A Study on Job Satisfaction of Smart Work Worker and Smart Work Continued Usage (스마트워크 근로자들의 직무만족과 지속사용의도에 관한 연구 : 스마트워크 효과를 중심으로)

  • Development of smart devices and the network of the company change the way of working. 'Smart work' is a type of work method expected to handle business regardless of the time and space. Therefore, 'Smart Work' is being introduced and gradually expanded in variety of companies. However, despite this popularity its effect is under question. This article reports on the effect of 'Smart Work' through literature review and analyzed the relationship among the worker's job satisfaction, smart work continued usage. The results of this study are expected to help companies to establish strategies connected with 'Smart Work.'

  • Online community can be regarded as connection lines among those who have relationship in general. The number of web sites that host online communities has been increasing internationally as attention towards the communities is on the rise. This research is to refine online community concept systematically and to identify peculiarity of the community sites in order to analyze influence that immersion into and satisfactory upon sites have towards continuous usage.

The Research of Exploring Factors Impact on User's Continuance Usage of Chinese Short-clip Application: Based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and use of Technology (UTAUT) and Flow Theory (중국 쇼트 클립 어플리케이션 지속 이용의도 연구: 플로우 이론과 통합기술수용모형을 바탕으로)

  • This research explored how the various of factors including performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating conditions and some external factors consisting of critical mass, attention, perceived enjoyment, and time distortion had impacts on users' usage of short-clip application based on flow theory and the UTAUT model. The research employed SEM with 263 valid questionnaires. The results showed that social influence and satisfaction factors had positive impacts in sustainable usage of mobile short-clip application, while the other factors have no special effect on it. The results also indicated that time distortions had a negative effect in the intention of continuous usage. Furthermore, performance expectancy, perceived enjoyment, and time distortions had positive impacts in users' satisfaction. The beneficial effects of critical mass on social influence had been recognized through this study.

Empirical Study of the Influences of Motives for Using SNS on Relational Capital of SNS and Continuous Usage of SNS (SNS의 이용동기가 SNS의 사회적 자본과 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically address the influences of motives for using SNS on relational bridging and relational bonding in SNS and motives for continuous use SNS by applying the concepts of bonding and bridging, defined in the social capital theory, and major motives for using SNS are classified into three categories-social, information, and recreation categories - based on the previous studies and the usage and gratification theories. Through this study, it was revealed that motives of all these three categories-social, information, and recreation categories-have significant influences over relational bridging and relational bonding in SNS while relational bridging and relational bonding in SNS have significant influences over consistent motives for using SNS so the hypothesis of this study is accepted. It was also proven that motives of all these three categories - social, information, and recreation categories-for using SNS are important factors for creating new communities or expand relationships with other SNS users sharing similar interests. In addition, it was found that SNS users constantly use SNS to build relationships that could create a strong bond between individuals and receive emotional supports when necessary and to expand its own network by creating new relationships with other SNS users.

A Study on the Correlation between PUX Factors and Continuous Usage Intention -focus on Wireless Earphone- (제품 사용 경험 요소와 지속적 사용의도의 관련성 연구 -무선이어폰을 연구대상으로-)

  • In the era of 'Experience Economy' user experience has emerged as a core value of a product, affecting the sustainability of the product and the long-term market viability. However, studies on product user experience factors (PUX factors) that affect the sustainability of the product still limited. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the PUX factors and the continuance usage intention with wireless earphones, which is a wearable product that is widely used to enjoy music in everyday life. The study uses three types of wireless earphones as the target product to insight into the differentiation of this relationship represents in different types of product. The research process consisted of four steps: 1) "Investigation on the current status of wireless earphones market", 2) "User survey and derivation of PUX factors", 3 "Analyzing the relationship between PUX factors and continuance usage intention", 4) "Output of analysis results and direction of product experience design". Through this research process, it was found that the core PUX factors that influence product sustainability were different depending on the type of wireless earphone. According to the differentiation of the core PUX factors, a variety of design methods for improving product experience and product sustainability was presented.

