의 역할)

  • This study suggested the internet self-efficacy construct for explaining consumer's searching information capability. It proposed that consumers who have a high internet self-efficacy feel confident they can search much information which they want to find. And it suggested if consumers have a high internet self-efficacy, they will perceive risk less and will experience flow when they use internet shopping mall also. To examine that effect of internet self-efficacy on flow, perceived risk, attitude, and purchase intention, It suggested hypotheses from the basis of prior studies. All of hypotheses were supported and the findings can be summarized as follows. First, internet self-efficacy had a positive effect on flow and a negative effect on perceived risk. Second, flow had a positive effect on attitude and perceived risk had a negative effect on attitude. Attitude had a positive effect on purchase intention also. In view of the result of analysis, between flow and purchase intention are mediated by and between perceived risk and purchase intention are mediated by attitude also. Finally, perceived risk didn't have an effect on flow.

  • Because the increased number of Internet users and the common use of IT technology via the expansion of domestic IT infrastructure have increased the web site use of companies, Internet users have begun to experience a range of online websites. In a digital environment, entrepreneurial companies who have limited resources will require effective management by analyzing the critical factors of the website quality assessment and focusing their resources to seize the market because the website quality built in the company directly affects the satisfaction and purchase activity of the customers. In this study, a total of 523 surveys from the customers visiting online websites of the entrepreneurial companies were collected to analyze the factors between the influencing factors and satisfaction and purchase intention using the ServQual method in the AMOS 18.0 program. This analysis showed that the customers visiting the website are satisfied with the factors of tangibility, reliability and responsiveness of visited websites, and the factor of community, which indicates that the level of customer activity in the web sites is related significantly to the customers' purchase intentions.

The Impact of Social Network characteristics on the intention to reuse SNS: With a focus on mediating effects of TikTok users' participation and attachment

  • With the consumption of smart phone content increasing rapidly, the short clip market in China is rapidly growing. TikTok, a short clip platform, has achieved great business success. However, there is not much research done on TikTok platform from the customers' perspective. To this end, this study aimed to verify the relationship between the social network characteristics on the TikTok platform, attachment toward the TikTok platform, user participation, social identity, psychological distance and reuse intention through an empirical investigation. In August 2021, a survey was conducted on consumers on the subject of TikTok platform in China. The results of the study are as follows. First, the social network characteristics significantly affected the user participation and the attachment. Second, both the attachment and the user participation had a significant impact on reuse intention. Third, user participation had a significant impact on attachment. Fourth, social identity played a significant moderating role in the relationship between social network characteristics and user participation. Fifth, Psychological distance played a significant moderating role in the relationship between social network characteristics and attachment. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical and practical implications for research on TikTok platform.

The Evaluation of Web Site Service Quality for Transportation Information (교통정보 웹사이트의 서비스 품질 평가)

  • The continuing growth of transportation and communication has resulted in the spread of transportation information interlocked with the Internet. General users are actively seeking web-based transportation information and are trying to apply it into their lives. Now the implementation of user-centered transportation information services are becoming the essential activity for pertinent companies or public institutions. In this paper the author tried to measure the quality of web sites featuring transportation information using the robust measurement tool called WebQual. In addition, the author investigated the relationship between the components of WebQual (usability, information quality, and interactivity) and satisfaction/intention to revisit. According to the results, WebQual had the effectiveness of confirming the service quality for the web sites of transportation information. Also the components of WebQual had positive influences on satisfaction and intention to revisit.

Roles of Trust in Technology Acceptance of Augmented Reality (증강현실(AR) 기술 수용에 있어서 신뢰성의 역할)

  • Various studies have been conducted on factors influencing the adoption of new technologies. In particular, the factors influencing customers' acceptance of new technologies that emerged along with the arrival of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Theoretical models are mainly based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) or Extended Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology : UTAUT2). However, there are no trust variables in these models. In this study, we added trust variable and tested augmented reality(AR). Three types - trust as an independent variable, as a mediating variable, and as a moderating variable - were analyzed statistically. As a result, trust was most explanatory when viewed as a mediating variable between independent variables and intention to use. In theory, it has been shown that trust acts as a mediating effect. In practice, trust is most important in accepting new technologies, so it is important to prioritize trust.

  • Looking at the existing game-related research, innumerable researches such as game acceptance, user satisfaction, continuance intention, wold-of-mouse intention have been carried out. However, there was no cases that applying the concept of service recovery in game researches. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact on the characteristic of the mobile social network game that based on domestic mobile social network game platform which focusing on KakaoTalk games on the service recovery. In addition, the study analyzed the characteristic factors of mobile social network game on the basis of Organizational Equity Theory and Innovation Diffusion Theory to identified the causal relationship between those factors and service recovery. As a result, except the independent variable-compatibility, all of the characteristics factors of mobile social network game showed direct or indirect effects on service recovery. The results of this study are expected as a reference for presenting a new business model, reducing risk factors and enriching the related research of the gaming industry.

A Vector Tagging Method for Representing Multi-dimensional Index (다차원 인덱스를 위한 벡터형 태깅 연구)

  • A Internet user can easily access to the target information by web searching using some key-words or categories in the present Internet environment. When some meta-data which represent attributes of several data structures well are used, then more accurate result which is matched with the intention of users can be provided. This study proposes a multiple dimensional vector tagging method for the small web user group who interest in maintaining and sharing the bookmark for common interesting topics. The proposed method uses vector tag method for increasing the effect of categorization, management, and retrieval of target information. The vector tag composes with two or more components of the user defined priority. The basic vector space is created time of information and reference value. The calculated vector value shows the usability of information and became the metric of ranking. The ranking accuracy of the proposed method compares with that of a simply link structure, The proposed method shows better results for corresponding the intention of users.

