Recently, as construction projects are getting bigger and more complex, the number of participants has been tremendously increased. According to the current trend, the necessity of collaboration design management controlling communication and information exchange among many participants has came up. So this study considers the roles and tasks of each participant and informations that occur in each design stage, and looks into the present status of collaboration in design management of domestic design companies. Finally, the function of collaboration system is drove. It supports tasks of design participants, such as input design outcome, decision making among concerned people and solution of design change and interference.

This research strives to find the effective Local Currency Model that considered regional characteristics of Innovation city. Currently, the issuance of the domestic local currency has been increased due to COVID-19 Pandemic, yet most regions operate it in the same way without consideration of the characteristics and environment for each region, which leads to a lack of motivation for local communities to continue to participate. The regional characteristics of innovative cities were analyzed in order of policy characteristics of innovation cities, population growth issues, settlement and consumption environment. The new local currency model was proposed for innovation cities based on a private blockchain system with the participation of public institutions to solve and supplement regional issues.

This study verifies a simple research question such as how the core factors of social capital impact the citizen's participation in the regional festival and suggests some agenda related to this issues. The result of this study show the necessity of some effective policy to help regional festival operating more citizen-oriented way which could lead citizen more corporative to the festival. Also Strengthening regional social capital could be the core factor to establish sustainability of regional society. Well-established social capital make regional festival more successful and regional economy more affluence. So Local Government have to make her various efforts to establish and activate social capital in regional level.

This study investigated a systematic literature review on local and international literatures focusing on Participatory Action Research(PAR), Community Based Participatory Research(CBPR) in workplace and community. Eighty percent of the 10 studies reviewed included research involving health professionals, community networks, workers, and university researchers. Health promotion programs varied from health and safety awareness, smoking cessation, diabetes management, physical activity, self-efficacy enhancement, cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders and mental health. PAR, CBPR are required to participate actively in research through community collaboration to promote health. We can solve problems at the community level. And identified sustainable effects when developing and implementing a health promotion program. PAR and CBPR are expected to continuously pursue change by adjusting the scope of individuals, organizations, communities, and institutional dimensions. They are also expected to be implemented for workers in the various workplace.

The purpose of this study is to determine how the factors that form the spatiality of an idle space affect the behavioral intention of tourists, and to confirm the role of local participation between the spatiality-forming factors and behavioral intentions. For this purpose, data from travelers was gathered and the study model was put to the test. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that physical factors, behavioral factors, and psychological factors had a significant effect on the intention of tourists. In addition, it was confirmed that local participation partially plays a mediating role between the spatiality-forming factors and behavioral intentions. According to the results of the study, the necessity of local participation and the measures were discussed when using the idle space, and it was suggested that additional research needs to be carried out targeting various idle spaces.

This study was aimed at examining the effect of the intergenerational program on the attitudes and intimacy between the elderly and children. The pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design was used. The subjects were 232 old persons and 1,687 infants or children. The experimental programs was composed of 232 programmes focused on the education by the elderly and each program was implemented for three months and over. The results of this study showed that the attitude toward other generation of the elderly and children was changed significantly positive and the intimacy between two generations was increased significantly higher after participating in the experimental programmes. Based on the results, the various long-term intergenerational programmes need to be developed and implemented.

Social, economic and environmental problems caused by rapid urbanization have been recently overcome by various civic participation projects. Local governance and resident - led partnership through field - based cooperative operating systems from urban regeneration to village projects are considered success factors. Among these, the village greening project which directly affects the residents and requires spontaneity requires the role and cooperation of the various participating actors due to the sharing of public space and private space. Social capital plays a key role in the sustainability and participation of the above - mentioned business as a relational capital centered on trust and participation, network and norms. Therefore, empirical research is needed. In this study, basic research was carried out to build a formation model of social capital in participation - type greening project expanding urban green space system to living area. We analyzed the elements of participation, the components of business progress, and the factors of social capital formation through literature review and in - depth interviews with participating experts. The purpose of this study is to provide basic data of social capital formation model for analyzing sustainability and activation strategies in the future.

