Recent changes in corporate environment, both internal and external, have led to permanent restructuring, which has left baby boomers facing a serious threat to their jobs due to an unprepared involuntary retirement. In line with this period of time, resilience has become important in terms of overcoming the psychological hardships of retirement. In response, the study conducted a study on the effect of resilience on career path conversion among involuntary retirees of baby boomers. The effect on career conversion on the personal characteristics of baby-boomer retirees has been verified by significant differences in gender and job type. In addition, the results of verification of the effect of recovery elasticity on career path transition confirmed that recovery elasticity has a very significant effect on career path transition, and the positive effect of the positive factors among the lower factors was verified to have a very significant positive effect on situational perception, coping method and support, and it was confirmed that interpersonal ability also has an effect on positive effect. However, the ability to self-control did not have a significant effect. Thus, for baby boomers who have to prepare for career transformation after retirement, the resilience has been proven to be a very necessary ability to overcome their hardships and make successful adaptations, and it is expected that it will be very useful in the course of career transition counseling for baby boomers.

A technique was researched to detect bolt looseness using a transfer impedance technique (the dual piezoelectric material technique) for monitoring the structural health of a bolt joint. In order to use the single piezoelectric material technique, an expensive impedance analyzer should be used. However, in the transfer impedance technique, low-cost fault detection can be performed using a general function generator and a digital multimeter. A steel plate frame test specimen composed of bolt joints was fabricated, and the tightening torques of the bolts were loosened step by step. By using the transfer impedance method, the damage index was obtained. It was found that the presence of faults could be reasonably estimated using the damage index, which increased with the degree of bolt looseness. An experiment was performed on the same specimen using the single piezoelectric material technique, and the results showed a similar tendency. It could be possible to estimate the damage of a bolt joint at low cost by eliminating the expensive impedance analyzer. This method could be used effectively for structural health monitoring after carrying out a study to estimate the fault location and severity.

The fourth industrial revolution based on the intelligent revolution has revolutionized the society as a whole, and it has also affected the defense sector. Various aspects of the war have been changing with the development of technology. In particular, various strategies such as research and development of core technology related to defense unmanned system field and infrastructure are being established based on the fourth industrial revolution technology. In this paper, we have conducted a study to select the technology required for maritime unmanned systems, which can be considered as a priority consideration for the future development of the core technology to be secured prior to the development of the weapon system. First, the core technology prioritization model for the marine unmanned system was established, and the technology fields of the unmanned robot were reclassified and integrated in the related literature such as the classification of the defense technology standard. For the empirical analysis, a questionnaire survey was conducted for 12 specialists who are engaged in the planning of weapons systems, and the importance of technical fields that require development in the development of marine unmanned systems was analyzed. As a result, it was possible to identify the key technology areas that should be considered in selecting the key technologies proposed by the military groups, research institutes, and companies. This could contribute to the establishment of the technology roadmap to develop the marine unmanned system from the future point of view.

This study aimed to find out the morphological evolution process for future vision of world smart city. The contents and methods of study was divided and compared by 4 continents and Korea focused on the convergence numbers of ET and IT in smart city and did correlation analysis and analysis of convergence number in device/technology by periods. The analysis materials were 32 cases of smart city in whole world and times were 4 periods. The results of study were listed below. First, the smart city in period 1 was morphological evolutions preserved environment and kept natural form of existing city and filled up device/technology. Second, the smart city in period 2 was morphological evolutions through ET-centric development. Third, the smart city in period 3 was morphological evolutions through advancement of ET and device/technology related to production of energy. Forth, the smart city in period 4 was morphological evolutions fusing, dissipating and creating new ET and IT through the advancement process of all technologies. In conclusion, morphological evolution of smart city will change systematic city structure of convergence form, not each discriminating development between ET and IT, and the forming of smart city will be evolved by repetitive convergence process of technologies continually.

In this study, we deposited ITO thin films on buffer layer of $Nb_2O_5(8nm)/SiO_2(45nm)$ using DC magnetron sputtering method and investigated its electrical and optical properties with various DC powers(100~400 W). The surface of the ITO thin film was observed by AFM. All thin films had defected free surface such as pinholes and cracks. The thin film deposited at DC power of 200 W exhibited the smallest surface roughness of 1.431nm. As a result of electrical and optical measurements, the ITO thin film deposited at DC power of 200 W which showed the lowest resistivity of $3.03{\times}10^{-4}{\Omega}-cm$. The average transmittance in the visible light region(400 to 800 nm) and the transmittance at the wavelength of 550nm were found to be 85.8% and 87.1%, respectively. The chromaticity(b*) was also a relatively good value as 2.13. The figure of merit obtained from the sheet resistance of the ITO thin film, the average transmittance in the visible light region and the transmittance at the wavelength of 550nm were the best values of $2.50{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}^{-1}$ and $2.90{\times}10^{-3}{\Omega}^{-1}$ at a DC power of 200W, respectively.

