  • Game industry developed much from fast development of an information communication technology and an internet technology. Game industry is getting attention by high value-added industry in 21th century And genre of various game appeared. On-line game is taking charge of important role of latest IT industry Now, game software market for education is expanded, but a lot of side effects exist because of wrong game software. In this paper, we investigate existent researches about quality evaluation of on-line game's qualitative improvement. Also, we present improving quality evaluation constituent additionally.

  • Since the outbreak of Corona 19, Universities and Lifelong Education Center's arts and sports classes are mainly conducted online. Unfortunately, even in dance where practical practice through face-to-face classes is important, the satisfaction of students is falling because of the limitations of online education. Therefore, it is necessary to measure the quality of education service they feel. In addition, since their academic departure is increasing, we intend to comprehensively study user satisfaction, continuous use intention, and academic continuity intention related to online education. This study confirmed the causal relationship between these 4 variables through exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, model fit and validity verification, and path analysis. As a result of the study, 3 out of 6 hypotheses were adopted, and the of education service quality had a positive effect on satisfaction and use in online dance education. But there was also a limit that did not affect the intention to continue the study. In order to solve fundamental problems such as academic departure, follow-up studies taking into account more diverse social variables are needed.

  • In order to analyze the problems and improvement methods in the quality management of domestic apartment construction projects, this study derived the four barrier factors through relevant literature survey and interviews with construction practitioners. Among these four factors, which are 1) policies and regulations, 2) technologies, 3) human and organization, and 4) other miscellaneous aspects, the human and organization factor is the main focus of this survey and it was decomposed into perception, management system, education, and system on quality management according to the Taguchi's S/N theory to survey existing problems and suggest improvement methods for them. The survey on the quality perception showed that all the members need to cooperate actively, and CEO and chief construction managers should recognize the quality as the highest priority and act by themselves accordingly. The survey on the quality management showed that they need to reform their business process to reduce redundant tasks and miscommunications among participants. Quality education should be provided in a way that people at different management level can be educated differently with close relation to their practices. Quality systems should help corrective actions against quality problems at construction fields. Also with clear quality management implantation polices and objectives, the quality system should be established in order to support better communication among project stakeholders.

  • This study has explored the facilitating factors affecting the learning persistence of university students and divided Emergency Remote Teaching(ERT) into two types based on its policies. The conclusions are as follows: First, perceived usefulness was the facilitating factor affecting learning persistence in Synchronous ERT. Therefore, learning persistence would improve by establishing various strategies such as exploring appropriate teaching strategies and building a stable infrastructure. Second, it was perceived usefulness, social presence, and system quality that were the facilitating factors affecting learning persistence in Asynchronous ERT. Thus, learning persistence would increase accompanied by immediate feedback, more active interaction, and so on.

  • Recently, as the one way of open Innovation management, Not a company's sole activity, but technology development and infrastructure buildup between companies for the synergistic effect of technological innovation, and technology transfer commercialization is needed. For a successful technology commercialization, it needs many experts like technology transfer agents, A technology transfer agent can be qualified with finishing its registration education course over 40 hours on the basis of the article 14 of law on the Promotion of Technology Transfer and the article 21 of the enforcement. After the 2010 revision of notice, the incorporated company, the Korea Technology Transfer agents has conducted the registration education. Until now, educations were conducted twice in January 2011 and November 2011. Accordingly, this study is necessary to improve the education service's quality and seek remedy through the in-depth evaluation of the present basic education service's quality. The results are as in the following. First, the service quality affect the satisfaction of the education service's quality positively. It is identified that the details of service quality of flexibility, reliability, responsiveness, conviction, and sympathy influence the education service satisfaction positively. Second, the education service satisfaction affects the attitude positively after completing the course. Third, service quality affects the attitude after completing the education course, Also it is identified that the details of service quality of flexibility, reliability, responsiveness, conviction, and sympathy influence the attitude after education completion. It is expected that this research may be used as the basic information for establishing education improvements and be helpful in establishing the technology transfer agents' registration education strategy. Through a continuous research, it is also expected that technology transfer markets are accelerated and qualified technology transfer agents are trained.

