  • Auditors' subjective opinions m audit activities weaken reliability in audit judgments. This paper suggests fixed quantity models through requirement priority for improving objective evaluation and priorities of requirements in information system audit. The value of requirements was evaluated based on customers' requirements with a premise that they are not in the same level. Furthermore, the audit objective judgments were enhanced to enable fixed quantity of subjective audit by subdividing detailed evaluation index of requirement priority standards into importance of service and function on orderers' perspective, and sectioning cost and schedule on contractors' perspective.

  • The service, 'Hot Search Keywords', provides a list of the most hot search terms of different web services such as Naver or Daum. The service, bases the changes in rank of a specific search keyword on changes in its users' interest. This paper introduces a temporal modelling framework for predicting the rank change of hot search keywords using past rank data and machine learning. Past rank data shows that more than 70% of hot search keywords tend to disappear and reappear later. The authors processed missing rank value, using deletion, dummy variables, mean substitution, and expectation maximization. It is however crucial to calculate the optimal window size of the past rank data. We proposed an optimal window size selection approach based on the minimum amount of time a topic within the same or a differing context disappeared. The experiments were conducted with four different machine-learning techniques using the Naver, Daum, and Nate 'Hot Search Keywords' datasets, which were collected for 2 years.

  • The closed from of sums and weighted sums of the score functions of the locally optimum rank detectors are obtained in this paper. When we consider the asymptotic performance characteristics of a detector based on rank and sign statistics, the sums and weighted sums of the score functions have to be prepared. The efficacy of a detector can be obtained from the sums and weighted sums of the score functions. Score functions based on rank statistics, as well as those based on magnitude rank and sign statistics, have also been considered, which includes most score functions presented in the literature.

  • In high speed packet switching network, packet service by priority scheme prefer to QoS. Efficient packet service according to the priority scheme in high speed packet switch is a key point. Therefore development of priority service algorithm in the packet switch is very important. In this paper, we proposed W-iSLIP algorithm that service time take queue length into consideration and compared the proposed W-iSLIP algorithm to other previous proposed algorithm through simulation. Simulation results show 2.6% performance elevation in average delay, and 34.6% performance elevation in priority service.

  • The dance area is less demanding than the supply, so it is not able to properly utilize talented people. If the university based dance research center is activated in this field, it can be an alternative by actively interacting with the residents of the community. Therefore this study was surveyed by specialists on invigorating dance institutes by applying new industrial development. Since then, workers were requested to evaluate importance and urgency of 23 questionnaires collected. As a result, the most important item was program development, and the most urgent was financial support. The first ranked sub-item of program development was organization of R&D cost(importance) and recruitment of professionals(urgency). Regarding financial support, it was budget increase and eligibility expansion of staff cost(importance) and subdivision and extended support for labor cost.

  • The study was focused on setting priority for future core technologies in crops using Analytic Hierarchy Process (ARP). The technologies were derived by Delphi method. Evaluation criteria for the priority setting were decided as 'technology', 'market oriented', and 'public concerns' by council. The future core technologies were divided as four groups by importance and R&D level. Technologies in upper two groups were considered in the study. Group I had high importance and high R&D level. Group II had high importance and lower R&D level. Questionnaires were given to 8 specialists in crops. As the results, 'public concerns' was decided as the most important evaluation criterion. The most important technologies are 'developing of growing technology that has low inputs and production cost for environmental friendly agriculture' in group I, and 'developing of gene searching, characteristics transformation, and commercialization technologies for crops using bio-technology' in group II.

  • Most Web search engines use ranking methods that take both the relevancy and the importance of documents into consideration. The importance of a document denotes the degree of usefulness of the document to general users. One of the most successful methods for estimating the importance of a document has been Page-Rank algorithm which uses the hyperlink structure of the Web for the estimation. In this paper, we propose a new importance estimation algorithm for the blog environment. The proposed method, first, calculates the importance of each document using user's bookmark and click count. Then, the Guru point of a blogger is computed as the sum of all importance points of documents which he/she wrote. Finally, the guru points are reflected in document ranking again. Our experiments show that the proposed method has higher correlation coefficient than the traditional methods with respect to correct answers.

  • This paper presents an evaluation method that considers the weights of many characteristics of a public transportation system; this method facilitates the selection of suitable advanced transit system in a transportation investment plan. The method sets up twelve evaluation items separated by the following influence factors: users, community, government and operators. It then evaluates the advanced transportation system by analyzing the weights. For an empirical analysis, the urban advanced transportation systems for the main transit of small and medium sized cities were evaluated using the AHP method. The result revealed that the weight order is safety, rapidity and punctuality, convenience, and regional activation, and the priority order is steel wheel-type AGT, LIM, and rubber wheel-type AGT.

  • The purpose of the current study was to evaluate the importance-performance levels for the selection attributes of spa destination and to analyze the gap between importance levels of the selection attributes. The data were collected from the spa visitors to Yuseong spa complex. The findings of the current study were as belows: 1. as the results of factor analysis of 32 selection attributes, five factors were generated, such as "spa and supporting facilities", "surrounding conditions around spa resort", "friendship and the intention of recommendation", "spa water" and "fees of spa entry". 2. the mean analysis showed the statistically significant difference among the selection attributes for importance-performance levels and the mean levels of five factors were rank-ordered as in "spa and supporting facilities", "friendship and the intention of recommendation", "fees of spa entry", and "surrounding conditions around spa resort", "spa water". 3. as the results of IPA, the selection attributes were distributed as belows: 9 attributes were located in I (Keep up the Good Work), 4 attributes were located in II (Possible Overkill), 7 attributes were located in III (Concentrate Here). and 12 attributes were located in IV (Low Priority).

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the importance and satisfaction of users in the use and selection of a dance academy and contribute to methods for the activation of a dance academy based on basic information. A questionnaire survey was conducted with 213 users attending 12 dance academies in G Metropolitan City using the IPA statistical method. The following conclusions were drawn. The highest importance of a dance academy in IPA analysis was a professional teacher, followed by clean dance equipment, transit accessibility, dance academy fee, and a kind teacher. The highest satisfaction was a professional teacher, followed by various dance programs, teacher's choreography ability, a kind teacher, and transit accessibility. Based on the findings, dance academy users felt that the professionalism and kindness of teachers who directly teach them, academy fee, and equipment cleanliness associated with the age of COVID-19 were important. High satisfaction factors were teacher-related factors and transit accessibility. Therefore, it is considered that a professional and kind teacher and clean and hygienic environment will contribute to the activation of a dance academy.