This study analyzed the current use of science-related test tools in affective area in Korean academic journals for the last 30 years since 1989 and the cases of modification of the original tools related to the tools. This provides practical information on the development and improvement of test tools in the future and offers the basis for developing valid test tools. The study was conducted in two stages. We analyzed the status of 88 domestic science education researches dealing with testing tools related affective characteristics and 57 domestic and foreign resource tools referenced by them. After that, we compared the characteristics of the five cases in which the original tool was revised and the concrete item correction examples. The results were analyzed as follows: topics that have emerged continuously or that have recently begun to appear in domestic research, the research situations according to their purpose and measurement methods used by the tool, and use state of original tools. The background and key points of revision were analyzed for the five tools, TOSRA, SAI, PISA items, STEBI-A/B, SMQ, whose revision process were disclosed. In addition, the changes of the items were analyzed by comparing the four test items with the questions before and after the revision. As a result of item analysis, item improvement was proceeding in the direction of enhancing readability, clarifying meaning, and changing items according to change of sub constructs. The implications of this study are as follows: notes on interpreting the results obtained from the tool with multiple mixed constructs, the possibility of the testing tool that broadens the horizon of the research, error recognition in the subjective self-report, and notes when applying test tools from other disciplines to science.
The expansion of the performing arts market to include new genres of art that combine art and cutting-edge media technology has surpassed the limitations of traditional theatre art elements such as stage, costumes, lighting, sound, and props, allowing free expression of space-time and visual art. It is growing into a wide area with unlimited potential in the performing arts sector. In response to these changes and the demands of the time, there is an increasing demand for multi-talents who can plan and produce arts and technology-converged contents that will contribute to the development of the performing arts industry. As a result, university departments related to theatre art across the country feel that it is urgent to develop curricula that will enhance students' competency by incorporating the latest media technologies such as virtual reality, holography, and interactive motion sensors into the existing performance art visualization process. In this study, the author will examine the process of developing courses in technology-incorporated theatre art (design) through case studies of media technology-converged performances from the past 10 years. Based on the traditional concept of theatre art, the attempt to fuse stage art with media technology will be a cornerstone of attempts to foster a group of talented artists who transcend the limits of creative visual expression and creative value.
The Beer-Lambert law states that absorbance is proportional to the concentration of a solute in a solution at a given wavelength. This linearity works for an ideal or a 'sufficiently diluted' solution, so this linearity is often used as a criterion for the fidelity of the absorbance value measured. In this study, we used a chlorophyll (Chl) solution, isolated from rice leaves with 80% acetone to test the use of the Chl a/b ratio as an additional criterion for checking the fidelity of measured values using four different absorption spectrophotometers: Cary4E, UV-1650PC, Versamax (a microplate reader), and NanoDrop 1,000(which can handle a $4{\mu}l$ aliquot). We used Chl solutions of varying concentrations from $0.2{\mu}g/ml$ to $200{\mu}g/ml$ to measure absorbance values at 645 nm and 663 nm and checked the linearity first. The results indicated that the range of Chl concentrations that we can rely on based on the linearity was similar to the range in which the calculated Chl concentrations based on the measured absorbance values agreed with the known concentrations. However, some border cases or cases with very low Chl concentrations inside the fidelity range of Chl concentrations did not agree with the criterion that the Chl a/b ratio should not change after dilution of the Chl in the solution. These results suggest that the Chl a/b ratio is a better criterion for the reliability of the absorbance values measured for the determination of chlorophyll concentration than the criterion based on the linearity suggested by the Beer-Lambert law.
Advances in IoT data analysis technology have made it easier to analyze situation and provide interactive services based on the context. Most of digital signage application have been used to provide information uni-directionally, but in the future it will evolve to provide personalized content according to the individual user situation and responses. However, it is not easy to modify or apply the existing interactive digital signage platforms due to their hardware dependency. The proposed platform is modularized by dividing main functions into two, the cloud and the edge, so that advertisement resources can be easily generated and registered. Thus, interactive advertisement can be rendered in a timely manner based on sensor analysis results. At the edge, personal data can be processed to minimize privacy issues, and real-time IoT sensor data can be analyzed for quick response to the signage player. The cloud is easier to access and manage by multiple users than edge. Therefore, the signage content generation module improves accessibility and flexibility by handling advertisement contents in the cloud so that multiple users can work together on the cloud platform. The proposed platform was developed and simulated in two aspects. First is the provider who provides the signage service, and second is the viewer who uses the content of the signage. Simulation results show that the proposed platform enables providers to quickly construct interactive signage contents and responses appropriately to the context changes in real-time.

Background: The ginseng ginsenosides, which have various physiological activities, are known to be more abundant in the leaves than in the roots, and the consumers' interest in ginseng sprout as a functional vegetable has been increasing. Methods and Results: The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of growth period on growth properties, active ingredients and rheology of ginseng sprouts cultivated in a non-heated greenhouse equipped with a shade net for 60 days, starting from the end of May to the middle of July. The chlorophyll content of the leaves decreased, but their length and width increased with increasing cultivation days. In particular, growth increased significantly until 40 days, but only slightly after 50 days. The stem length did not increase greatly from the 20 th to the 30 th day of cultivation, but increased significantly from the 30 th to the 40 th day, and then further increased gradually. The weight of the leaves, stems, and roots increased slightly, but not change significantly. After 40 days of cultivation, the total ginsenoside content increased by 1.07 times in the leaves and decreased by 0.80 times in the roots with increasing cultivation days. The leaf contents of ginsenosides $Rg_1$, Re, $Rb_1$, Rc, $F_3$ and $F_4$ increased with increasing cultivation days. The rheological properties of ginseng sprout showed the greatest influence on stem hardening with increasing cultivation days. Conclusions: Therefore, based on the growth characteristics, active ingredients and physical properties, 40 days after sowing was considered to be an appropriate harvesting time for ginseng sprouts.
