A Study on the Effect of SNS Quality Factors on the User Satisfaction and Continuous Usage Intention of Live App (SNS 품질요인이 라이브 앱 사용자의 만족도와 지속적인 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • Currently, in China, mobile live broadcasts are more popular compared to online live broadcasts. Accordingly, this research focused on Wanghong, SNS's flagship live broadcasting app. In other words, Wanghong refers to an internet celebrity who acts online on social network services (SNS) influencing many other people. This study specifically focused on one social network service and conducted a study on live app users. The study first analyzed the quality factors of an SNS to users using China's live app. Secondly, the research investigated in finding out the impact of quality on the satisfaction of live app users and how this affects the live app user's satisfaction on their intention of continuous use. Studies have shown that information quality, system quality, and social quality among SNS quality have a positive influence on live app user satisfaction. However, the quality of service and the quality of emotion was rejected by the hypothesis. Throughout this study, we hope to create an app that allows users to share more satisfying mobile images, thereby establishing various episodes holding beautiful places of their life on a real-time basis. It is hoped that live broadcasting businesses will spread a significant impact around the world. Finally, in the future, research on the study of collective comparison between Korea and China on SNS is believed to be meaningful.

Factors Affecting the Intention to Use of Smart-Phone Banking Service: A Case of Chinese Users (스마트폰 뱅킹서비스 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 중국 사례)

  • In this paper we investigate the factors influencing the intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service in China. We include the characteristics of smart-phone, mobile banking service, and users to the research model and also consider user satisfaction as an intervening variable. We try to find and prove the factors influencing the intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service by surveying 206 chinese users and using structural equation model. This empirical paper proves that mobility, instance connectivity, use convenience, and intimacy give positive effects to intention to use of smart-phone mobile banking service. In addition, this paper indicates some managerial implications that mobility, access speed and the easy user interface can help to increase the degree of user acceptance.

  • The global mobile Internet service market is growing very rapidly, shooing drastic increases in its sales volume. Despite this growth of the market, it has not yet reached its full-grown stage, and this calls for a study on the service preference based on the characteristics of the users. As most of the existing studies in this area have centered on its technical features, they fall short of providing to the related companies any useful data to which they can practically refer in developing the future mobile services that suit for various user needs, and making plans to increase the sales volume. Based on these circumstances, this study is to investigate how the mobile contents preference is differed in accordance with the user characteristics of the Korean and Chinese mobile Internet service users. This study is also to analyze how the relationship between the user characteristics and the preferred mobile contents types is moderated by nations, Korea and Chinese. To accomplish these research purposes, this study developed a set of research model and hypotheses based on a comprehensive review of the related studies. To prove the research hypotheses, this study conducted a survey among the Korean and Chinese nubile Internet service users and performed a variety of analyses of the data collected including the questionnaires, using the SAS version 9.

  • This study investigated the factors affecting the satisfaction of augmented reality (AR) fashion application focusing on user experience. The survey was conducted on 280 Chinese users who had used AR fashion applications. The results are summarized as follows. User experience had a significant effect on presence, flow, and satisfaction. Personalization service also increased user satisfaction. Presence influenced flow which enhanced satisfaction, indicating that presence had an indirect effect on satisfaction through flow. The results are expected to provide strategic implications by identifying factors that should be considered to help consumers experience products and improve satisfaction with applications in various industries focusing on augmented reality technology.

  • This paper aims to study the using motivation and influencing factors of Chinese users' participation in live stream shopping through theoretical and empirical analysis, so as to evaluate the change in users' needs and improve marketing strategies. In doing so, I conducted a questionnaire survey for Chinese live stream shopping users and collected the required data. For empirical analysis, I used SPSS and AMOS software to carry out descriptive analysis, reliability and validity analysis and structural equation model analysis (SEM) to test the hypothesis. The results of the analysis showed that core competency and brand personality of the short video industry have a significant impact on user and customer perceived value, thus influencing users' using motivation. That is, users do not blindly follow live stream shopping but make their active choice. Therefore, it is suggested that live stream shopping platform should strengthen the e-commerce attributes and eradicate "the sense of false satisfaction", in order to achieve the effective communication of information. On the other hand, to stimulate the purchase motivation of users, the brand should build up its personality, and enhance user and customer perceived value in cyber marketing.

  • With the development of market economy, it has been a legislative trend to establish a system for vicarious liability of employers. China also established Tort Liability Law of People's Republic of China in 2009 and ruled responsibility of the employers for the acts for their employees through Art. 35. First, the employer's right to indemnity to an employee should be recognized, because employer's superintendence is much weak and economic power is similar between them. Second, an employer should take a responsibility for an unpaid employee as vicarious liability, because the Law did not exclude them from employees. Lastly, in case the Law conflicts with Interpretation of the Supreme People's Court on Certain Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Trying Cases Involving Compensation for Personal Damage, the Law should be regarded it has priority based on several related Principles. Regarding these matters, this study guides you to an analysis of vicarious liability of employers in China, benefits with a view to the perfection of the vicarious liability regime.