인적판매원을 활용한 구매시점고광고 연구: 정보전달형태에 따른 효과 분석

  • 이 연구의 목적은 소비자의 구매의도를 자극하고, 판매를 촉진시켜주는 구매시점광고(POP Ad: Point Of Purchase Advertising)의 소매판매 유통점 활용영역에서 정보전달형태 변화에 따른 광고효과 차이가 있는지를 연구하는데 있다. 연구의 배경과 방법은 통상의 구매시점광고가 정보전달 방법에 있어서 소비자 구매활동 장소 내 외에서 단순 비치, 설치된 상태로서 기능과 역할을 수행하고 있음을 착안, 광고소구형태를 시각, 청각 그리고 인적판매원이 관여된 혼합(시각, 청각)형으로 분류하여 정보를 전달 한 후 소비자의 태도 및 매출 비교를 위해 실증적 실험을 했다. 본 연구의 핵심 가설은 '인적판매원이 개입된 혼합형(시각, 청각) 구매시점광고가 소비자 태도(신뢰도/호감도/구매의도) 및 매출( + / -)영향도가 더욱 높게 나타날 것이다'이다. 이는 소비자에게 시각, 청각이 동시에 전달되는 혼합소구유형은 정보전달력이 우수하고, 광고 효과성이 높을 것이다를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 본격 연구 전에 실시한 1차 사전적 실증 실험결과 소비자가 지각하는 관점에 따라 시각형(광고의 정보내용을 인쇄물로 제공), 청각형(광고의 정보내용을 소리전달형태로 제공), 시각, 청각 혼합형(인적판매원이 시각형 정보를 활용 광고내용을 직접 전달)분류한 3가지 유형간 정보전달 효과의 차이는 없는 것으로 나왔다. 하지만, 본 연구는 생계형 소매유통 창업현장에서 활동하고 있는 소상공인들이 구매시점광고를 광고의 활용측면에서 능동형 마케팅 활동 도구로 사용할 수 있는지에 대한 실증적 사례 분석을 했다는 것에 의의를 두고자 한다. 업종별 차이는 있지만 대부분의 소상공인들의 마케팅 환경은 열악하다. 마케팅 전담 인력의 부재, 마케팅 지식의 부족, 전방위적 마케팅 전개 시간의 한계 등으로 인해 체계적으로 마케팅활동을 펼 칠 수 없는게 현실이다. 이에 현장 활용성이 높은 효율적이고 효과적인 구매시점광고의 광고정보전달 연구 및 개발이 요구된다고 보며, 이에 관한 지속적인 후행적 연구와 노력이 필요하다고 사료된다.

A method to maintain templates in open source-based authoring tool for e-learning assessment items (오픈 소스 기반의 이러닝 평가문항 저작 도구를 위한 템플릿 유지 기법)

  • Existing tools using in the standard e-learning contents authoring were used a method to provide users contents template produced in advance. In order to use resources of the template in a common web-based authoring tool, there is problem to overcome. If the resource of template is inserted within the contents on the authoring tool, the deformation of the template by the user's input that may occur during the edit process cannot be controlled. In this paper, we propose an effective maintenance method to prevent deformation of the resource of template inserted into any WYSIWYG-based HTML authoring tool by user's discretion. We added a template plug-in that can create the IMS-QTI standard resource in tynyMCE the web-based open source editor of representative examples. And the plug-in for tinyMCE was realized as a module of directly respond to the action of limited user input. So, in response to the action of user's input, the structure of the template can be sustained possibly.

기술혁신이 디지털 헬스케어 수용성에 미치는 영향 연구: 확장된 통합기술수용모델 기반 스마트워치 혁신기술 매개효과 중심

  • 근래 지구온난화에 따른 자연재해의 증가와 장기 코로나19의 전염으로 사회적 비대면 필요성이 증대되면서 온라인을 통한 건강관리 및 의료 진단·처방 등 디지털 헬스케어의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 디지털 헬스케어로 기존 병원 진료의 온라인 원격 진료/처방이 지속 증가하고 있을 뿐만 아니라 관련 빅데이터를 모아 개인 건강과 질병 상태 정보를 취합하여 건강 관리 및 치료를 하는 디지털 치료제 개발이 급속 진행되고 있으며 관련 벤처 창업도 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 디지털 헬스케어, 디지털 치료제 산업의 활성화는 각 개인의 신체 상태를 상시 측정하고 이 정보를 관련 시스템과 연동 할 수 있는 웨어러블 디바이스, 특히 스마트워치의 보급 증대에 힘입은 바가 크다. 본 연구에서는 스마트워치의 기술혁신이 디지털 헬스케어의 수용성에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 확장된 통합기술수용모델을 적용하여 분석하고, 혁신 사례로 스마트워치를 활용한 디지털 수면 치료제 벤처 개발 현황을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 디지털 헬스케어 스마트워치의 개인혁신성, 효용가치, 사용편의 등 ICT 변인들에 대한 기술발전의 매개 영향은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째 ICT 변인들과 기술발전 매개변수는 디지털 헬스케에 스마트워치 수용의도에 대부분 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 단 기술발전은 개인혁신성에는 크게 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 혁신기술의 디지털 헬스케어 스마트워치 수용의도 영향 평가 결과는 스마트워치 각종 서비스 상품기획과 마케팅에 유효하게 참조 할 수 있을 것으로 보이며 추후 세분화 연구를 통하여 더욱 소비자 특화된 제품과 서비스를 창출하는데 기여 할 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다.