  • To produce quality software products, engineers must feel personally responsible for the qualify of products. Superior products are not produced by mistake; engineers must strive to do quality work. Every engineer is different and has own process improvement method. To be most effective, engineers must plan their work and they must base their plans on their own personal data. To consistently improve their performance, engineers must personally use well-defined and measured processes. The Personal Software Process(PSP) is a self-improvement process designed to help software engineers control, manage, and improve the way they work. It is a structured framework of forms, guidelines, and procedures for developing software. Properly used, the PSP provides the historical data you need to better make and meet commitments and it makes the routine elements of your job more predictable and more efficient. Then, PSP is the very useful tool to train the students in Programming Language Course.   • 근골격계 질환은 다른 질병과는 달리 직업적 특성 때문에 발생하는 질환자수가 많고 집단적으로 발생한다. 질환들의 예방활동은 단순하게 접근하거나 또는 1회 적인 예방활동으로는 원천적인 예방이 어려우므로 품질관리 시스템과 환경경영시스템을 참고하여 지속적인 관리와 더불어 조직적인 관리가 이루어 져야 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 사업장의 인간공학 관리시스템을 12가지 기본요소(방침 및 리더십, 조직, 계획, 책임, 평가 예방과 관리, 교육과 훈련, 의사소통, 규칙 및 절차, 내부 검사와 감사, 사고/질병 조사, 문서와 기록관리, 프로그램 평가)로 세분화하여 시행하였다. 이를 이용하여 pallet 적재방법, key hole 가공작업방법, 기판 수삽입 작업대 등을 개선한 사례를 제시하였다.

At the same time, the concerns of Construction Management for achieving the goal of quality, cost & air are getting higher. Therefore it is demanded technology to conduct the CM works continuously in the Industrial world and be in process of education to train specialists. Studies are also been doing for it. But infrastructure circumstances are insufficiency comparing with the interests of construction industry. It is needed the scheme of education system to improve the above mentioned problem and to raise education quality standards. Consequently, the study is for E-learning education system. Because this system can help to save cost and to overcome the limits of time and spaces for existing off-line education. The study will present e-learning system architecture model to activate Construction Management education considering the distinctive features of CM.

  • The purpose of this research is to identify the service quality of The Independence Hall of Korea, and to investigate what factors of service quality influence to the customer satisfaction and the customer revisit intention As a result of the study, service quality for The Independence Hall of Korea was proposed to be four factors of tangibility, responsiveness, assurance, empathy. It turns out that if the service quality of responsiveness and empathy provided by The Independence Hall of Korea improves, the customers' satisfaction would be increased, and If the customers are satisfied with the service, visitors' intention to revisit would be influenced. The result of the research suggests that the Korea Independence Hall should manage and control these service quality factors to improve customer satisfaction and revisit intention.

  • Today the beauty industry has reached a point of saturation, and competition has become fiercer than ever. Furthermore, customer needs and expectations have become increasingly sophisticated and diversified. In particular, it has become more difficult for small beauty salons to maintain customer loyalty by staying competitive and satisfying customer needs and demand. In fact, beauty salon customers want to get individualized services as well as a wide variety of hairstyles. Therefore, this study attempted to analyze the sustainability management of beauty salons. It looked at how an increase in sales and in customer loyalty can be achieved by enhancing awareness of the fact that small beauty salons' competitiveness stems from strenuous efforts for the best customer service, individualized hairstyling services, professional skills and customer trust. The study results found that beauty salons need to keep promoting development and improvement for the following: advanced skills, excellent services, reasonable price, convenient locations, advertisement and PR, development of an exclusive manual, intensive staff training and character education plan, complaint management and follow-up and decrease in customer migration.
