GM대우차와 쌍용차에 관한 기술 유출 사고에서의 국가 경제적인 피해로 인하여 e-Discovery 제도 도입과 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 e-Discovery에 개념과 관련법안 및 권고안, 포렌식 수사절차에 대해 연구하고, 한국의 e-Discovery 사고 사례를 연구하고, e-Discovery가 도입되면 포렌식 자료를 위한 보안관제시스템에서의 인증과 암호화를 연구하였다. 보안관제시스템의 접근과 인증을 위한 사용자인증과 기기인증에 대한 기술과 암호화 기술을 연구하였다. 본 논문 연구를 통하여 e-Discovery 제도의 도입과 포렌식 기술 발전에 기초자료로 활용될 것이다.

There are many literatures about the herding behavior of institutional investors but there is lack of literatures about the relation among several investor groups consisting of institutional investors. So we investigate the relation among sub-institutional investor groups like bank, insurance companies, pension funds using KRX intraday trading data of 2009. As the result, we find that foreign, individual, and securities firm investors trade in the opposite direction of other investor groups including pension funds. And pension, insurance, asset management, private equity funds, other companies, government, and banks are cross-mimicking each other, so we conclude that these investors make herding behavior. In 2009 institutional investors except securities firms make herding in a short period, and insurance, asset management, pension funds and other companies make herding and self-mimicking in all period, but there is no herding and mimicking after foreign investors.

The synchronization feature on the smartphone by default (default) value is set. Smartphone synchronization has been set is stored that smartphone data is automatically backed up is stored When connected to a PC with a smartphone dedicated cable. The backup data is a common technique to analyze the content to be difficult to apply forensic techniques can find out information on criminal suspects. In this paper, the backup data is synchronized to the smartphone through forensic analysis is the study of forensic evidence. In a lab environment to send personal financial information on smartphone, smartphone is assumed that the experiment is compromised. Smartphone's backup data by using the forensic tools in crime associated with personal financial information and analyze data. And, to be adopted by the court will study the evidence leveraging forensic technology. Through this paper as a basis for smartphone forensic analysis will be utilized.

To understand seasonal changes it is necessary to understand the relationship between celestial bodies in a three-dimensional space, and to this end, modeling activities in which students directly construct, use, evaluate, and modify three-dimensional models are important. In this study, the process of elementary school students using globes and light bulbs to model Earth's motion in a three-dimensional space as a cause of seasonal changes was analyzed. Seventeen sixth graders participated in the modeling process. After exploring phenomena and concepts related to seasonal change, students constructed models using globes and bulbs and used them to explain seasonal changes. Video data recording students' modeling process, students' activity sheets, and transcripts of post-interview were used as research data, and data triangulation was conducted. The modeling level analysis framework was also developed based on previous studies. In particular, the framework was developed in detail in this study in consideration of the concept of Earth's motion as well as understanding model and implementing modeling. In the final analysis framework, the 3D modeling level was classified from level 1 to level 3, and student performance that may appear at each level was specified. As a result of the study, there were two main levels of modeling using globes for elementary school students to explain seasonal changes. The rotation and tilt of the axis of rotation and revolution of the earth were considered but the level at which empirical evidence was not used (level 2), the level at which empirical evidence was used to explain seasonal chages (level 3). However, even when students use empirical evidence, it did not lead to the construction of a scientific model. In this study, the cause was explored in relation to the characteristics of the tool used for modeling.

We should treat carefully the one related to human rights among a large number of decision-making in our daily lives. As it is necessary to obtain physical evidences in the process of criminal investigation for solving a certain crime based on the principle of evidence, it leads to an increase in demand for forensic science and forensic geology. Forensic geology could be regarded as a fusion discipline of geology and forensic investigation and it is principally concerned to the study on the connection of a suspect and a crime scene with soil evidence which could be experimented using geological data and methods. So these results could be used as valuable information in a court. After its academic foundation has been builded since the last 1970s, its research objects have been expanded from soil evidence like rocks, minerals, soils, sediments to sociocultural, political, military and medical objects like ancient relics, mines, corpses. Its role is expanded from the simple finding of a particular location to the examination of archaeological theories and historical facts, the testimony of the cause of environmental pollution and the chronic demonstration of geological distribution of plants and anthropological origination. And these bring this discipline promptly to accept developed geological methodologies and to satisfy various forensic geological needs. Specialized forensic investigation institutes work actively for the R&D activities of forensic geology. In Korea, national institute of scientific investigation works a small part of forensic geological activities in total activities of forensic investigation. In conclusion, we concern to the importance of systematic discussion of building in proper position of forensic geology through its R&D methods, application cases of its performance and etc. based on geological characteristics in our country by a specialized geoscience institute.

85년도 국내 건설 현장에서 발생된 산업재해는 노동부 통계 자료에 의하면 재해자 수는 38,086명 (사망 440명포함)이었고 손실액은 1,964 억원으로서 G. N. P 의 0.27%에 달하여 어려운 상황에 처한 건설업체 경영을 더욱 취약하게 만들었으며 업종별로도 광업 다음으로 재해율이 높게 나타나고 있어 인적 손실 및 재해자 증가는 큰 사회 문제로 대두 될 수 있는 단계에까지 이르고 있다. 특히 최근의 독립 기념관화재사고는 건설 현장에서의 안전이 극히 취약함을 단적으로 나타내어 주는 좋은 증거라 할 수 있겠다.

동북아시아 지역은 대기오염물질의 장거리 이동과 관련하여 많은 관심이 집중되고 있는 지역이다. 특히 중국은 급속한 산업화로 인해 많은 양의 대기오염 물질을 배출하고 있으며, 배출된 대기오염물질이 장거리를 이동하면서 특히 중국의 풍하지역에 놓이는 경우가 많은 우리나라에 피해를 줄 가능성이 크나 이에 대한 증거 자료가 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 우리나라 서해안 지역에 대한 오염물질의 이류 특성을 파악할 필요가 있다. (중략)

본 논문에서는 승강기 내에서 흡연을 하는 사람을 추출하도록 한다. 흰색 막대를 입에 물거나, 연기를 내품는 사람을 추출하는 것이다. 추출 방법은 장면 전환 검출에서 Average Intensity Measure를 이용하여 추출하도록 한다. 이렇게 추출하여 경찰청이나 법원에 포렌식 증거 자료로 제출하기 위해서이다.

지금까지의 탐사결과 지구를 제외한 다른 행성에 생명체가 존재한다는 직접적인 증거는 찾지 못했다 .그러나 최근 미국화성탐사선 패스파인더가 보내온 자료에선 화성의 지질환경이 지구와 유사한 것으로 나타나 미생물 같은 생명체의 존재가능성을 뒷받침해 주고 있다. 또 지구상에서 화산구나 온천, 극지 등 가혹한 환경에서도 미생물들이 번창하고 있는 것이 발견돼 이런 가능성은 더욱 커지고 있다.