The Effects of Attributes of Web Novel content on Users' Flow, Satisfaction, and continued Usage Intention (웹소설 이용자 속성이 몰입(Flow)과 만족도, 그리고 지속적 이용의도에 미치는 효과)

  • This study set out to examine the effects of usage characteristics of web novels, which have recently gained popularity in the Internet and mobile platforms, on the satisfaction and continued usage intention of users. For that purpose, the investigator conducted a survey with 333 web novel users. The survey results show that web novel users recorded a high level of flow when they had a challenging spirit and proficiency in the process of using the content. Their high level of flow in web novels had positive impacts on their satisfaction and continued usage intention for web novels. When they were highly satisfied with web novels, they intended to use the content continuously. Those findings indicate that web novel users should be encouraged to have a challenging spirit and proficiency in the content consumption process so that they can develop flow in the content. In addition, it is suggested that there should be efforts to increase their flow and satisfaction to promote their continued usage of web novels.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate factors influencing continuous usage intention of mobile learning and suggest practical strategies to enhance learners' continuous usage intention of mobile learning. In this study, we hypothesized that system quality, information quality, service quality and personal innovativeness have a positive effect on effort expectancy and performance expectancy, which ultimately have a positive effect on continuous usage intention. In order to examine structural relationship among variables, we surveyed 279 students who took courses at W Cyber University in 2013 fall semester. After collecting data, we examined causal relationship among variables using Structural Equation Modeling. The results of this study are as follows: First, system quality and personal innovativeness significantly affect effort expectancy. Second, information quality, service quality and personal innovativeness significantly affect performance expectancy. Last of all, effort expectancy and performance expectancy significantly affect continuous usage intention of mobile learning.

Effects of Uncertainty on Continuous Intention by Type of Subscription: The Mediating Role of Ease of Justification (구독서비스 가입형태에 따른 불확실성 지각이 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향: 정당화 용이성의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the effect of membership type for subscription service (individual subscription vs. group subscription) on continuous intention, and to verify the mediating effect of ease of justification and the moderated mediating effect of uncertainty. An experiment was conducted on 78 university students. As a result, consumers who use subscription services in group subscription showed higher intention to continue using the subscription service than consumers who use the subscription service in individual subscription. Also, the ease of justification mediates the effect on the intention to continue using. In addition, uncertainty was found to moderating effect of ease of justification on continuous use intention according to the type of subscription. This study understands the psychological mechanism of consumers according to the type of subscription service subscription and provides useful implications for companies that provide subscription services.

User Response to Mobile Payment System: Emotional, Cognitive, and Behavioral Approaches (모바일 간편결제시스템 사용의 감성적, 인지적, 행동적 반응 과정 연구)

  • In this study, the emotional reaction process and the cognitive reaction process were divided into the process of building trust in order to form a continuous use intention in the process of using the mobile simple payment system. We examined the process by which various external factors generate continuous use intentions, that is, behavioral responses through the process of each reaction. External factors were divided into social factors, systemic factors, and social factors. Among them, system factors were social norms and images, and systemic factors were simplicity and accessibility. And the social factors consisted of security and compatibility. And the emotional response was set as pleasure and emotional trust, the cognitive response was cognitive trust, and the final dependent variable was set as continuous use intention. A survey was conducted for model analysis, and the analysis results were derived using PLS.

Announcers' Job Satisfaction and Jon Continuity Intention (아나운서의 직업 만족도와 직업 지속의도)

  • The object of this study is to determine and prioritize the factors that affect job satisfaction and job continuity intention of an important media content provider group - TV/radio announcers. In this study, the determinant factors are classified as "internal" factors (i.e. career motivation and identity as a member of an organization) and "external" factors such as reputation and prestige. A survey was conducted among active announcers in Korea, and 106 responded. The data was processed by multiple regression analysis. The result showed that organizational identity affected the job satisfaction and job continuity intention most, and perceived external prestige affected least. In conclusion, announcer's job satisfaction and job continuity intention have more meaningful relationship with internal factors than with external factors.
