LANDFORM 분류를 위한 수치기복모형의 적용 (The application of a digital relief model to landform classification)

  • In the last few years the automatic classification of morpholgical landforms using GSIS and DEM was investigated. Particular emphasis has been put on the morphological point attribute approaches and the extraction of drainage basin variables from digital elevation models. The automated derivation of landforms has become a neccessity for quantitative analysis in geomorphology. Furthermore, the application of GSIS technologies has become an important tool for data management and numerical data analysis for purpose of geomorphological mapping. A process developed by Dikau et al, which automates Hanmond's manual process, was applied to the pyoung chang of the kangwon. Although it produced a classification that has good resemblance to the landforms in the area, it had some problems. For example, it produced a progressive zonation when landform changes from plains to mountains, it does not distinguish open valleys from a plains mountain interface, and it was affected by micro relief. Although automating existing quantitative manual processes is an important step in the evolution automation, definition may need to be calibrated since the attributes are oftem measured differently. A new process is presented that partly solves these problems.

  • Carbon nitride films with ${\beta}-C_3N_4$ crystals were grown by rf reactive magnetron sputtering system with negative DC bias. Chamber baking system to supply whole chamber with activation energy was used to reduce the contamination of H and O atoms. XRD peaks showed the existence of crystalline ${\beta}-C_3N_4$(200) and lonsdaleite structures. FTIR spectroscopy studies revealed that the film contain ${\alpha}-C_3N_4$ and ${\beta}-C_3N_4$ with $1011\;cm^{-1},\;1257\;cm^{-1}\;and\;1529\;cm^{-1}$ peaks. We could also find the grain growth of hexagonal structure from SEM photograph, which is coincident with the theoretical carbon nitride unit cell. ${\alpha}$-step was used to make the thickness profile of the grown films.

다결정 실리콘 카바이드를 이용한 마이크로 유량센서 (Micro flow sensor using polycrystalline silicon carbide)

  • A thermal flow sensor has been fabricated and characterized, consisting of a center resistive heater surrounded by two upstream and one downstream temperature sensing resistors. The heater and temperature sensing resistors are fabricated from nitrogen-doped(n-type) polycrystalline silicon carbide(poly-SiC) deposited by LPCVD(low pressure chemical vapor deposition) on LPCVD silicon nitride films on a Si substrate. Cavities were etched into the Si substrate from the front side to create suspended silicon nitride membranes carrying the poly-SiC elements. One upstream sensor is located $50{\mu}m$ from the heater and has a sensitivity of $0.73{\Omega}$/sccm with ${\sim}15\;ms$ rise time in a dynamic range of 1000 sccm. N-type poly-SiC has a linear negative temperature coefficient and a TCR(temperature coefficient of resistance) of $-1.24{\times}10^{-3}/^{\circ}C$ from room temperature to $100^{\circ}C$.

  • Carbon nitride ($CN_X$) films were prepared by reactive RF magnetron sputtering system at various deposition conditions and the C-V characteristics of MIS(metal - insulator - semiconductor) capacitors that have the structures of Al/$CN_x$/p-Si/Al and Al/$CN_x$/$Si_3N_4$/p-Si/Al were investigated. The resistivity of carbon nitride was above $2.40{\times}10^8{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ at room temperature. The C-V plot showed a typical capacitance-voltage characteristics of semiconductor insulating layers, while it showed hysterisis due to interface charges. Amorphous carbon nitride (a-$CN_x$) films, that have relatively high resistivity and low dielectric constant could be useful as interlayer insulator materials of VLSI(very large-scale integration) and ULSI(ultra large-scale integration).

상속과세(相續課稅)의 현황(現況) 및 개선방향(改善方向)

  • 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 우리나라 상속과세(相續課稅)의 현황(現況)과 문제점(問題點)을 검토(檢討)하고 그 개선방향(改善方向)을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 상속과세(相續課稅)의 기능강화(機能强化)를 위해 무엇보다도 중요한 것은 관련제도의 정비(整備)를 통해 상속(相續) 및 증여재산포착율(贈與財産捕捉率)을 제고(提高)하고 재산평가(財産平價)의 공평성(公平性)을 확보(確保)하는 것이다. 이와 아울러 상속세(相續稅) 및 증여세(贈與稅)의 과세유형(課稅類型)을 취득과세형(取得課稅型)으로 통일하고 상속(相續) 증여(贈與) 및 증여누적합산기간(贈與累積合算期間)을 상당기간 연장하며, 둘째로 주택공급(住宅供給), 농지(農地) 초지(草地) 산림지공제(山林地控除), 기업상속공제(企業相續控除) 특정형태의 재산(財産)에 대한 공제는 폐지하고 각종 인적공제(人的控除)는 배우자공제(配偶者控除), 미성년자공제(未成年者控除), 장애자공제(障碍者控除)의 세가지로 가지수를 줄이며, 그 수준을 현실화하되 특히 배우자공제(配偶者控除)의 수준(水準)을 대폭(大幅) 확대(擴大)하며, 셋째로 전술한 부동산평가(不動産評價) 현실화(現實化), 합산기간(合算期間)의 장기화(長期化), 각종 공제(控除)의 발상(發上) 등으로 상속세(相續稅) 및 증여세(贈與稅) 과세재산(課稅財産)의 과표(課標)가 크게 확대됨에 따라 세율(稅率)의 과표별(課標別) 수준(水準) 및 누진정도(累進程度)를 하향조정(下向調整)하는 것이다.