본 논문은 우리나라 청소년 인구의 장기적 경제활동참여율 변동추이와 고용(실업)구조에 있어서의 변화에 관한 연구이다. 청소년층의 경제활동참여와 취업은 학교교육의 이수, 군복무, 결혼·출산을 통한 자신의 가족형성 등 일련의 생애전이과정(life-course transitin)과의 긴밀한 연계속에서 이루어지며 따라서 집단적으로는 연령단계에 따라서 큰 변화를 보인다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 지난 20여년간(1980년대-1990대) 청소년층의 연령단계별 경제활동참여 및 취업률이 어떻게 변화해 왔는가를 살펴본다. 청소년기에는 학교에서 노동시장으로의 진입과정(school-to-work transition)을 포함하고 있기 때문에 청소년층의 경제활동참여율 및 취업률은 무엇보다 동 연령집단의 취학률 및 진학률의 변화와 직접적으로 연결되어 있다. 본 논문에서 제시되는 자료에 의하면 지난 20여년간 우리나라 청소년층의 고등학교 및 대학진학률은 지속적이고 급격하게 상승하고 있었던 것으로 나타나고 있으며, 따라서 이러한 변화가 그들의 경제활동참여율 및 고용구조에 있어서의 변화에 미친 영향을 경험적 자료를 통하여 살펴본다. 1980년대 초반이후 우리나라 학교교육체제에 있어서의 변화가 청소년층의 취업구조에 미친 가장 주요한 영향 중의 하나는 높은 대학진학률에 따른 청소년 노동력의 고학력화와 그에 따른 고(高)실업의 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 사회구조적 요인과 고실업을 낳는 노동시장에 있어서의 불평등한 기회구조에 관한 이론적 논의와 경험적 증거들을 제시한다.

경관특성평가(Landscape character assessment)는 지속가능한 경관생태학적 설계 및 계획을 찾는데 있어 점점 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다. 이 연구는 농촌경관(Rural landscape)평가방법의 잠재성에 초점을 두고 전문가에 의한 쉐필드 그린벨트의 경관가치 평가가 그린벨트 안이나 주변에 사는 거주자들의 의견을 반영했는지를 연구하였다. 쉐필드 그린벨트지역을 대상으로 경관특성평가를 하였고 설문지 조사 결과는 경관에 전문지식을 갖고 있는 전문가에 의한 평가와 일반인에 의한 평가결과를 서로 비교하는데 이용하였다. 결과를 통해 두 그룹사이의 유사점들과 차이점들을 판단할 수 있었고 경관생태학적 설계 및 계획을 위한 경관특성평가 과정에서 일반인의 참여의 가능성을 제시할 수 있었다. 앞으로 지속가능한 경관생태학적 설계 및 계획의 중요한 수단으로서 진보된 경관특성평가의 접근방법이 개발되어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

건설산업공생발전위원회가 지난해 10월 출범했다. 국토해양부장관을 필두로 주요 발주기관장과 종합 전문 설비협회 단체장, 민간전문가 등이 대거 참여한 위원회가 건설산업의 당면과제를 논의하기 시작한 것이다. 그동안 상생협력 및 동반성장을 지원하기 위한 제도 개선이 지속적으로 이뤄져 왔지만 이번 공생발전위원회는 건설산업 공통의 과제와 미래 발전방안을 민 관이 함께 모색한다는 점에서 향후 적지 않은 성과가 기대된다. 공생발전위는 크게 ${\bigtriangleup}$건설문화 개선 및 이미지 제고 ${\bigtriangleup}$건설산업 참여주체 간 공생발전 정착 ${\bigtriangleup}$건설산업의 경쟁력 제고 등 3가지 대주제를 제시해 놓고 있다. 이 위원회에 정해돈 대한설비건설협회 회장이 설비건설업계 대표로 참석하여 기계설비업계의 당면문제를 건의하고 있다. 이에 따라 지난해 12월 23일 열린 제3차 회의에서는 그동안 대한설비건설협회가 지속적으로 건의한 저가하도급 심사제도 개선, 하도급 계약 시 부당특약 근절방안, 산재은폐 제도개선 등의 논의가 본격화 되었다. 이처럼 설비건설업계는 공생위원회가 저가하도급 유도 및 불공정 하도급 관행 등을 개선해 줄 것으로 기대하고 있다. 즉, 하도급업계가 피부로 느낄 수 있는 진정한 공생발전이 이루어지기를 기대하고 있는 것이다.