Factors Affecting the Intention to Use of Alibaba Mobile Payment Service: A Case of Chinese Users (Alibaba 모바일 결제 서비스 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 중국 사례)

  • In this paper we investigate the factors influencing the intention-to-use of Alibaba mobile payment in China. Our research model includes the mobile payment service factors ('instant connectivity', 'security', and 'use convenience'), the user's individual factors ('preferential' and 'individual characteristics'), 'satisfaction', and 'intention to use'. We surveys the current and potential mobile payment service users in China and analyzes with Structural Equation Model. The results show that all the mobile payment service factors give positive effects to 'satisfaction'. The 'individual characteristics', one of the user's individual factors, also gives positive effects to 'satisfaction', however, 'preferential' does not give positive effects. In addition, 'satisfaction' is found to give positive effects to 'intention to use'.

  • 정보통신 인프라의 확대 및 인터넷 사용자 수의 급속한 증가에 따라 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 시장은 방대한 잠재수요를 가진 새로운 시장으로 급부상하고 있다. 본 연구의 주목적은 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자들을 대상으로 한 실증분석을 통해 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자의 재구매의도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 중요한 특성요인을 도출해 보고자 하였다. 연구목적의 효과적인 달성을 위한 이론적 토대로서 정보시스템성공모델 관련 선행연구에 대한 종합적 고찰 결과를 토대로 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 정보품질, 시스템품질, 서비스품질, 고객만족, 재구매의도 등의 여섯 가지 요인을 포함한 연구모델을 구축하였고, 이들 변수들간의 상호 영향관계에 관한 가설을 수립하였다. 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자 204명을 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과를 이용하여 공분산구조모델 분석을 통한 연구가설 검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석 결과를 요약해 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 정보품질과 서비스품질이 고객만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 반면 시스템품질은 별다른 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 고객의 만족은 재구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이상의 가설검정 결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 연구의 시사점과 한계점 및 향후 연구방향에 관하여 논하였다.

  • 중국은 세계 무역기구에 가입하면서 세계경제에서 차지하는 위치가 강화되고 디지털 경제체제에 편입되면서 산업구조를 고부가가치 산업으로 개편하고 있다. 동안 상대적으로 외국기업에 대해 폐쇄적이었던 중국의 유통시장은 2006년부터 전면개방이 시작될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 그러나 중국전자상거래 시장에서 정보 기초화와 물류배송 금융체계의 문제는 나날이 안정화되어 온라인 구매환경은 나아지고 있으나, 오히려 해마다 인터넷쇼핑물 구매율의 하락은 온라인 쇼핑몰 상거래에 대한 불신 문제가 그대로 남아있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 중국의 소비자수준에서의 온라인 구매가 활성화되지 못하는 주요 장애요인으로써 불신(distrust)을 제기하고자 하며 신뢰를 신뢰와 불신의 2차원으로 파악하여 각각의 차원(신뢰와 불신)이 마케팅 성과에 차별적으로 공헌하고 있음을 밝히고자 한다. 본 연구에서 선행변수로 상호작용, 지각된 평판, 정보유용성, 지각된 보안위험, 지각된 거래위험을 설정했으며 매개변수로는 신뢰와 불신을, 결과 변수로는 관계몰입과 구매의도로 구성하였다. 결과에서는 온라인 맥락에서는 신뢰와 불신의 선행요인이 온라인 쇼핑몰에 대한 관계몰입과 구매의도에 서로 차별적으로 공헌한다는 것을 밝혔다. 이는 기존의 신뢰를 2차원으로 구분하여 신뢰와 불신으로 분리하여 관리하는 것이 필요하다는 것을 시사한다고 할 수 있다.

A Study on the Factors Affecting User Behavior of Internet Medical Apps (인터넷 의료 애플리케이션 사용 행위에 영향을 미치는 요소에 관한 연구)

  • Due to the recent economic development and the improvement of income level in China, the desire for quality medical services is increasing compared to the past. As an alternative to satisfy these needs, various applications using smart phones and the like are being developed. The new corona that occurred in December 2019 began to show great interest in non-face-to-face telemedicine services using smart phones due to the worldwide spread of the coronavirus. Therefore, in this study, a total of 200 people were surveyed on the top three mobile medical applications in China, and the data of 120 people who actually used medical applications were analyzed based on Venkatesh's UTAUT2 theory. A study was conducted on the intent to use and the factors affecting the in-law behavior. First, it has become clear that the interactive characteristics, expectations for effort, price value, interest in privacy, habits, and promotional conditions have a positive impact on the user's use. Second, it was investigated that the user's intention to use influences the behavior of use, and among the intentions of use, it was found that the mobilization characteristic expectation, hedonistic motivation, price value, habits, and promotion conditions affect the use behavior. Third, a study result was derived that the controlling variables such as gender, age, school age, and annual income do not affect the user's intention to use mobile medical applications as a controlling variable. Finally, due to the nature of mobile devices that use the Internet, various security vulnerabilities exist, and this can cause great damage or personal and social impact. Therefore, for the development of mobile medical services in China, it is necessary to re-establish a research model through comprehensive and in-depth considerations to supplement these problems in the future.