도시 소녹지공간 어메니티 증진을 위한 교통소음 Masking Models 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of Masking Models for the Improvement of Amenity at Urban Small Green Spaces)

  • The primary objective of this research was to develop optimal models for masking the road traffic noise with the sound of a waterfall at urban small green spaces. Noise levels were measured at 8 roadside green spaces in SEOUL and questionnaires were randomly distributed to 40 users for evaluating the noise at each site at the same time. College students participated in the experiment for the development of masking models and the developed models were tested by users at 2 green spaces. The major results are as follows ; 1. Traffic noises ranged from 65dBto 70 dB. Users' satisfaction with the noise became considerably low on the basis of 60 dB and it was highly related to noise level. 2. Noise was a main factor to depreciate the amenity of green spaces where its level was more than 60 dB and so it neds to be excluded or reduced the traffic noise at the process of design. 3. Masking effects kept constant independent of the spatial location of masker on condition that masker levels were equal. It was effective when masker was 5-10dB greater than noise level which was masked. 4. As noise level went up, satisfaction ratings about the masked noise became low but masking effects increased in proportion to its level. 5. It was proved that the models were valid through the field experiment.

  • On-chip micro humidity sensor, using $CN_x$ films for the sensing material, was designed, simulated, and fabricated with Op amp based readout circuit and diode temperature sensors. To compensate the temperature and other gases, two methods were applied. One is wheatstone-bridge with reference FET that eliminates other undesirable chemical species, and the other is a diode temperature sensor to compensate the temperature effect. $CN_x$ film can be a new humidity sensing material, and has a strong potential to adapt to smart sensors or multi-sensors using MEMS or nano-technology. A particular design technology for integration of sensors and systems together was proposed that whole fabrication process could be achieved by a standard CMOS process.

  • 한국산(韓國産) 쪽버들의 정확한 실체를 파악하기 위하여 형태학적(形態學的), 화분학적(花粉學的)으로 재검토하였으며, 어떠한 일정한 지역에만 분포(分布)하고 있는 쪽버들의 격리분포(隔離分布) 특성에 대한 조사를 행하였다. 1. 쪽버들의 외부형태학적(外部形態學的)인 특성(特性)을 그림과 함께 명확히 하였다. 2. 쪽버들의 화분학적(花粉學的) 특성(特性)은 하나의 명확한 종(種)임을 입증하였다. 3. 쪽버들은 강원도(江原道) 설악산의 백담계곡 일부 지역과 한계령의 양쪽 계곡 지역에 격리분포(隔離分布)하고 있으며, 북한의 성북(成北) 경성군(鏡城郡)과 성남(成南) 신흥군(新興郡) 및 풍산군豊山郡)의 일부 고지대(高地帶)의 계곡 지역에만 분포하고 있다. 4. 쪽버들의 격리분포(隔離分布)에 영향을 미치는 환경인자(環境因子)로는 수환경(水環境)의 지배가 큰 것으로 추정되었다. 5. 쪽버들의 생태학적(生態學的), 분류학적(分類學的) 정보들은 사방수종(砂防樹種), 목재생산(木材生産), 귀지공간조성(歸地空間造成) 등과 같은 조림(造林)에 관한 실제적인 적용에 이용될 수 있다.

  • Objective : This article is based on a formula taken from Essential Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber(金匮要略). Shen Qi Pill(肾气丸) is generally used for such deficiency cases as: consumptive diseases, xiaoke(消渴) (waisting, thirst), beriberi, urinary problems during pregnancy, phlegm and so forth, and its main purpose is to treat Kidney Qi depletion, Qi transformation disorders, without obvious hot/cold appearance patterns. Method : Mainly through the literature study of related treatise on IInner Canon of the Yellow Emperor's internal classic(黃帝内经) and The Essential Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber. Result : According to the Yellow Emperor's internal classic, the Kidney has three main functions, storing essence, controlling the waters and holding Qi. Shen Qi Pill's(肾气丸) source formula is intended to supplement even though its constituent herbs aren't the warming type. To reinforce the Qi's transformation ability is considered to be a main function of the kidney organ, and in clinic, diagnosed kidney related problems and its treatment process are mainly associated with warming to help the Qi transforming. Conclusion : Thus recovering the kidneys Qi's transformation function is part of the process to eliminate diseases. Just cause the Kidney is deficient we shouldn't think immediately of using warming supplement herbs.
